[0004]为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种可回收让压锚索,该让压锚索能对软岩巷道支护能够起到良好的作用,通过在锚索索体的自由段上设置挤压管,并在挤压管外表面套上套管,可以在软岩巷道大变形时,锚索索体的自由段的钢绞线和挤压管在套管内移动起到让压作用,避免软岩巷道在大变形时产生的强大外力致使锚索发生断裂的问题;同时,利用在锚索锚固段与自由段的连接处设置挡圈,可以轻松的利用锚索索体将锚固剂药卷推进钻孔底部,保证锚固剂药卷不会滑出,提高了锚索的锚固效果,保证了煤矿软岩巷道的围岩安全;此外,锚索索体的自由段和锚固段设计为螺纹连接,可以使锚索索体的自由段可被回收重新利用,降低了锚索支护成本。

[0006] —种可回收让压锚索,包括索体,设在索体上的托盘,以及设在索体尾部的锁具。索体包括锚固段和自由段;索体的锚固段和自由段之间螺纹连接;锚固段的端部设有锚固剂搅拌头;在锚固段与自由段连接位置设有挡圈;在索体的自由段上靠近锚固段的位置套有挤压管,挤压管的外表面上套有套管;在索体自由段上靠近托盘一端设有挡环。

[0017] —种可回收让压锚索,包括索体I,设在索体I上的托盘2,以及设在索体I尾部的锁具3。索体I包括锚固段5和自由段4;索体I的锚固段5和自由段4之间螺纹连接;锚固段5的端部设有锚固剂搅拌头6;在锚固段5与自由段4连接位置设有挡圈9;在索体I的自由段4上靠近锚固段5的位置套有挤压管12,挤压管12的外表面上套有套管11;在索体I自由段4上靠近托盘2—端设有挡环13。索体I的锚固段5为实心的螺纹钢。索体I的锚固段5的外圆周表面上间隔设置有多个倒刺状锚固体7。索体I的自由段4为钢绞线。托盘2为方形托盘;托盘2的中间有凸起的圆拱,圆拱中心设有供索体I通过的圆孔。挡圈9呈圆台形,挡圈9的材质为橡胶。挡环13与索体I自由段13之间焊接连接。
[0018]本实用新型一种可回收让压锚索的实施工序:首先在软岩围岩10中利用钻机打出锚索钻孔8;然后将锚索锚固段5和自由段4通过螺纹连接组成完整的锚索索体I;再利用索体I将锚固剂药卷推入至钻孔底部并搅拌,待凝固后,装上托盘2和锁具3,从而实现对巷道围岩的锚索支护。
[0019]本实用新型提供的一种可回收让压锚索通过在锚索索体I的自由段4上设置挤压管12,并在挤压管12外表面套上套管11,可以在软岩巷道大变形时,锚索索体的自由段4的钢绞线和挤压管12在套管11内移动起到让压作用,避免软岩巷道在大变形时产生的强大外力致使锚索发生断裂的问题;同时利用在锚索锚固段5与自由段4的连接处设置挡圈9,可以轻松的利用锚索索体I将锚固剂药卷推进钻孔底部,保证锚固剂药卷不会滑出,提高了锚索的锚固效果,保证了煤矿软岩巷道的围岩安全;此外,锚索索体I的自由段4和锚固段5设计为螺纹连接,可以使锚索索体I的自由段4可被回收重新利用,降低了锚索支护成本。

Claims (7)
1.一种可回收让压锚索,包括索体(1),设在索体(I)上的托盘(2),以及设在索体(I)尾部的锁具(3),其特征在于,所述索体(I)包括锚固段(5)和自由段(4);所述索体(I)的锚固段(5)和自由段(4)之间螺纹连接;所述锚固段(5)的端部设有锚固剂搅拌头(6);在锚固段(5)与自由段(4)连接位置设有挡圈(9);在所述索体(I)的自由段(4)上靠近锚固段(5)的位置套有挤压管(12),挤压管(12)的外表面上套有套管(11);在所述索体(I)自由段(4)上靠近托盘(2)—端设有挡环(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可回收让压锚索,其特征在于,所述索体(I)的锚固段(5)为实心的螺纹钢。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种可回收让压锚索,其特征在于,所述索体(I)的锚固段(5)的外圆周表面上间隔设置有多个倒刺状锚固体(7)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种可回收让压锚索,其特征在于,所述索体(I)的自由段(4)为钢绞线。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种可回收让压锚索,其特征在于,所述托盘(2)为方形托盘;所述托盘(2)的中间有凸起的圆拱,圆拱中心设有供索体(I)通过的圆孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种可回收让压锚索,其特征在于,所述挡圈(9)呈圆台形,挡圈(9)的材质为橡胶。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种可回收让压锚索,其特征在于,所述挡环(13)与索体(I)自由段(4)之间焊接连接。
