目前，工业厂房的屋面和墙面维护一般均按照国家标注执行，有些厂房的维护节点设计会在原有国标基础上提出些的改进做法，但即使有所改进，建筑物在正常使用状态下，有的功能要求无法达到合格标准，比如北方，冬季气温低，夏季气温高，建筑物的冻融循环反复，使得建筑的使用功能比设计预期的效果要低，费工费时费力，却没有达到功能需求。
