Abstract
一种抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置，包括：电机，螺杆泵、出口、压力表、进口、弯头、储油桶、桶盖、上注油支路、下注油支路、安全阀、丝堵、高压软管、黄油枪。所述的电机通过联轴器与螺杆泵联接，左端设有进口，通过弯头与储油桶联接，储油桶设有桶盖，螺杆泵的中间设有出口，出口上部设有下注油支路、上注油支路，上注油支路与高压软管、黄油枪联接，出口的上端设有丝堵。本实用新型适用于抽油机等大型设备保养，操作方便、安全，省时省力，注油稳定，保养质量好、效率高，延长抽油机使用寿命，降低岗位工人的劳动强度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田游梁式抽油机保养注入黄油工具，具体而言是一种抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置。
背景技术
油田抽油机运转部位各轴承添加黄油是保养的一个重要环节，其保养效果的好坏是保证抽油机正常运转及提高设备使用周期的关键，也是提高系统效率中地面效率的重要环节。特别是中轴承、尾轴承、曲柄销子是保养工作中的重点。目前采油单位对抽油机保养加注黄油工作时，通常是使用手动式黄油枪和脚踏式黄油枪两种工具或打开曲柄销子压盖直接更换黄油。但使用手动式黄油枪进行中轴承及尾轴承保养时，需在抽油机的高空部位进行操作，危险系数较大；脚踏式黄油枪由于黄油输送管线较短管径较细，阻力大，现场使用效果较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，设计了一种抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置。
本实用新型包括：电机、螺杆泵、出口、压力表、进口、弯头、储油桶、桶盖、上注油支路、下注油支路、安全阀、丝堵、高压软管、黄油枪。所述的电机通过联轴器与螺杆泵联接，左端设有进口，通过弯头与储油桶联接，储油桶设有桶盖，螺杆泵的中间设有出口，出口上部设有下注油支路、上注油支路，上注油支路与高压软管、黄油枪联接，出口的上端设有丝堵。
上述抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置中的螺杆泵上设有压力表。
上述抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置中的储油桶为圆筒形，上端设有外螺纹，桶盖设有内螺纹。
上述抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置中的下注油支路上设有安全阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是：适用于抽油机等大型设备保养，操作方便、安全，省时省力，注油稳定，保养质量好、效率高，延长抽油机使用寿命，降低岗位工人的劳动强度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施作进一步阐述：
实施例一
抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置由电机0、螺杆泵1、出口2、压力表3、进口4、弯头5、储油桶6、桶盖7、上注油支路8、下注油支路9、安全阀10、丝堵11、高压软管12、黄油枪13组成。所述的电机0通过联轴器与螺杆泵1联接，螺杆泵1上设有压力表3，左端设有进口4，通过弯头5与圆筒形储油桶6联接，储油桶6设有桶盖7，并螺纹连接，螺杆泵1的中间设有出口2，出口2上部设有下注油支路9、上注油支路8，下注油支路9上设有安全阀10，上注油支路8与高压软管12、黄油枪13联接，出口2的上端设有丝堵11。
实施例二
操作方法
1. 将储油桶6，加满黄油（约20KG）；
2. 电机控制柜验电，确认安全，将抽油机停在合适的位置，拉闸断电，挂好警示牌，记录停井时间；
3. 操作人员系好安全带带上麻绳攀上抽油机中轴承准备，同时电工进行螺杆泵1的电机0接电操作；
4. 操作人员将注油枪13插入轴承孔中，依次将中轴承及其它轴承保养；
5. 合闸送电，检查变频器频率是否为零，按启动按钮，控制压力表3的压力在6.0MPa内，将变频器调至合适的频率（3.5～4.0赫兹）；
7. 螺杆泵1开始工作，观测轴承口的是否有黄油外溢，发现外溢及时通知电工按停止按钮，施工完毕。检查抽油机周围有无障碍物，验电开井，记录开井时间。

1.一种抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置，包括：电机（0）、螺杆泵（1）、出口（2）、压力表（3）、进口（4）、弯头（5）、储油桶（6）、桶盖（7）、上注油支路（8）、下注油支路（9）、安全阀（10）、丝堵（11）、高压软管（12）、黄油枪（13）；其特征是：所述的电机（0）通过联轴器与螺杆泵（1）联接，左端设有进口（4），通过弯头（5）与储油桶（6）联接，储油桶（6）设有桶盖（7），螺杆泵（1）的中间设有出口（2），出口（2）上部设有下注油支路（9）、上注油支路（8），上注油支路（8）与高压软管（12）、黄油枪（13）联接，出口（2）的上端设有丝堵（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置，其特征是：所述的螺杆泵（1）上设有压力表（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置，其特征是：所述的储油桶（6）为圆筒形，上端设有外螺纹，桶盖（7）设有内螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抽油机螺杆式黄油注入装置，其特征是：所述的下注油支路（9）上设有安全阀（10）。
