本实用新型目的在于提供一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,包括机身、位于机身底部的浆液池、位于机身一侧引导废气进入机身内的进烟通道、与进烟通道连接并浸入浆液池液面以下的进烟喷嘴、位于机身上部的喷淋层以及位于机身顶部的排烟出口,其特征在于:在所述的进烟喷嘴正下方设置有一上下表面之间形成密集穿孔的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板,在机身外侧设有一用于调整和监控浆液池液位的溢流控制装置。采用本实用新型后,可以使高压烟气通过进烟喷嘴进入到脱硫脱硝浆液池中时,与浆液池中的碱性液体的接触更充分,接触时间更长,充分被碱性液体润湿和吸收,还可以实时监控浆液池中的液位,调整浆液池最高液位。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及烟气湿法脱硫脱硝除尘设备领域,尤其是涉及一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统。
背景技术
[0002] 近几年来,我国大气环境污染日益严重,酸雨及灰霾问题已危机人们的生活生产甚至生存。燃煤锅炉所排放出的二氧化硫和烟尘是造成酸雨和灰霾的最重要来源之一,为此我国制定的燃煤锅炉烟气排放标准中对S02、N0x和烟尘含量作出了严格限定,烟气脱硫脱硝除尘成为了排放前必不可少的工序。
[0003] 现有技术中,湿法烟气脱硫除尘是最成熟的工艺,脱硫与脱尘可以设立独立的处理装置分别进行,也可以实现脱硫及除尘一体化。湿法脱硫及除尘技术的工作原理一般是:先将高压烟气通过烟道排入到脱硫脱硝浆液池中,使烟气中的S02、N0x与浆液池中的碱性液体充分接触反应而脱除;接着通过设置喷淋层,使经过脱硫后的烟气在上升过程中与喷洒的液体(一般是水,最好是碱性液体)密切接触,进一步将烟气中的固体烟尘污染物以及气态污染物都吸附到喷洒液滴中,并最终沉降到浆液池中。此外,还可以在喷淋层上方增设除雾器,进一步脱除烟气中的细小颗粒物及气体污染物,最后再通过烟气排放口排放到大气中。在除尘机的外侧通常安装一水位控制器,用于监控浆液池中的液位,当浆液池中的液位超过设定的最高液位时,可关闭水栗停止供水,当楽液池中的液位低于设定的最低液位时,可以打开水栗补水。
[0004]虽然现有技术已经能够将燃煤锅炉排放的废气中的S02、N0x以及烟尘控制在一定范围以内,然而,仍存在以下缺陷:
[0005] 1、由于现有设备中高压烟气通过烟道排入到脱硫浆液池中时,会产生一些较大的气泡,使得固体烟尘颗粒以及气体污染物被包裹在较大的气泡中,随着气泡上升到浆液池液面破裂后再次回到机身内,未与浆液池中的碱性液体充分接触而被润湿和吸收;
[0006] 2、高压烟气与浆液池内的碱性液体接触时间较短,未被充分吸收,使得经过浆液池进行脱硫脱硝后上升的烟气中仍残留大量固体烟尘颗粒以及S02、N0x污染气体,脱硫脱硝除尘效率不高。
[0007] 3、现有的水位控制器只能监控最高液位与最低液位,即无法根据除尘需要调整浆液池的最高液位;也无法监控浆液池内的实时液位,以便在液位过少时及时补水,不至于等液位降到最低液位才补水而影响除尘效果;还无法在浆液池液位过高时自动溢出,必须手动开启泄流口放水,需要人工监管,影响脱硫除尘的效率。为了解决现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,始有本案产生。
实用新型内容
[0008]针对现有方法和技术的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,包括机身、位于机身底部的浆液池、位于机身一侧引导废气进入机身内的进烟通道、与进烟通道连接并浸入浆液池液面以下的进烟喷嘴、位于机身上部的喷淋层以及位于机身顶部的排烟出口,在所述的进烟喷嘴正下方设置有一上下表面之间形成密集穿孔的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板,在机身外侧设有一用于调整和监控浆液池液位的溢流控制装置。
[0009]所述的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板为多层钢丝网叠加而成。
[0010]所述的进烟喷嘴为上宽下窄状,且并列设置有若干个。
[0011 ]所述的溢流控制装置由调节仓与平衡仓组成;
[0012]所述的调节仓安装在机身外侧,其顶部空间与机身内空间相连通,其底部设有一调节池,该调节池与机身内的浆液池相连通,且该调节池上部高度可调节;
