Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种LED超薄筒灯,包括面环、LED灯条、铝背板、LED驱动、后盖,所述铝背板为圆环形,设于面环与后盖之间,所述LED灯条设置在铝背板内壁上,所述LED驱动与LED灯条具有电连接,铝背板内由上而下依次设有扩散板、导光板和反光纸,所述面环上设有固定凹槽,所述后盖上设有与固定凹槽相匹配的固定凸台,所述LED驱动固定在后盖上。本实用新型的LED超薄筒灯质量轻,散热性能好,另外组装拆卸方便,结构超薄便于安装,外观简洁。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于照明灯具技术领域,涉及一种LED超薄筒灯。
背景技术
LED灯具作为照明领域的发展趋势,具有寿命长,高效节能,环保健康,高光效和安全可靠等优点。LED筒灯是应用新型LED照明光源在传统筒灯基础上改良开发的产品。与传统筒灯对比具有节能、低碳、长寿、显色性好、响应速度快等优点。LED筒灯的设计更加的美观轻巧,安装时能达到保持建筑装饰的整体统一与完美,不破坏灯具的设置,光源隐藏在建筑装饰内部,光源不外露,无眩光,发光均匀度高,从而令人的视觉效果柔和、均匀。
现有的LED筒灯具有诸多缺陷:材质多以铝材为主,铝材的造价高,重量大,运输和安装使用都不方便,且绝缘性差;另外,现有的LED筒灯以直下式发光为主,发光均匀度较差,而且灯的体高度很高,需要足够的安装空间,一些对安装高度要求较高的地方便无法安装;同时,现有的LED筒灯大多采用外置驱动,外置驱动成本高,转化效率低且安装不方便;此外大多数现有的LED筒灯产品以螺丝进行各个配件的连接,影响整体的美观,组装拆卸不方便致使生产速度较慢。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种LED超薄筒灯,组装结构简单,外观简洁轻巧,便于安装。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种LED超薄筒灯,包括面环、LED灯条、铝背板、LED驱动、后盖,所述铝背板为圆环形,设于面环与后盖之间,所述LED灯条设置在铝背板内壁上,所述LED驱动与LED灯条具有电连接,铝背板内由上而下依次设有扩散板、导光板和反光纸,所述面环上设有固定凹槽,所述后盖上设有与固定凹槽相匹配的固定凸台,所述LED驱动固定在后盖上。
进一步,所述面环和后盖由导热塑料制成。
进一步,所述LED灯条通过导热胶带粘贴在所述铝背板内壁上。
进一步,所述LED驱动的输出端连接有硅胶线,硅胶线的另一端连接所述LED灯条。
进一步,所述后盖上设有用于固定所述LED驱动的固定卡扣。
进一步,所述后盖上设有供电源线穿过的通孔。
进一步,所述电源线连接到所述LED驱动的输入端。
进一步,所述通孔上套有橡胶圈。
进一步,所述后盖的支架上设有弹簧。
本发明LED超薄筒灯内置铝制圆形结构,散热性好。面环和后盖均采用导热塑料材质,重量轻,便于运输安装,绝缘性能好。LED灯条以侧入方式发光,发光均匀度高,灯体质量轻,对安装空间要求较低。面环与后盖通过卡合或脱离实现快速组装或拆卸,提高生产效率,降低组装成本,无螺丝等紧固件,外观简洁一体化。采用内置式LED驱动也能有效降低成本,便于安装,提高发光效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1至3所示,本发明LED超薄筒灯包括面环1和后盖8,面环1上设有固定凹槽12,后盖8上设有与固定凹槽12相配合的固定凸台9,通过将固定凹槽12与固定凸台9卡合完成组装。面环1上的限位卡槽13可有效防止面环1与后盖8之间的滑移,保证运输及安装使用过程中的稳定可靠。由此避免了使用螺丝连接各个配件,使产品的外观更加简洁。面环1和后盖8均由导热塑料制成,绝缘性好且质量轻,便于运输安装。面环1的圆环内设有一圈铝背板6,从而能够实现良好的散热效果。在铝背板6上用导热胶带粘贴有一圈LED灯条5。LED灯条5以侧入方式发光,由此可以减小筒灯的体高度,实现超薄结构。铝背板6内设有扩散板2,扩散板2下方设有导光板3,从而使光线更加均匀柔和。导光板3下设有反光纸4,以提高光线的利用率。后盖8中间设有两个固定卡扣10,LED驱动7通过固定卡扣10固定在后盖8上,由此实现LED驱动的内置,提高转换效率。松开固定卡扣10即可拆卸LED驱动7,便于日后LED驱动7的更换组装。LED驱动7的输出端与LED灯条5通过硅胶线相连接。后盖8上还设有通孔12,电源线穿过通孔12与LED驱动7的输入端相连。通孔12上套有密封橡胶圈,起到防尘防水的作用。
具体组装步骤为:首先将电源线连接到LED驱动7的输入端;随后将LED灯条5通过导热胶带粘贴在铝背板6上;接着将硅胶线一端连接LED驱动7的输出端,另一端连接到LED灯条5上;然后依次将反光纸4、导光板3和扩散板2放入铝背板6内;接着将LED驱动7固定到后盖8的固定卡扣10上,使电源线穿过后盖8上的通孔12;接下来将铝背板6放置到面环1的圆环内;然后通过固定凸台9和固定凹槽12的卡合将后盖8与面环1紧密扣接;最后在后盖8的支架上安装弹簧。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种LED超薄筒灯,包括面环、LED灯条、铝背板、LED驱动、后盖,其特征在于:所述铝背板为圆环形,设于面环与后盖之间,所述LED灯条设置在铝背板内壁上,所述LED驱动与LED灯条具有电连接,铝背板内由上而下依次设有扩散板、导光板和反光纸,所述面环上设有固定凹槽,所述后盖上设有与固定凹槽相匹配的固定凸台,所述LED驱动固定在后盖上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述面环和后盖由导热塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯条通过导热胶带粘贴在所述铝背板内壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述LED驱动的输出端连接有硅胶线,硅胶线的另一端连接所述LED灯条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述后盖上设有用于固定所述LED驱动的固定卡扣。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述后盖上设有供电源线穿过的通孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述电源线连接到所述LED驱动的输入端。
8.根据权利要求6所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述通孔上套有橡胶圈。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LED超薄筒灯,其特征在于:所述后盖的支架上设有弹簧。
