[0002]通过LED发光的灯泡,现在在取代钨丝灯泡、取代卤素灯泡,减少了灯泡的耗电,如现有用于游泳池水中照明的PAR56灯泡,原来耗电就是300瓦,现在的LED灯泡只需要30瓦就够了,那么是不是还有减少耗电可能呢?答案是肯定的,因为技术在不断创新,工艺在不断改正。

[0003]本实用新型的目的针对现有技术的上述欠缺,提供一种外壳散热容易的游泳池照明用的PAR56-LED型灯泡,在同样的外形体积下,可以做到耗电更少或亮度更强。
[0004]本实用新型的目的是通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种外壳散热容易的LED灯泡,主要包括壳体、电子线路板、LED灯板和灯罩,所述的壳体里面装有电子线路板和LED灯板,在壳体口上盖有灯罩,其特征在于:所述的壳体是呈锥体状的,锥体状的前端是铝合金碗,后端是塑料碗,所述的铝合金碗的口边有一公分宽的同心圆圈,同心圆圈用于与灯罩套接,铝合金碗的外面有深槽,深槽的作用是扩大壳体的散热面积,其内面有个圆孔,圆孔内放置电子线路板,圆孔的口比铝合金碗的口要向内缩进一公分,圆孔口的边上放置LED灯板。铝合金碗与塑料碗采用注塑方法实现一体化,所述的壳体与灯罩之间放有粘合剂,防止进水。
