Abstract

一种履带式铺管收管机,包括履带式底盘车,所述履带式底盘车上安装有动力系统、液压系统、软管滚筒、软管导正挤压装置和双臂式起重机。履带式铺管收管机可以高效快速的完成长距离铺管收管,减轻了作业人员的劳动量,提升了工作效率。通过交错的导正滚筒,能够挤压软管,将软管压扁,使软管中的水强行排出,操作简单,无须再进行吊起空水,在收管的过程中就直接完成空水作业,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。两侧的双臂式起重机可直接对软管滚筒进行吊装更换,减轻了作业人员的劳动量,提升了作业效率。软管导正挤压装置与软管滚筒平行且对齐,使软管能够准确的收回到软管滚筒中,也能够使软管滚筒上的软管能够顺利的铺开,保证了作业的稳定性。

技术领域
[0001]本实用新型属于油田领域,具体涉及石油行业在大规模压裂作业时的一种履带式铺管收管机。
背景技术
[0002]随着油田开发的不断深入,深层气井、水平井和大型井都需要实施大规模体积压裂,因此需要混配大量的压裂基液,也就是井场需要有大量的水来满足配液用水量的需求。目前多采用传统的水罐车运输水的方式,则存在效率低,生产投入及管理成本高的问题。也有的客户开始采用铺设软管,从几公里远的水源栗送水到井场,但铺设软管的方式采用工程车辆前端简单固定自制软管滚筒后倒退行驶来铺放软管,效率低且需要多人配合完成。收缠软管时采用吊车的随车起重机先吊高软管,空出软管中的水后再缠管的方式,依然效率低下,操作人员的劳动量大。
实用新型内容
[0003]本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提出了一种履带式铺管收管机。
[0004]本实用新型的履带式铺管收管机,包括履带式底盘车,所述履带式底盘车上安装有动力系统、液压系统、软管滚筒、软管导正挤压装置和双臂式起重机。
[0005]所述动力系统驱动液压系统和履带式底盘车。
[0006]所述软管滚筒可旋转地安装在履带式底盘车设置的安装座上。
[0007]所述的双臂式起重机安装在软管滚筒的左右两侧。

[0012]本实用新型的有益效果是:履带式铺管收管机可以高效快速的完成长距离铺管收管,减轻了作业人员的劳动量,提升了工作效率。通过交错的导正滚筒,能够挤压软管,将软管压扁,使软管中的水强行排出,操作简单,无须再进行吊起空水,在收管的过程中就直接完成空水作业,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。两侧的双臂式起重机可直接对软管滚筒进行吊装更换,减轻了作业人员的劳动量,提升了作业效率。软管导正挤压装置与软管滚筒平行且对齐,使软管能够准确的收回到软管滚筒中,也能够使软管滚筒上的软管能够顺利的铺开,保证了作业的稳定性。设备通过液压驱动,动力较强,设置电气控制系统整体控制各个部件工作,便于操作和控制。

[0016]如图1所示,履带式铺管收管机包括履带式底盘车I,履带式底盘车I上安装有动力系统2、液压系统3、软管滚筒4、软管导正挤压装置5和双臂式起重机6。
[0017]动力系统2驱动液压系统3,为液压系统3提供动力。动力系统2驱动履带式底盘车I行进。
[0018]软管滚筒4可旋转地安装在履带式底盘车I设置的安装座7上,软管滚筒4可从安装座7上拆下。
[0019]双臂式起重机6安装在软管滚筒4的左右两侧,用于吊装软管滚筒4,对软管滚筒4进行更换。
[0020] 液压系统3驱动软管滚筒4设置的液压马达和双臂式起重机6设置的液压油缸,为软管滚筒4的转动和双臂式起重机6的运动提供动力。
[0021]软管导正挤压装置5包括固定座8和导正滚筒9。固定座8固装在履带式底盘车I的前端;导正滚筒9设置多个,自前向后平行且上下交错地安装在固定座8上。

[0023]履带式底盘车I安装有电气控制系统10,电气控制系统10作为中央控制器,控制履带式底盘车I的行进;控制软管滚筒4设置的液压马达,从而控制软管滚筒4的旋转;控制双臂式起重机6设置的液压油缸,从而控制双臂式起重机6的运动。
[0024]使用时,软管压扁并缠绕在软管滚筒4上。
[0025]进行铺管时,可直接将软管从软管滚筒4上拉出,同时履带式底盘车I行进,软管滚筒4正转,将软管从软管滚筒4上送出,并铺设落到地面上。
[0026]进行收管时,间隔地拆开固定座8上的导正滚筒9,将软管装到软管导正挤压装置5中,然后将拆下的导正滚筒9装回。通过上下交错的导正滚筒9,在软管导正挤压装置5中的软管被压扁,并呈S形。由于软管铺设完成后,进行了送水作业,软管中存有大量的水,被导正滚筒9压扁的软管将其中的水挤压排出,完成软管的空水。压扁的软管最后被反转的软管滚筒4缠绕收起。
[0027]当需要对软管或软管滚筒4进行更换时,断开软管滚筒4与安装座7的连接,通过双臂式起重机6将软管滚筒4吊起移走,然后将新的软管滚筒4连通软管滚筒4上的新软管装入到安装座7上,重新将软管滚筒4与安装座7连接,完成更换作业。

1.一种履带式铺管收管机,其特征在于,包括履带式底盘车(I),所述履带式底盘车(I)上安装有动力系统(2)、液压系统(3)、软管滚筒(4)、软管导正挤压装置(5)和双臂式起重机(6); 所述动力系统(2)驱动液压系统(3)和履带式底盘车(I); 所述软管滚筒(4)可旋转地安装在履带式底盘车(I)设置的安装座(7)上; 所述的双臂式起重机(6)安装在软管滚筒(4)的左右两侧; 所述液压系统(3)驱动软管滚筒(4)设置的液压马达和双臂式起重机(6)设置的液压油缸; 所述软管导正挤压装置(5)包括固定座(8)和导正滚筒(9),所述固定座(8)固装在履带式底盘车(I)的前端,所述导正滚筒(9)设置多个,自前向后平行且上下交错地安装在固定座⑶上; 所述软管滚筒(4)与导正滚筒(9)平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的履带式铺管收管机,其特征在于,所述履带式底盘车(I)安装有电气控制系统(10),所述电气控制系统(10)控制履带式底盘车(I)、软管滚筒(4)设置的液压马达和双臂式起重机(6)设置的液压油缸。
