Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，包括密封条本体，密封条表面覆盖有亮条，密封条本体包括顶条、C柱三角窗条、竖条与侧条，亮条内侧面分布有多个卡夹，与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上还安装有卡扣，卡夹的两侧设置有向外弯曲卡接条，卡接条的横截面为横置的U型结构，卡扣的一侧与卡夹的结构相适应且安装在卡夹上，卡扣的另一侧设置有用于卡入C柱三角窗条的W型的卡接件。在亮条内侧面分布有多个卡夹，与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上还安装有卡扣，卡夹能够卡入顶条。而在与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上安装有卡扣，通过卡扣来装配C柱三角窗条。本实用新型装配方便，安装后整体外形美观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件，尤其是涉及一种适应亮条装配的后门窗导轨密封条。
背景技术
着人们生活水平的日益提高，私家车越来越普及，用户对外观的要求也越来越高。带亮条的后门玻璃窗导轨密封条结构是整车外观的一部分，而后门玻璃窗导轨密封条需要与车门、侧围以及玻璃配合使用。
目前，后门玻璃窗导轨密封条与亮条之间的安装紧固一般采用整体胶粘方式或物理卡接方式。然而两种安装方式都存在各自的不足：整体胶粘方式，亮条使用化学胶粘剂，然而化学胶黏剂固化工艺不仅占用资源，环保性也不好。通过物理卡接方式，比如通过密封条的挤出唇边来装配，这样的装配方式有以下缺点：1、难以装配，往往需要表面涂肥皂水装配。2、在装车过程中受到车身三维弧度的影响，密封条端头会是应力集中点，很容易导致亮条与密封条端头的松脱、翻转、翘起等情况发生；3、即使装车后短期内没有以上情况出现，但密封条挤出部分均为弹性体，在使用环境尤其是高低温交替中会有一定的老化，也很容易导致上述情况的发生；4、密封条装车后，很容易存在前后门的平齐度的问题，使前后门不对称不美观。
此外后门窗导轨一般结构包括顶条、中隔柱竖条、B柱侧条与C柱三角窗条，采用EPDM橡胶模压接合，具有接角工序减少，EPDM接角牢度好等特点，但模压温度高容易压伤表面影响外观，硫化时间长、效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，具备装配方便，整体外形美观，接角效率高的特点。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，包括密封条本体，所述的密封条表面覆盖有亮条，所述的密封条本体包括顶条、C柱三角窗条、竖条与侧条，所述的亮条内侧面分布有多个卡夹，与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上还安装有卡扣，所述的卡夹的两侧设置有向外弯曲卡接条，所述的卡接条的横截面为横置的U型结构，所述的卡扣的一侧与卡夹的结构相适应且安装在卡夹上，所述的卡扣的另一侧设置有用于卡入C柱三角窗条的W型的卡接件。
所述的亮条上设置有六个与顶条匹配的卡夹，所述的卡夹与亮条固定连接，所述的卡夹上的卡接条卡入所述的顶条上。六个与顶条匹配的卡夹，是较为理想的个数，即能够保证亮条安装后平齐性较好，也能够使得装配起来并不麻烦。
所述的亮条上设置有三个与C柱三角窗匹配的卡夹，所述的卡扣安装在卡夹上，所述的卡接件包括一左一右对称设置的U型条，两个U型条的内侧边固定连接且与卡夹连接，两个U型条的外侧边则与卡夹件存在间隙。三个与C柱三角窗匹配的卡夹，即能够保证亮条安装后平齐性较好，也能够使得装配起来并不麻烦。卡接件是较为常见的一种卡接方式的结构件。
所述的竖条、顶条、C柱三角窗条分别采用TPV塑料接角，所述的顶条与所述的C柱三角窗条之间采用Z字形对接。采用TPV接角是目前汽车车门密封条普遍推广使用的工艺，其具备模压温度低及时间短的优点。采用TPV接角在满足接角强度的情况下，有效解决塑料共挤涂层由于模压温度高表面熔化的缺陷并提高接角效率。顶条与C柱三角窗条采用“Z”字形对接增加其接角强度。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于在亮条内侧面分布有多个卡夹，与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上还安装有卡扣，卡夹能够卡入顶条。而考虑到C柱三角窗条的结构，其弯曲弧度较为明显，若单纯的采用卡夹容易起翘，且卡夹是采用长条形的结构，在弯曲弧度明显的C柱三角窗条来说，并不适用。因此在与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上安装有卡扣，通过卡扣来装配C柱三角窗条。本实用新型装配方便，安装后整体外形美观。

以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图5所示：一种适应亮条1装配的新型结构密封条，包括密封条本体，密封条表面覆盖有亮条1，密封条本体包括顶条2、C柱三角窗条3、竖条4与侧条5，亮条1内侧面分布有多个卡夹6，与C柱三角窗条3相对应的卡夹6上还安装有卡扣7，卡夹6的两侧设置有向外弯曲卡接条8，卡接条8的横截面为横置的U型结构，卡扣7的一侧与卡夹6的结构相适应且安装在卡夹6上，卡扣7的另一侧设置有用于卡入C柱三角窗条3的W型的卡接件9。
亮条1上设置有六个与顶条2匹配的卡夹6，卡夹6与亮条1固定连接，卡夹6上的卡接条8卡入顶条2上。
亮条1上设置有三个与C柱三角窗匹配的卡夹6，卡扣7安装在卡夹6上，卡接件9包括一左一右对称设置的U型条31，两个U型条31的内侧边固定连接且与卡夹6连接，两个U型条31的外侧边则与卡夹6件存在间隙。
竖条4、顶条2、C柱三角窗条3分别采用TPV塑料接角，顶条2与C柱三角窗条3之间采用Z字形对接。
Claims (4)
1.一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，包括密封条本体，所述的密封条表面覆盖有亮条，所述的密封条本体包括顶条、C柱三角窗条、竖条与侧条，其特征在于所述的亮条内侧面分布有多个卡夹，与C柱三角窗条相对应的卡夹上还安装有卡扣，所述的卡夹的两侧设置有向外弯曲卡接条，所述的卡接条的横截面为横置的U型结构，所述的卡扣的一侧与卡夹的结构相适应且安装在卡夹上，所述的卡扣的另一侧设置有用于卡入C柱三角窗条的W型的卡接件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，其特征在于所述的亮条上设置有六个与顶条匹配的卡夹，所述的卡夹与亮条固定连接，所述的卡夹上的卡接条卡入所述的顶条上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，其特征在于所述的亮条上设置有三个与C柱三角窗匹配的卡夹，所述的卡扣安装在卡夹上，所述的卡接件包括一左一右对称设置的U型条，两个U型条的内侧边固定连接且与卡夹连接，两个U型条的外侧边则与卡夹件存在间隙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种适应亮条装配的新型结构密封条，其特征在于所述的竖条、顶条、C柱三角窗条分别采用TPV塑料接角，所述的顶条与所述的C柱三角窗条之间采用Z字形对接。
