背景技术
[0002]吸痰管是临床中用于清除患者呼吸道内的痰液或者粘性分泌物的一种医疗器械。在临床上通常用吸痰管和吸痰器相连接,吸痰管插到病人呼吸道内,利用负压进行吸痰操作。
[0003]临床上医生对患者进行吸痰操作的时候,导管如果太硬,插管过程病人比较痛苦;吸痰的时候,稍有不慎会损伤呼吸道粘膜,吸出的痰液里面将带有血丝。

[0023]本实用新型的有益效果是:在管本体的端部设置天然乳胶材质的端头,在插送导管过程中可以避免擦破呼吸道,减少给病人带来的痛苦。在端头的侧壁上呈相对的位置处分别设有侧吸孔,侧吸孔在轴线方向为错位设置,以避免吸痰口阻塞后吸痰管不能工作的问题,通过侧吸孔可以同时进行吸痰,并对管本体进行一定程度的泄压,避免压力过大而导致管本体损伤的问题产生,并且可以加大吸痰力度,使痰液充分吸出。端头与所述管本体之间通过弹簧相连,并使端头的轴线与所述管本体的轴线之间的夹角为5度,这样可以使端头在插入人体呼吸道的时候能够更加顺应呼吸道的形状,避免端头顶到呼吸道对呼吸道造成伤害引起不适,在端头上固定设有拉绳,拉绳位于管本体的一端上设有拉环,通过操作者扣住拉环以使拉绳拉动端头,端头通过弹簧的变形而转变角度,这样就能准确的使端头的吸痰口对准吸痰位置,避免吸痰管在呼吸道中反复调整位置而造成对患者身体的伤害。在管本体上还设有病原菌检测模块,这样可以在吸痰时,或者吸痰完毕后通过病原菌检测模块检测患者是否发生感染。在管本体上设有负压调节开孔管,所述负压调节开孔管相对于所述管本体垂直设置,且其一端设有扩面,所述扩面为弧面,所述负压调节开孔管内设有透气膜,这样可以便于医护人员通过用手指按压调节负压调节开孔调节吸痰时的压力,并通过透气膜阻挡吸上来的痰液从负压调节开孔污染医生手指。
