本实用新型公开了一种太阳能工业热能系统,包括:太阳能锅炉;工业锅炉,其通过管道和所述太阳能锅炉连通;蓄热槽,其分别通过管道和所述太阳能锅炉、所述工业锅炉连通;供热端泵组,其置于连通太阳能锅炉和蓄热槽的管道中;用热设备,其通过管道和所述蓄热槽连通;及用热端泵组,其置于用热设备和蓄热槽的管道中。有益效果:1.可以使介质回收温度提高至200℃以上,能够满足工业需求;只有在太阳能热量不足时,工业锅炉才会启动时,可以降低运行成本,并且减少排放;烟气、减小环境污染;3.全自动运行,系统稳定,无需专人管理。太阳能系统采用全套自动控制系统,调节工业锅炉负荷,使介质出口温度稳定。

背景技术
[0002]现有的太阳能与工业锅炉是独立的两个系统。现有的太阳能只是使用普通玻璃真空管,热水回收温度仅能达到50°C左右,无法满足工业需求,太阳能回收的不稳定、调节困难、精度不高。工业锅炉虽然调节精度较高,然而运行成本却相对太高,且排放烟气污染环境。

[0016] 一种太阳能在工业热能系统的综合应用全自动运行,安全节能,无需专人管理。其通过蓄热槽4中导热介质的出口温度信号,来控制工业锅炉3启停或热功率。在晴天阳光充足时,介质出口温度稳定,无需开启工业锅炉3;而晚间或阴雨天气无光照时,介质出口温度降低,工业锅炉3根据信号会自动开启并且自动调节热功率,使介质出口温度稳定。
[0017]太阳能锅炉I采用的是国内较为先进的高效聚能真空管技术,利用热栗效应和集热技术,能够将较低温度的太阳能和衍生热能集中高效得传向高温导热介质,可以使回收温度提高至200°C以上,完全能够满足工业需求。
[0018] —种太阳能在工业热能系统的综合应用控制稳定,操作方便。太阳能和衍生热能的回收主要通过真空管聚能及热栗效应两种方式,主要能量来自太阳能,仅辅以少量的电能来进行载热介质传输。当太阳能和衍生热能量充足时,可以稳定的向客户提供高品质热源;当太阳能和衍生热能量不足时,也可以迅速启动锅炉,以保证向客户提供稳定的热源。太阳能在工业热能系统的综合应用技术,使用太阳能与衍生热能作为热源,可使供热系统中做到无污染、零排放;由于采用锅炉补燃型回收方式,避免了太阳能回收的不稳定、调节困难及精度不高等问题。
