1.一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,包括:上模、下模和压料芯组件,所述下模为凸模,所述下模设有下修边刀,所述下修边刀呈“米”字型排列,所述上模为凹模,所述凹模边缘设有上修边刀,所述上修边刀与所述下修边刀相配合,所述凹模内冲孔刀具,所述冲孔刀具包括第一冲孔刀和第二冲孔刀,所述第一冲孔刀和所述第二冲孔刀为中心对称,所述压料芯组件位于所述凹模内并与所述凹模弹性连接,所述上模设有端头导套,所述下模设有端头导柱,所述端头导柱穿设于所述端头导套内,所述上模相对于所述下模上下运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述上模与所述压料芯组件内设有氮气弹簧,所述氮气弹簧穿设于所述凹模内,所述上模设有用于固定所述氮气弹簧的氮气弹簧固定板,所述压料芯组件设有用于放置所述氮气弹簧的氮气弹簧顶孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述压料芯组件设有前压料芯导板和侧压料芯导板,所述前压料芯导板和所述侧压料芯导板与所述凹模滑动配合,所述前压料芯导板和或所述侧压料芯导板与所述凹模之间设有一层润滑层,所述润滑层为石墨层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述下模与所述上模之间设有缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置为缓冲器或者缓冲弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述下模设有端头限位板,所述上模设有行程限位板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述下模设有废料滑板,所述废料滑板呈倒“V”型分布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述上模与所述下模侧边均设有铸入型吊耳,所述上模与所述下模之间设有运输连接板,所述运输连接板用于运输时固定所述上模与所述下模,所述运输连接板的一端与所述上模连接,所述运输连接板的另一端与所述下模连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述废料滑板设有滚轮,所述滚轮突出于所述废料滑板,所述滚轮呈“J11”字型排列。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种汽车外横梁的修边及冲孔模具,其特征在于,所述端头导套通过端头导套压板固定,所述端头导套压板沿所述端头导套周向设有圆周均布的3个,所述端头导套压板为I层台阶,所述台阶的一端与所述端头导套连接,所述台阶的另一端与所述上模连接。
