背景技术
目前,在耐火砖烧制后,耐火砖具有很高的温度,只有等耐火砖冷却后才能进行后续的操作,传统的耐火砖冷多为自然降温,这种方式耗时长、效率低,也会导致耐火砖加工效率的降低,现有的方式多采用机械降温的方式进行降温,这种方式存在着不便操作、降温效率不高、耐火砖降温效果不佳的不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有耐火砖降温存在的不便操作、降温效率不高、耐火砖降温效果不佳的问题,提供一种操作方便、工作效率高、耐火砖降温效果好的适用于耐火砖的降温装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种适用于耐火砖的降温装置,包括降温室、导轨、鼓风机、导风管、出风管和排风扇,其特征在于:所述的降温室顶部设置有排风管,所述的导轨设置在降温室内,通过导轨便于窑车将烧制后的耐火砖运输到降温室内进行降温,所述的鼓风机设置在降温室外壁上,并在鼓风机上设置有输风管,所述的导风管与输风管连接,并在导风管上设置有进风管,所述的出风管设置在降温室内壁上,并将出风管与进风管连接,鼓风机将气流经过输风管、导风管、进风管、出风管进入到降温室内,提高降温室的空气流量,从而实现对烧制后耐火砖降温的目的,所述的排风扇设置在排风管内,通过排风扇能够将降温室内具有热量的空气迅速排出降温室,提高耐火砖的降温效率及降温效率,进而提高耐火砖的加工效率。
所述的出风管与降温室内壁之间设置有30-50°的夹角,并将出风管与出风管之间的距离设置为180-250cm。
所述的排风扇设置在排风管内。
有益效果:本实用新型在降温室外壁设置有鼓风机,顶部设置有排风管,内壁设置有多个出风管,在排风管内设置有排风扇,增强了降温室内的空气流通量,增强了耐火砖的降温效果,提高了耐火砖的降温效率,从而提高了耐火砖的加工效率。

如附图1和2所示:一种适用于耐火砖的降温装置,包括降温室1、导轨2、鼓风机3、导风管4、出风管5和排风扇6,其特征在于:所述的降温室1顶部设置有排风管7,所述的导轨2设置在降温室1内,通过导轨2便于窑车将烧制后的耐火砖运输到降温室1内进行降温,所述的鼓风机3设置在降温室1外壁上,并在鼓风机3上设置有输风管8,所述的导风管4与输风管8连接,并在导风管4上设置有进风管9,所述的出风管5设置在降温室1内壁上,并将出风管5与进风管9连接,所述的出风管5与降温室1内壁之间设置有35°的夹角,并将出风管5与出风管5之间的距离设置为200cm,在出风管5与降温室1内壁之间设置有一定的夹角,能够使出风管5向下方排出气流,增强耐火砖的降温效果,鼓风机3将气流经过输风管8、导风管4、进风管9、出风管5进入到降温室1内,提高降温室1的空气流量,从而实现对烧制后耐火砖降温的目的,所述的排风扇6设置在排风管7内,通过排风扇6能够将降温室1内具有热量的空气迅速排出降温室1,提高耐火砖的降温效率及降温效率,进而提高耐火砖的加工效率。
