Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种智能摇摆的人型玩具,包括有玩具本体以及设置于玩具本体内的驱动装置,所述玩具本体包括有头部、躯干部、手部和腿部四个部件,所述头部与躯干部活动连接,所述手部和腿部均与躯干部活动连接,其特征在于所述玩具本体内设有运导件,所述运导件设置于部件与部件活动连接的位置,所述运导件上设有控制部件运动轨迹的导槽,所述驱动装置带动部件沿着导槽运动,利用运导件的导槽来引导活动部件的运动轨迹,从而使得该人型玩具的各个部件的运动具有特殊性,不再是直线性运动,因此整体配合起来更具灵动感,动作结合也更加多样化,不会产生视觉疲劳,趣味性强,能获得更多消费者的青睐。

[0002]现有的电动玩具,其动作都是比较单一的,如简单的行走动作、旋转动作、摇摆动作,又或者两个动作相结合,但无论是单个动作或者两个动作组合,其运动轨迹都是非常单一的,如行走动作就是直线行走,最多在遇到障碍时能转向;如旋转动作就是不停的转动,最多是间隙性转动,但其旋转就是绕一个轴芯转动;如摇摆动作就是直线方向的左右摇摆或前后摇摆。这样的动作看起来非常生硬、死板,缺乏灵动感,很难真实模拟人的摇摆或转动等形态,动作单一性的重复,容易让玩者产生厌倦,而且现有的电动玩具功能也比较单一,玩耍趣味性不强。

具体实施方式
[0027]如图1和图2所示,本实用新型公开的智能摇摆的人型玩具,包括有玩具本体以及设置于玩具本体内的驱动装置,所述玩具本体包括有头部1、躯干部2、手部3和腿部4四个部件,所述头部I与躯干部2活动连接,所述手部3和腿部4均与躯干部2活动连接,所述玩具本体内设有运导件5,所述运导件5设置在头部I和躯干部2的活动连接位置,所述运导件5上设有控制部件运动轨迹的导槽51,所述驱动装置包括有摇摆驱动件6,所述摇摆驱动件6设置于躯干部2内,所述摇摆驱动件6带动所述头部I和躯干部2摇摆,该摇摆驱动件6在带动头部I摇摆时,该头部I会沿着运导件5的导槽51运动,因此根据运导件5的导槽51轮廓形状的不同,该头部I的摇摆轨迹也有所不同。如图3所示,该运导件5为的中间设有导槽51的板体,所述导槽51为边缘轮廓呈异型曲线的槽位,该实施例的导槽51呈心形,因此头部I在该导槽51中摇摆时呈抛物状摇摆。
[0028]如图4和图5所示,该实施例的摇摆驱动件6包括有电机61、齿轮箱以及滑动板62,其中该齿轮箱包括有内箱体63、内齿轮组(图中未示出)、外箱体64和外齿轮组65,该实施例的电机61和内齿轮组装置在内箱体63中,该电机61的转轴齿轮与内齿轮组的齿轮相啮合,外齿轮组65设置在内箱体63和外箱体64之间的位置,电机61带动内齿轮组转动,内齿轮组再将动力传递到外齿轮组65上,该外齿轮组65的输出齿轮651上设有偏心轴652,该实施例的滑动板62设置在外箱体64外,该滑动板62上设有一道竖向滑槽621和两道横向滑槽622,所述偏心轴652伸入到竖向滑槽621中,而两道横向滑槽622与外箱体64上凸设的轴杆641相连接,因此输出齿轮652只能带动滑动板62左右移动,该滑动板62的上端设有一个过渡板67,该过渡板67与滑动板62之间可以固定连接而实现滑动板62带动过渡板67同步移动,但为了避免玩者手动强制移动头部I而导致损坏该玩具,所以滑动板62与过渡板67之间通过扭簧连接,在过渡板67上设有一个供扭簧的两个弹簧脚夹持的凹位672,过渡板67的上端开有一个纵向槽位671,在该纵向槽位671中插接有一个导柱66,该导柱66可在纵向槽位671中前后移动,该导柱66上端伸入到运导件5的导槽51中,故该导柱66具有左右前后移动的空间,所以能顺畅的在导槽51中运动,该实施例的运导件5固定在外箱体64上端位置,在运导件5的上端还设有一个平板68,该平板68的中间与导柱66的中间均开孔并通过插销相连接,故该平板68能随着导柱66的移动而同步移动,该实施例的头部I安装在该平板68上,该平板68的前后端设有转柱681与头部I相连接,所以该头部I不仅可以随着导柱66的移动而移动,还能相对平板绕着转柱681摆动,故使得该人型玩具的头部I活动更具多样化,不会太单一、死板。

