具体实施方式

[0023]如图1、图2所示,本实用新型实施例底部热风环流发酵箱用于有机制肥机,有机制肥机是一种高效快捷方便的无害化处理农作物废弃物(如秸杆)的设备,它将多型分散独立的相关秸杆处理设备,包括上料机构3、搅拌机构6、发酵箱1、热风炉2、抽风机构5、出料机构
4、电控柜7优化组合成一个紧凑的多功能的集成设备,通过利用现代生化技术工艺方法,利用本设备能高效快速地将秸杆类农作物废弃物进行灭毒灭菌,快速发酵生产活性有机肥。
[0024]本设备中,上料机构3、出料机构4分别位于发酵箱I前后两侧,热风炉2、抽风机构5与电控柜7分别位于发酵箱I左右两侧。
[0025]如图3、图4所示,上料机构3由大机架、翻斗装置、链条提升机构、液压油缸举升机构这几部分组成。大机架两侧沿径向设有两用槽钢制成的翻斗轨道31,翻斗轨道31包括较长的竖直部分与由竖直部分朝发酵箱延伸的较短的水平部分。两翻斗轨道31之间设有多个横撑32将其固定。大机架在靠近液压油缸举升机构输出端设有两相对轴线对称的固定部33。翻斗装置包括翻斗34及安装于翻斗底部的翻斗托架35,翻斗托架由相铰接的前托架和后托架组成。前托架包括一与翻斗固定的前托架主体以及安装于前托架主体前端的两前滚轮,后托架包括一与前托架主体铰接的后托架主体以及安装于后托架主体后端的两后滚轮和两连接部36。前滚轮与后滚轮可在翻斗轨道31上滚动。前托架和后托架设计巧妙,当翻斗托架在翻斗轨道竖直部分时,前托架和后端收拢,将翻斗端平;当翻斗托架到达最终位置时(如图3翻斗在上部的状态,这时前滚轮在水平部分,后滚轮在竖直部分),后托架顶起前托架后部,使前托架带动翻斗翻转。液压油缸举升机构采用单作用三级油缸作为上料油缸37,油缸顶部输出端安装有升降轮机构38。液压油缸采用中位卸荷作为上料换向阀。链条提升机构包括两条链条39,每一链条一端固定于大机架上的固定部33,然后绕过液压油缸的升降轮机构38,固定于翻斗托架的连接部36。
[0026]如图1、图2、图5、图6、图7所示,发酵箱I由保温上箱体11、半圆搅拌槽12、底部热风循环加热管道组成,通过循环热风将发酵箱内原料快速加热灭毒灭菌,再经多重发酵、扩繁生化处理工艺,直至完成制肥过程。所述保温上箱体11是用矩形空心型钢制作箱体骨架,内外箱体表面是用优质不锈钢板制作,内外层间夹装有优质轻型保温材料,顶部设有可开关的顶门,由开门油缸控制。所述半圆搅拌槽12,内侧半圆槽用较厚不锈钢制作,外侧焊有若干个等分均匀的回弯风道13,最外表面侧封板则是用优质保温材料制作。半圆搅拌槽最下侧为环流热风入口 14,连接入口处的4条管道端头各开了一个清灰口 15,每个口上装了速拆清灰盖,可及时快速拆放淤积于此的煤灰尘粒等。本设备环流热风入口 14与热风源接通,热风出口 16与抽风系统连接,启动设备后,能高效快速给有机肥原料加热发酵。半圆搅拌槽12靠近出料机构41 一侧的中部还设有出料门17。
[0027]如图1、图2、图8所示,搅拌机构6为螺旋搅拌机构,包括搅拌电机61、减速机62、链轮链条、搅拌轴63以及装设于搅拌轴63上的螺旋式叶片64,装置于发酵箱I下部,由搅拌电机61通过减速后,带动搅拌轴63的螺旋式叶片64充分搅拌发酵箱内物料充分发酵。
[0028]如图1所示,所述热风炉2由燃炉火炉、旋风除尘器、排灰阀、通风管道组成。燃煤火炉所产生热风经由旋风除尘器处理后由管道输往发酵箱加热箱内原料,除尘器收入尘粒则由其下部所设排灰阀自动排出。
[0029]如图1所示,所述抽风机构5由离心风机、进出风管组成。由风机将热风炉2所产生的热风经发酵箱加热原料之后经风机排出风口排出机外。
[0030]如图2、图9所示,所述出料机构4由出料电机41、减速机42与螺旋输送机43组成,它将制成的肥料经发酵箱出料门17落入出料机构入口 44后,输送给出料口 45。
[0031]上述液压油缸举升机构采用的三级油缸37和开门油缸由液压系统控制。液压系统主油路上设有相串联的电机油栗、上料换向阀及开门换向阀,然后回到油箱。上料换向阀连接单作用三级油缸,作为上料油缸,用于上料操作;开门换向阀连接双作用油缸,作为开门油缸,控制发酵箱门的开关。电机油栗前端还并联一溢流阀。上料换向阀采用中位卸荷,油缸不动作时中位零压力卸荷,从而防止油液温度升高而且不需要装其它卸荷阀。
