Abstract

本实用新型关于一种发光布帘装置,其包含一具有多数导光纤维的发光帘布、一帘布边件以及一发光组件,帘布边件组设于发光帘布一侧边,发光组件设于帘布边件中且能朝向发光帘布的导光纤维端部投光,该发光布帘装置能应用于汽车用遮阳帘或遮物帘等产品中,发光帘布除能提供阻隔阳光或遮蔽功能外,还能利用装设于帘布边件中的发光组件发出的光线通过发光帘布的多数导光纤维而使发光帘布发光,产生照明与装饰效果,该发光布帘装置还可通过发光帘布中的导光纤维布局型态搭配合发光组件的色光等进行变化设计或定制化,达到产品多样化的目的。

技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及一种发光布帘装置,特别涉及一种能应用于汽车天窗遮阳帘、侧窗遮阳帘、后侧玻璃的遮阳帘或车内后置物空间的遮物帘等产品中,兼具发光功能的发光布帘装置。
背景技术
[0002]为了阻隔阳光直接照射于汽车内部,或为了汽车车内后置物空间的遮蔽物品等目的,目前市面已有多种汽车天窗遮阳帘、侧窗遮阳帘、后侧玻璃的遮阳帘或车内后置物空间的遮物帘等产品,提供用户选购使用。
[0003]目前现有的遮阳帘或遮物帘组成构造中,主要是利用一具有深色帘布的布帘装置来提供遮光或遮蔽功能,该深色帘布皆是使用织物等软性对象所制成,使帘布可以被操作展开与卷收。然而,前述布帘装置仅具备遮光或遮物等单一功能,此外,现有汽车用遮阳帘与遮物帘等技术领域,各式遮阳帘或遮物帘的研发重点皆是维持在传统的遮光或遮物的设计思维,或通过帘布上的平面化图案提供简易的装饰,造成市面销售的遮阳帘或遮物帘等产品间的同构型高,难以在同类产品中产生区别性与差异化。为了提升产品的竞争力,以及突显布帘装置产品的差异性,以期吸引消费者选购,对于布帘装置有必要进行创新的变更设计。
实用新型内容
[0004]本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种发光布帘装置,解决现有遮阳帘的布帘装置仅具备单一的遮光或遮蔽功能,难以在同类产品中产生区别性与差异化的问题。
[0005]本实用新型所提出的技术解决方案是:提供一种发光布帘装置,其特征在于,其包含:
[0006] —发光帘布,为包含多条导光纤维的织物,该发光帘布相对两侧边分别为一第一侧边与一第二侧边,所述多条导光纤维自第一侧边朝第二侧边方向延伸;
[0007] —长条状的帘布边件,其一长边侧具有一夹持部,该夹持部中具有一自其外侧端面朝内延伸的夹持缝,该发光帘布的第一侧边装设固定在夹持缝中,该帘布边件内部具有连通该夹持缝的一装配空间,该发光帘布的导光纤维的端部朝向该装配空间;以及
[0008] —发光组件,装设在该帘布边件的装配空间内,该发光组件包含一发光部,该发光部朝向该发光帘布的导光纤维的端部。
[0009]如上所述的发光布帘装置中,该发光帘布的第二侧边连接一轴管,该发光帘布能卷绕在该轴管上。
[0010]如上所述的发光布帘装置中,该帘布边件是由第一部件与一第二部件并接组合而成,该第一部件相对两侧分别形成一第一夹片部与一第一扣接部,该第二部件相对两侧分别形成一第二夹片部与一第二扣接部,该第一部件与第二部件并接组合,且利用第一扣接部与第二扣接部相对扣合连接,第一夹片部与第二夹片相对并合而构成具有该夹持缝的该夹持部。
[0011]如上所述的发光布帘装置中,该发光组件为发光二极管灯条,该发光二极管灯条的发光部朝向位于该帘布边件的夹持缝内的发光帘布的导光纤维的端部。
[0012]本实用新型可达成的有益功效为,该发光布帘装置能应用于汽车天窗遮阳帘、侧窗遮阳帘、后侧玻璃的遮阳帘或车内后置物空间的遮物帘等产品,其中除能利用发光帘布提供阻隔阳光或遮蔽的基本功能外,该发光布帘装置还能进一步利用装设在帘布边件中的发光组件对发光帘布中的多条导光纤维端部投光,通过该多数导光纤维的导光与光漫射功能而使发光帘布发光,进而使发光布帘装置兼具柔和的照明功能,并通过光的投射与变化而在产生特异的装饰性功能,使发光布帘装置在汽车用遮阳帘或遮物帘等产品中,具备独特的商品差异性。同时,该发光布帘装置以整体性的组成结构创造,使其能够由制造业者通过发光帘布中的导光纤维布局型态搭配合发光组件的色光等进行变化设计,或是依据顾客的需求进行客制化设计,达到产品多样化的目的。

