背景技术：
相机外壳握把上需贴背胶，因背胶是软胶成形品，手工粘贴起来会造成背胶定位不准，品质不佳，达不到产品要求标准，在此基础上，我们研发了相机握把自动压合装置，提高了产品的整体品质。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，相机外壳握把上需贴背胶，因背胶是软胶成形品，手工粘贴起来会造成背胶定位不准，本装置可有效的解决上述问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种相机模组专用治具，包括电木材质的底座，所述底座上安装有支撑柱体及所述支撑柱体后端面通过螺栓安装有气压调节阀和电磁阀，所述支撑柱体前端面设置有带推杆的气缸组，且所述推杆上有带握把上模的推板，所述支撑柱体右边安装有推杆控制器。
作为优选，所述推板下方的所述底座上安装有定位握把下模。
作为优选，所述气压调节阀上安装有气压表。
作为优选，所述气缸组、气压调节阀和气压表均通过气管与气路相连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益之处是：有效的解决了手工粘贴相机外壳握把背胶工序时定位不准，品质不佳，达不到产品要求标准等问题。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细描述：图1至图2包括电木材质的底座1，所述底座1上安装有支撑柱体2及所述支撑柱体2后端面通过螺栓安装有气压调节阀4和电磁阀6，所述支撑柱体2前端面设置有带推杆32和推杆33的气缸组3，且所述推杆32和所述推杆33上有带握把上模34的推板35，所述支撑柱体3右边安装有推杆控制器5为了保证相机握把贴胶的压合度，所述推板35下方的所述底座1上安装有定位握把下模36。
为了保证相机握把贴胶时的压紧力，所述气压调节阀4上安装有气压表42。
为了保证气路的和气动组件的有效连接，所述气缸组3、气压调节阀4和气压表42均通过气管与气路相连接。
具体的，将背胶放在握把上模34上，将相机握把座放在定位握把下模36上，通过气压表42来调整气压调节阀41，使压力达到压合粘贴要求，通过推杆控制器5使推杆32和推杆33连接的推板35上的握把上模34下压，使背胶压贴在定位握把下模36上的相机握把座上，按下推杆控制器5使推板35抬起，完成一个粘合流程。

1.一种相机模组专用治具，包括电木材质的底座(1)，其特征在于：所述底座(1)上安装有支撑柱体(2)及所述支撑柱体(2)后端面通过螺栓安装有气压调节阀(4)和电磁阀(6)，所述支撑柱体(2)前端面设置有带推杆(32)和推杆(33)的气缸组(3)，且所述推杆(32)和所述推杆(33)上有带握把上模(34)的推板(35)，所述支撑柱体(3)右边安装有推杆控制器(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种相机模组专用治具，其特征在于：所述推板(35)下方的所述底座(1)上安装有定位握把下模(36)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种相机模组专用治具，其特征在于：所述气压调节阀(4)上安装有气压表(42)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种相机模组专用治具，其特征在于：所述气缸组(3)、气压调节阀(4)和气压表(42)均通过气管与气路相连接。
