[0002] 脱硫塔是对工业烟气和废气进行脱硫处理的设备,湿法烟气脱硫工艺使用的脱硫塔在脱硫处理过程中,将产生一定粒径的“雾”,“雾”包括水分,以及硫酸盐等粉尘颗粒物,如果直接从烟囱排出,将产生石膏雨,污染工厂周围环境。因此,湿法脱硫工艺上提出除雾除尘的要求,脱硫后的烟气必须经过除雾除尘后方可排放。现阶段,脱硫塔内主要采用除雾器进行除雾处理。除雾器能够除掉烟气中大部分的水分,但对粉尘颗粒物的处理作用比较小。除雾器未能除掉的粉尘则需要在脱硫塔出口管道上设置湿式或者干式电除尘器进行除尘,方能达到国家规定的排放标准,电除尘器投资额巨大。

[0013]这种超细雾预除尘高效除雾器由超细喷雾层和除雾层组合而成。除雾层主要起除雾作用,由一层或多层屋脊式除雾器及冲洗装置组成;或者采用一层或多层屋脊式除雾器与管式除雾器的组合,并设置冲洗装置组成。超细喷雾层起除尘作用,由细雾层管道、细雾喷嘴、细雾层支架组成,安装在除雾层下方,通过细雾层支架与除雾器连接成一体;或者将超细雾层单独安装在除雾层下方,通过细雾层支架与脱硫塔连接。
[0014]本实用新型的技术效果在于,某一粒径的粉尘容易被特定粒径的雾滴吸收,形成包裹着粉尘颗粒物的雾滴。超细喷雾层能够从细雾喷嘴喷射出带有一定粒径范围的液体雾滴,雾滴吸收烟气中大量的粉尘后,由于重量增加,一部分直接下降到脱硫塔底部,被集中回收。另一部分随烟气上升进入除雾层,经屋脊式除雾器折流板的惯性分离作用,与烟气中原有的水分一同与烟气脱离,吸附于折流板表面。在屋脊式除雾器的冲洗装置冲洗下,下落到脱硫塔底部被集中回收。从而实现了对进入除雾器前的烟气预先进行除尘处理,提高了除雾器的除尘效果。

具体实施方式

[0028]超细雾预除尘高效除雾器的供水系统位于脱硫塔外,包括水栗、自清洗过滤器、供水管道及法兰,供水系统与超细喷雾层连接;供水系统提供的水,经过超细喷雾层中各层的细雾层管道分配到各细雾喷嘴处,经细雾喷嘴喷射对烟气进行除尘处理。
[0029] 锅炉排出的烟气进入脱硫塔,经过脱硫设备的脱硫处理后,烟气上升到超细雾预除尘高效除雾器。超细喷雾所用的水经自清洗过滤器水处理后,由水栗加压进入脱硫塔内超细雾预除尘高效除雾器的细雾层管道中,通过安装在管道上的细雾喷嘴喷射,对烟气的粉尘进行吸收除尘,在经过除雾层处理后从脱硫塔顶部排出。当进入脱硫塔内的烟气粉尘含量较高时,超细喷雾层的管道和喷嘴排列较密集,喷嘴喷射流量较大,喷嘴尺寸也较大;而粉尘含量较低时,超细喷雾层的管道和喷嘴排列较稀疏,喷嘴喷射流量较小,喷嘴尺寸也较小。细雾层管道包括主管道和支管道,布置方式由脱硫塔直径和烟尘含量决定。
