本实用新型公开一种鸡肛存放运输分装车，包括车架，设置在车架四个角处的四个脚轮，车斗，其特征在于：所述的脚轮为万向轮，所述的车斗的底壁被车架架空至离地30cm以上，车斗的前壁上开设直达底壁的卸料口，对应于卸料口的前壁外侧固设引流槽，对应于卸料口的前壁内侧固设至少高出卸料口高度二倍的L形挡板，L形挡板内插入一个高度大于车斗深度至少1cm的插板；车斗的后壁上固设推把。与现有技术相比，本实用新型减轻工人的劳动强度，减少用人，减少用塑料筐，减少清理卫生，提高工作效率，原来本岗位定员5个人，现在1个人就能完成任务。

本实用新型涉及屠宰辅助器具技术领域，具体涉及一种鸡肛存放运输分装车。
背景技术
目前净膛流水线切割下的鸡肛是用塑料筐子盛，一筐15-20KG，然后用运输小车一次4-5筐转运到其它班组进行包装。包装的方法将鸡肛装编织袋，20KG一袋，装袋子的方法是用一个撑子将袋子口撑住，再将鸡肛从高处倒入袋子里。这种方式劳动强度大，效率低，浪费人力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有方式的不足，提供一种鸡肛存放运输分装车，以达到减轻劳动强度，提高效率，节省人力的效果。所采用的技术方案是：
一种鸡肛存放运输分装车，包括车架，设置在车架四个角处的四个脚轮，车斗，其特征在于：所述的脚轮为万向轮，所述的车斗的底壁被车架架空至离地30cm以上，车斗的前壁上开设直达底壁的卸料口，对应于卸料口的前壁外侧固设引流槽，
对应于卸料口的前壁内侧固设至少高出卸料口高度二倍的L形挡板，L形挡板内插入一个高度大于车斗深度至少1cm的插板；车斗的后壁上固设推把。
进一步地，所述的底壁从前壁端向后壁端逐渐抬升且以卸料口为起始向两侧侧壁端逐渐抬升。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型减轻工人的劳动强度，减少用人，减少用塑料筐，减少清理卫生，提高工作效率，原来本岗位定员5个人，现在1个人就能完成任务。

参见附图，一种鸡肛存放运输分装车，包括车架1，设置在车架四个角处的四个脚轮2，车斗3，其特征在于：所述的脚轮为万向轮，所述的车斗3的底壁32被车架1架空至离地30cm，车斗的前壁31上开设直达底壁的卸料口33，对应于卸料口33的前壁外侧固设引流槽34，对应于卸料口33的前壁内侧固设高出卸料口高度二倍的L形挡板35，L形挡板35内插入一个高度大于车斗深度5cm的插板4；车斗的后壁36上固设推把5。所述的底壁32从前壁端向后壁端逐渐抬升5cm且以卸料口为起始向两侧侧壁端逐渐抬升1cm。
使用时，将本实用新型放在净膛流水线的工作台下，鸡肛被机器割下后自动掉入小车里，物料的血水可从卸料口33慢慢流出并流入下水道，装满后直接拉到其它班组包装。无需单独的盛放器具和搬运器具。拉到其它班组后，只需将用撑子撑开后的编织袋口对准引流槽34的末端，将插板4抬起一定高度，鸡肛就流到袋里进行定称，减轻搬运的劳动强度，无需再采用其他器具。

1.一种鸡肛存放运输分装车，包括车架，设置在车架四个角处的四个脚轮，车斗，其特征在于：所述的脚轮为万向轮，所述的车斗的底壁被车架架空至离地30cm以上，车斗的前壁上开设直达底壁的卸料口，对应于卸料口的前壁外侧固设引流槽，
对应于卸料口的前壁内侧固设至少高出卸料口高度二倍的L形挡板，L形挡板内插入一个高度大于车斗深度至少1cm的插板；车斗的后壁上固设推把。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡肛存放运输分装车，其特征在于：所述的底壁从前壁端向后壁端逐渐抬升且以卸料口为起始向两侧侧壁端逐渐抬升。
