5、坩祸盖板6、加热器14,机架体I由型材制作而成,炉壳2通过转轴21设于机架体I的带座轴承22上,所述炉壳2上设有电气柜4;炉壳2的内底部设有耐火砖层15;炉壳2的内壁设有保温棉层13;炉壳2内上部设有隔热纤维板12;耐火砖层15、保温棉层13、隔热纤维板12三者形成一保温腔体;炉壳盖3连接于炉壳2的顶部,且炉壳盖3位于隔热纤维板12的上方;坩祸5设于炉壳2内,且坩祸5位于耐火砖层15、保温棉层13、隔热纤维板12三者形成的保温腔体中间;坩祸盖板6设于坩祸5的顶部;加热器14设于坩祸5的外壁上,且加热器14与电气柜4相连接。

1.一种小型可移动合金熔炼炉,其特征在于:包括机架体(I)、炉壳(2)、炉壳盖(3)、坩祸(5)、坩祸盖板(6)、加热器(14),所述机架体(I)由型材制作而成,所述炉壳(2)通过转轴(21)设于机架体(I)的带座轴承(22)上,所述炉壳(2)上设有电气柜(4);所述炉壳(2)的内底部设有耐火砖层(15);所述炉壳(2)的内壁设有保温棉层(13);所述炉壳(2)内上部设有隔热纤维板(12);所述耐火砖层(15)、保温棉层(13)、隔热纤维板(12)三者形成一保温腔体;所述炉壳盖(3)连接于炉壳(2)的顶部,且炉壳盖(3)位于隔热纤维板(12)的上方; 所述坩祸(5)设于炉壳(2)内,且坩祸(5)位于耐火砖层(15)、保温棉层(13)、隔热纤维板(12)三者形成的保温腔体中间;所述坩祸盖板(6)设于坩祸(5)的顶部;所述加热器(14)设于坩祸(5)的外壁上,且加热器(14)与电气柜(4)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型可移动合金熔炼炉,其特征在于:所述机架体(I)的底部设有万向轮(16)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型可移动合金熔炼炉,其特征在于:所述坩祸盖板(6)上设有投料盖(7);所述坩祸盖板(6)上设有压紧手柄(8),所述压紧手柄(8)位于投料盖(7)的侧边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型可移动合金熔炼炉,其特征在于:所述坩祸盖板(6)上设有炉膛热电偶(9)和坩祸内热电偶(10);所述坩祸内热电偶(10)通过坩祸内热电偶座(11)设于坩祸盖板(6)上;所述炉膛热电偶(9)和坩祸内热电偶(10)与电气柜(4)相连接。