[0032]上料操作时,首先按电控柜7上的上升按钮,上料换向阀换向,压力油进入上料油缸的下腔,压力油推动多级油缸上升,上料油缸首先一级活塞杆带动链条前进,然后第二级活塞杆带动链条前进,最后第三级活塞杆链条前进,链条带动翻斗把料送上去到位后碰到上限行程开关,自动停止上料,此时翻斗翻转,翻斗中的物料掉入发酵箱中。上料完毕后,再由下降按钮让上料换向阀换向,翻斗通过自重下降,下降到位碰到下限行程开关,油缸自动停止下降。等待放料进行下一次动作。就这样做周期性往复运动。
[0033]本方案上料机构有如下优点:
[0034]液压系统的高压油推动三级油缸上升和下降,三级油缸推动升降轮机构上升和下降,升降轮机构带动翻斗托架沿轨道上升和下降,本方案采用三级油缸安装尺寸只有630mm,却能达到1400mm的行程,这样大大减化了结构,降低了成本,节约了空间,另外采用槽钢做轨道既经济,又耐用。
[0035]利用充分地把机电液优点发挥出来了,充分发挥了电气的自动和可靠性,液压的稳定性和故障小,机械的滑动摩擦力最小等优点。
[0036]利用单作用三级油缸结构紧凑,它的安装距离短,行程长,那么上升的距离大。
[0037]液压系统的换向阀是采用中位卸荷,油缸不动作时中位零压力卸荷,从而防止油液温度升高而且不需要装其它卸荷阀。

[0040]本机的制肥控制系统的硬件包括PLC、称重传感器与温度传感器,称重传感器用于称重发酵箱中的料,并将重量数据传给PLC。温度传感器用于测量发酵箱中的温度,并将温度数据传给PLC JLC实现三个方面的控制:在通过计重确定料上完后,控制热风炉加热;控制送热的抽风机,使发酵箱在经过加热、杀菌、发酵、扩繁四个阶段时具有需要的温度;等料变成有机肥后大约6〜8小时后,PLC发出信号提醒操作人员。
[0041]本设备的运行过程是:上料由液压系统控制,先启动总电源,再启动搅拌电机和油栗电机,让搅拌轴一边搅拌,一边上料,搅拌由电机以970r/min带动减速机,减速机进行减速,减速比为146,再由减速机带动链轮和链条,两链轮比为3: I,再次减速到2.2r/min,链条以这种速度通过链轮带动搅拌轴进行搅拌,液压系统通过开门油缸把顶门打开让料倒进来,液压系统通过上升油缸经上料机构把料送上去,并称重,由称重传感器传给PLC,PLC进行计重;料上完后,热风炉加热,抽风机抽风让热风抽进风道,原料在发酵箱内一边加热,一边搅拌,物料在发酵箱内要经过四个阶段:加热、杀菌、发酵、扩繁,这四个阶段有不同的温度,这由温度传感器传给PLC,由PLC控制送热的抽风机,等料变成有机肥后大约6〜8小时后,PLC会发出信号提醒操作人员可以出料了;操作人员打开出料门,出料系统开始工作,出料电机带动减速机,由减速机带动螺旋机进行出料。农业废弃物生化处理制肥机完成了它的一个整周期。绿色有机肥就这样做成了。而且肥料制作的四个阶段,四个阶段时间的设定,温度的设定都可以在PLC上设置好,只要按自动运行程序物料就能按设置好的参数和程序运行。本机的自动化制肥系统是本机的一大特点,既是自动上料,又结构简单,运动平稳,操作方便可靠。
Claims (7)
1.一种有机制肥机的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,包括用于容纳原料的保温上箱体与半圆搅拌槽以及设置于底部用于加热的底部热风循环加热管道,所述底部热风循环加热管道是由所述半圆搅拌槽外侧焊设的若干个等分均匀的回弯风道所形成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,所述保温上箱体的箱体骨架是用矩形空心型钢制作,内外箱体表面是用优质不锈钢板制作,内外层间夹装有优质轻型保温材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,所述保温上箱体顶部设有由油缸控制开关的顶门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,所述半圆搅拌槽内侧半圆槽用不锈钢制作,最外表面侧封板则是用保温材料制作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,所述半圆搅拌槽最下侧为环流热风入口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,连接所述入口处的管道端头开了 一个清灰口,清灰口上装了速拆清灰盖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的底部热风环流发酵箱,其特征在于,所述半圆搅拌槽在其一侧的中部设有出料门。
