Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，所述铝合金门窗框包括外框及中梃，所述密封连接件设置于外框与中梃的连接处，所述密封连接件设有注胶孔，所述密封连接件设有第一连接部及第二连接部，所述第二连接部垂直于第一连接部，通过注胶孔注入胶水将外框与中梃固定。所述门窗为门或者窗。本实用新型连接件安装在外框与中梃夹角处，能够与型材紧密贴合，注胶后连接件与中梃及外框形成一种三维的连接结构，连接稳固且密封性好。

背景技术
传统上铝合金门窗框与中梃螺丝连接或中梃连接件连接后，没有其他工艺处理该部位，导致加工精度不足，平整度不能保证，雨水可通过该间隙集留部分水分渗入室内，破坏室内装修。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，既能保证连接的平整度，又能防止雨水渗漏。为此，本实用新型提供以下技术方案：
一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，所述铝合金门窗框包括外框及中梃，所述密封连接件设置于外框与中梃的连接处，所述密封连接件设有注胶孔，所述密封连接件设有第一连接部及第二连接部，所述第二连接部垂直于第一连接部，通过注胶孔注入胶水将外框与中梃固定。所述门窗为门或者窗。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上，本实用新型还可采用以下进一步的技术方案：
所述第一连接部设有注胶孔，所述第一连接部覆盖在中梃的侧面及外框的侧面，并凸起用于形成容纳胶水的腔体。
所述第二连接部设有注胶孔，所述第二连接部设有与中梃及外框相适配的凸齿，所述凸齿卡嵌在中梃及外框的长槽内。
所述第二连接部与中梃及外框连接处设有用于容纳胶水的腔体。
所述密封连接件设有凸条，所述凸条设于凸齿的底部，所述凸条与凸齿配合卡钳在长槽内。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型连接件安装在外框与中梃夹角处，能够与型材紧密贴合，注胶后连接件与中梃及外框形成一种三维的连接结构，连接稳固且密封性好。

如图所示，一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃1连接的密封连接件，所述铝合金门窗框包括外框2及中梃1，所述密封连接件3设置于外框2与中梃1的连接处，所述密封连接件3设有注胶孔4，所述密封连接件3设有第一连接部8及第二连接部9，所述第二连接部9垂直于第一连接部8，通过注胶孔4注入胶水将外框2与中梃1固定。
所述第一连接部8设有注胶孔4，所述第一连接部8覆盖在中梃1的侧面及外框2的侧面，并凸起用于形成容纳胶水的腔体。
所述第二连接部9设有注胶孔4，所述第二连接部9设有与中梃1及外框2相适配的凸齿5，所述凸齿5卡嵌在中梃1及外框2的长槽6内。凸齿4卡钳的结合使得连接更紧密牢固。所述密封连接件设有凸条7，所述凸条7设于凸齿5的底部，所述凸条7与凸齿5配合卡钳在长槽6内。
所述第二连接部9与中梃1及外框2连接处设有用于容纳胶水的腔体。浇水从注胶孔4注入，将密封连接件3、中梃1及外框2固定在一起，即能保证牢固度又能起到密封防水的效果。

1.一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，所述铝合金门窗框包括外框及中梃，其特征在于，所述密封连接件设置于外框与中梃的连接处，所述密封连接件设有注胶孔，所述密封连接件设有第一连接部及第二连接部，所述第二连接部垂直于第一连接部，通过注胶孔注入胶水将外框与中梃固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，其特征在于，所述第一连接部设有注胶孔，所述第一连接部覆盖在中梃的侧面及外框的侧面，并凸起用于形成容纳胶水的腔体。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，其特征在于，所述第二连接部设有注胶孔，所述第二连接部设有与中梃及外框相适配的凸齿，所述凸齿卡嵌在中梃及外框的长槽内。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，其特征在于，所述第二连接部与中梃及外框连接处设有用于容纳胶水的腔体。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种用于铝合金门窗框与中梃连接的密封连接件，其特征在于，所述密封连接件设有凸条，所述凸条设于凸齿的底部，所述凸条与凸齿配合卡钳在长槽内。