[0030]如图6所示,该实施例的驱动装置还包括有弹射驱动件8,所述弹射驱动件8设置在所述头部I内,该头部I由前后两半壳体对接组成,该弹射驱动件8包括有弹射壳体81、弹射电机82、齿轮组以及子弹83,弹射电机82和齿轮组安装在弹射壳体81上,弹射壳体81中间形成弹射腔,弹射壳体81上部有弹仓84,所述头部I的头顶对应弹仓84的位置设有装弹口,所述装弹口处设有盖体12,子弹83可从弹仓84中直接掉落到弹射腔中,弹射电机82的动力通过齿轮组传动从而推动子弹83发射,该头部I的嘴巴位置开有射弹口 11,该射弹口 11与弹射腔对齐,故子弹83可从嘴巴发射到外面去,该实施例的子弹83为EVA的圆盘状子弹,故使用安全,没有危险性,而且使该人型玩具还具有射弹功能,玩法更加丰富,更能吸引玩者。该实施例的头部I还设有两个耳朵13,这两个耳朵13呈圆形,其内装有能闪烁发光的LED灯;该人型玩具的眼睛14也同样装有会闪烁发光的LED灯;该人型玩具的头部I还可带有红外线接收器及语音识别功能等。

1.一种智能摇摆的人型玩具,包括有玩具本体以及设置于玩具本体内的驱动装置,所述玩具本体包括有头部(1)、躯干部(2)、手部(3)和腿部(4)四个部件,所述头部(I)与躯干部(2)活动连接,所述手部(3)和腿部(4)均与躯干部(2)活动连接,其特征在于所述玩具本体内设有运导件(5),所述运导件(5)设置于部件与部件活动连接的位置,所述运导件(5)上设有控制部件运动轨迹的导槽(51),所述驱动装置带动部件沿着导槽(51)运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能摇摆的人型玩具,其特征在于所述驱动装置包括有摇摆驱动件(6),所述摇摆驱动件(6)设置于躯干部(2)内,所述摇摆驱动件(6)带动所述头部(I)和躯干部(2)摇摆,所述运导件(5)设置在头部(I)和躯干部(2)的活动连接位置并控制头部(I)的运动轨迹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能摇摆的人型玩具,其特征在于所述摇摆驱动件(6)包括有电机(61)、齿轮箱以及滑动板(62),所述电机(61)的转轴齿轮与齿轮箱的齿轮相啮合,所述齿轮箱的输出齿轮(651)上设有偏心轴(652),所述滑动板(62)上设有竖向滑槽(621)和横向滑槽(622),所述偏心轴(652)伸入到竖向滑槽(621)中,所述横向滑槽(622)与齿轮箱的箱体上凸设的轴杆(641)相连接,所述滑动板(62)的上端与头部(I)相连接,所述滑动板(62)的后端与躯干部(2)相连接,所述电机(61)带动滑动板(62)左右滑动而带动头部(I)和躯干部(2)左右摇摆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能摇摆的人型玩具,其特征在于所述头部(I)的下端连接有导柱(66),所述导柱(66)伸入到所述运导件(5)的导槽(51)中,所述导柱(66)与所述滑动板(62)之间通过一个过渡板(67)连接,所述过渡板(67)随滑动板(62)左右移动而移动,所述过渡板(67)上设有纵向槽位(671)供所述导柱(66)的末端伸入,所述导柱(66)随过渡板(67 )左右移动的同时可在纵向槽位(671)内前后移动。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一权项所述的智能摇摆的人型玩具,其特征在于所述运导件(5)为固定在齿轮箱的箱体上的中间设有导槽(51)的板体,所述导槽(51)为边缘轮廓呈异型曲线的槽位。
6.根据权利要求4所述的智能摇摆的人型玩具,其特征在于所述过渡板(67)与所述滑动板(62)之间通过扭簧连接。
7.根据权利要求3所述的智能摇摆的人型玩具,其特征在于所述躯干部(2)包括有前躯壳(21)和后躯壳(22),所述前躯壳(21)和后躯壳(22)相对接,所述滑动板(62)的后端凸设有连接柱(623)与所述后躯壳(22)相连接。