[0013]所述的平衡仓安装在调节仓外侧,其顶部空间与大气相连通,其底部设有一平衡池,平衡池内设置一平衡管,平衡管底部与平衡池相连通,并浸没于平衡池内液体中,所述的平衡管与调节仓内除调节池以外的空间相连通,平衡管上开设通孔,调节池内的溢流可通过该通孔流入平衡池。
[0014]所述的调节池为下宽上窄状。
[0015]所述的调节池及平衡池池底设置一排污泄流口。
[0016]所述的调节池上部高度可调节的部分由内外套管组成,内外套管通过螺纹连接,通过旋转内外套管能够使外套管相对于内套管上升或下降。
[0017]所述的调节池和平衡池池底为漏斗状,所述的排污泄流口安装在漏斗口上。
[0018]所述的浆液池底面倾斜且高于调节池底面。
[0019]通过本实用新型的改进,使得烟气与浆液池中的碱性液体的接触更充分,接触面积更大,接触时间更长,充分被碱性液体润湿和吸收,还可以实时监控浆液池中的液位,根据除尘需要调整浆液池的最高液位,还可以将浆液池底部的沉淀物通过排污泄流口排出,且不需额外提供工作能量消耗,提高了脱硫脱硝除尘效率,更加节能环保。

具体实施方式
[0026]为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
[0027]图1是本实用新型揭示的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统的结构示意图。包括机身6、位于机身6底部的浆液池4、位于机身6—侧引导废气进入机身内的进烟通道1、与进烟通道I连接并浸入浆液池液面以下的进烟喷嘴2、位于机身6上部的喷淋层5以及位于机身6顶部的排烟出口 7,在进烟喷嘴2正下方设置有一上下表面之间形成密集穿孔的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板3,在机身6外侧设有一用于调整和监控浆液池液位的溢流控制装置8。
[0028]本实用新型所述的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板3安装在浆液池4内且位于进烟喷嘴2的正下方,如图3所示,在该板的上下表面之间形成密集穿孔,这样,高压烟气通过进烟喷嘴2之后连带碱性溶液一起冲击到板面上,在冲击力的作用下将大气泡击碎,并透过该板的上下表面之间的密集穿孔,形成密集的微小气泡,增加了烟气与碱性液体的接触面积,这些微小气泡在上升过程中,由于板的阻隔,上升得较为缓慢,进一步延长了与碱性液体的接触时间。
[0029]由于这种鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板3需要承受高压烟气的冲击,需要具备一定的厚度以保证其不容易损坏,延长使用寿命,如果采用单层带孔厚钢板,生产成本以及破损更换成本较高,且为了保证板的上下表面之间形成密集的且孔径微小的穿孔,钻孔工艺难度大,因此:

[0031]烟气从烟气喷嘴2喷出时的速度越快,对鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板3的冲击越大,大气泡越容易被击碎,透过鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板3后形成的密集小气泡就越多,烟气与浆液池中的碱性溶液的接触更加充分,因此,优选地方案如图2所示:
[0032]所述的烟气喷嘴2的形状设计为上宽下窄装,这样高压烟气通过烟气喷嘴2后喷出时的速度更快,产生的冲击力也越大。为了增加烟气与浆液池中的碱性溶液的接触面积,所属的烟气喷嘴2可以并列设置若干个。
[0033]本实用新型所用的溢流控制装置,由调节仓81与平衡仓82组成。
[0034]调节仓81安装在除尘机机身6外侧,调节仓81的顶部空间与机身内空间通过机身连通管813相连通,使得调节仓81内的气压与除尘机机身6内的气压相同。调节仓81底部设有一调节池811,该调节池811与浆液池4通过调节池通孔814相连通,调节池上部812的高度可以调节,在调节池811底部还设有一调节池排污泄流口815.由于调节仓81与除尘机机身6空间相连通,使得调节池811与浆液池4所处的气压环境相同,且两者底部相互连通,因此,调节池811内的液位与浆液池4内的液位高度保持相同。
[0035] 平衡仓82安装在调节仓81外侧,平衡仓82顶部空间通过大气连通管823与大气相连通,使得平衡仓82内的气压与大气压相同。平衡仓底部设有一平衡池821,平衡池821靠近调节仓81的一侧设有一高于平衡仓82顶部的平衡管822,在本实施例中,平衡管822通过平衡管通孔824与调节仓81内的调节池811以外的部分相连通,使得平衡管822内的气压与调节仓81内的气压相同,且设置时,无论在何种运行状态下,平衡管822底部始终保持浸没在平衡池821的液面以下,通常考虑将平衡管822的底部设置低于平衡池821最低工作液位的位置,以保证正常工作的进行,调节仓81内的溢流同样通过该平衡管通孔822流入平衡池821。在平衡池821的池底还设置一平衡池排污泄流口 825。当然,气压连通与溢流连通可以像本实施例一样通过相同的通道一一平衡管通孔824实现,也可以分别通过不同通道实现。