[0032]如图1至图3所示,该发光帘布20是包含多条导光纤维的织物,于本优选实施例中,该发光帘布20是由多条导光纤维与多条深色纱线编织而成的织物,使该发光帘布20具备遮光功能,且该发光帘布20能通过所述多条导光纤维导光与漫射而被动发光。该发光帘布20相对两侧边分别为一第一侧边21与一第二侧边22,所述多条导光纤维自第一侧边21朝第二侧边22方向延伸。该发光帘布20的第二侧边22还可进一步连接一轴管23,使该发光帘布20能卷绕于该轴管23上予以卷收。所述多条导光纤维在发光帘布20中布设方式可依产品设计而决定。
[0033]如图1至图3所示,该帘布边件30连接于该发光帘布20的第一侧边21,该帘布边件30是一中空的长条部件,该帘布边件30的一长边侧具有一夹持部31,该夹持部31中具有一自其外侧端面朝内延伸的夹持缝32,该夹持缝32提供发光帘布20的第一侧边21固定其中,该帘布边件30内部还具有一连通夹持缝32的装配空间33,且使发光帘布20的导光纤维的端部朝向装配空间33。
[0034]该帘布边件30可为一体成形的单一部件,或如图2及图3所示,该帘布边件30是由第一部件301与一第二部件302并接组合而成。该第一部件301相对两侧分别形成一第一夹片部303与一第一扣接部305,该第二部件302相对两侧分别形成一第二夹片部304与一第二扣接部306,该第一部件301与第二部件302并接组合,且利用第一扣接部305与第二扣接部306相对扣合连接,第一夹片部303与第二夹片部304相对并合而构成具有夹持缝32的夹持部31。
[0035]如图1至图3所示,该发光组件40装设在帘布边件30的装配空间33内,该发光组件40包含一发光部,所述发光部朝向发光帘布20的导光纤维的端部,用以对导光纤维的端部投光,该发光组件40可通过电线外接电源,或者,该帘布边件30的装配空间33中也可以装设小型电池直接对发光组件40提供电能。在本优选实施例中,该发光组件40选用低耗电的发光二极管灯条,所述发光二极管灯条的发光部朝向位于帘布边件30的夹持缝32内的发光帘布20第一侧边21,使发光组件40能发出的光投射在发光帘布20,并通过发光帘布20中的多条导光纤维的导光与光的漫射而使发光帘布20发光。该发光组件40为可发出单一种色光或多种色光的发光组件,当发光组件40为可发出多种色光的发光组件时,发光组件40可受控选择色光的型式而能作多样性的变化。
[0036] 本实用新型发光布帘装置10可应用于汽车车顶天窗遮阳帘、侧窗遮阳帘、后侧玻璃的遮阳帘,或车内后置物空间的遮物帘等产品等。如图1、图4及图5所示,以本实用新型发光布帘装置10装设在天窗框架50中为例,其中,以发光帘布20第二侧边22组设的轴管23中结合卷收器(图未示),并装设在天窗框架50—侧,以发光帘布20第一侧边21组设的帘布边件30两端分别结合一导引块51装设于在窗框架50相对两侧的导轨52上,使发光帘布20能通过导引块51于导轨52上滑移,且搭配轴管23内的卷收器,使发光帘布20能在天窗框架50中展开及收合。如此,该发光布帘装置10除能利用发光帘布20提供阻隔阳光的基本功能外,如图3所示,该发光布帘装置10还能进一步利用设在帘布边件30中的发光组件40对发光帘布20的导光纤维端部投光,通过所述多条导光纤维的导光与光漫射而使发光帘布20发光,进而使发光布帘装置10兼具柔和的照明功能与装饰性功能。

Claims (5)

1.一种发光布帘装置,其特征在于,其包含: 一发光帘布,包含多条导光纤维的织物,该发光帘布相对两侧边分别为一第一侧边与一第二侧边,所述多条导光纤维自第一侧边朝第二侧边方向延伸; 一长条状的帘布边件,其一长边侧具有一夹持部,该夹持部中具有一自其外侧端面朝内延伸的夹持缝,该发光帘布的第一侧边装设固定在该夹持缝中,该帘布边件内部具有连通该夹持缝的一装配空间,该发光帘布的导光纤维的端部朝向该装配空间;以及 一发光组件,装设在该帘布边件的装配空间内,该发光组件包含一发光部,该发光部朝向该发光帘布的导光纤维的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光布帘装置,其特征在于,该发光帘布的第二侧边连接一轴管,该发光帘布能卷绕在该轴管上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光布帘装置,其特征在于,该帘布边件是由一第一部件与一第二部件并接组合而成,该第一部件相对两侧分别形成一第一夹片部与一第一扣接部,该第二部件相对两侧分别形成一第二夹片部与一第二扣接部,该第一部件与第二部件并接组合,且利用第一扣接部与第二扣接部相对扣合连接,第一夹片部与第二夹片相对并合而构成具有该夹持缝的该夹持部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的发光布帘装置,其特征在于,该帘布边件是由一第一部件与一第二部件并接组合而成,该第一部件相对两侧分别形成一第一夹片部与一第一扣接部,该第二部件相对两侧分别形成一第二夹片部与一第二扣接部,该第一部件与第二部件并接组合,且利用第一扣接部与第二扣接部相对扣合连接,第一夹片部与第二夹片相对并合而构成具有该夹持缝的该夹持部。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的发光布帘装置,其特征在于,该发光组件为发光二极管灯条,该发光二极管灯条的发光部朝向位于该帘布边件的夹持缝内的发光帘布的导光纤维的端部。