[0036]由于除尘机工作时除尘机机身6内的气压要低于大气压,而调节仓81气压与除尘机机身6内的气压相同,平衡管822与调节仓81内的气压也相同,因此平衡管822以及调节仓81内的气压都低于大气压。而平衡仓82与大气压相连通,因此大气压会将平衡池821中的液体通过平衡管822往上压,由于平衡管822顶部要高于平衡仓82顶部,且与调节仓81相连通,这样调节仓81内的气压加上平衡管822中高于平衡池821部分的水柱产生的水压一起与大气压相平衡。
[0037]采用这一设计后,通过监控调节池811的液位就可以知晓浆液池4内的实时液位;通过调整调节池上部812的高度就可以调整浆液池的最高液位,当浆液池4内的液位高于调节池上部812的高度时,液体就会自动从调节池811溢出,通过平衡管822流向平衡池821。由于浆液池4与调节池811相连通,定期开启调节池排污泄流口 815和平衡池排污泄流口 825,就可以将沉降到浆液池4、调节池811、平衡池821底部的沉淀物排出,以免影响浆液池4的脱硫除尘效果。
[0038]调节池811上部高度可调节,以满足调整液位高度的需要,通常可以采用内外套管设计,即调节池811上部由内外套管组成,内外套管可以通过螺纹连接或者通过滑槽、滑块等方式连接,这样外套管可以相对于内套管上下移动,从而调整调节池811上部的高度。当然,这一实施例仅为一种调节高度的方式,调节池811上部的其他结构设计只要能够调整高度,即落入本实用新型的保护范围。
[0039] 优选地,所述调节池811和平衡池821池底为漏斗状,排污泄流口 815和825都安装在漏斗口上,这样更便于沉降在池底的沉淀物排出。
[0040]如图1所示,所述的浆液池4的底面倾斜且高于调节池811的底面,这样方便使沉降到浆液池池底的沉淀物顺着倾斜面流入调节池811池底,并在打开调节池排污泄流口 815时一并排出。

Claims (9)
1.一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,包括机身、位于机身底部的浆液池、位于机身一侧引导废气进入机身内的进烟通道、与进烟通道连接并浸入浆液池液面以下的进烟喷嘴、位于机身上部的喷淋层以及位于机身顶部的排烟出口,其特征在于:在所述的进烟喷嘴正下方设置有一上下表面之间形成密集穿孔的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板,在机身外侧设有一用于调整和监控浆液池液位的溢流控制装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的鼓泡式脱硫气泡细化板为多层钢丝网叠加而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的进烟喷嘴为上宽下窄状,且并列设置有若干个。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的溢流控制装置由调节仓与平衡仓组成; 所述的调节仓安装在机身外侧,其顶部空间与机身内空间相连通,其底部设有一调节池,该调节池与机身内的浆液池相连通,且该调节池上部高度可调节; 所述的平衡仓安装在调节仓外侧,其顶部空间与大气相连通,其底部设有一平衡池,平衡池内设置一平衡管,平衡管底部与平衡池相连通,并浸没于平衡池内液体中,所述的平衡管与调节仓内除调节池以外的空间相连通,平衡管上开设通孔,调节池内的溢流可通过该通孔流入平衡池。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的调节池为下宽上窄状。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的调节池及平衡池池底设置一排污泄流口。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的调节池上部高度可调节的部分由内外套管组成,内外套管通过螺纹连接,通过旋转内外套管能够使外套管相对于内套管上升或下降。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的调节池和平衡池池底为漏斗状,所述的排污泄流口安装在漏斗口上。
9.如权利要求4所述的一种鼓泡式脱硫除尘机系统,其特征在于:所述的浆液池底面倾斜且高于调节池底面。
