背景技术
目前，钢质、铁质等金属管材在生活和工业生产中还是应用较为广泛。主要原因在于其抗压性能较高。但是金属质管材容易受到腐蚀，容易造成损耗，使用和维护成本过高。

本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种热浸塑钢管，管体为钢管具有良好的抗压性能，内外壁均有树脂层作为防腐、防氧化保护层，使得该热浸塑钢管可以克服传统金属管不耐腐的缺电，具有较长的使用寿命，降低了成本。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种热浸塑钢管，包括管体，所述管体为钢管，管体内、外壁均设有树脂层，所述管体两端横截面为圆角矩形结构，所述管体中端横截面为圆形结构，所述圆角矩形结构的内侧为圆形，且内径等于圆形结构的内径，所述圆角矩形结构的外壁和内壁之间设有加强筋。
进一步优选的，所述圆角矩形结构的外壁上设有缓冲层。
本实用新型的有益效果：该热浸塑钢管具有良好的刚性，抗压性能好，同时具有良好的耐腐蚀性，抗氧化性，使得热浸塑钢管的使用、维护成本降低，使用寿命延长。

如图1至2中所示，本实施例的一种热浸塑钢管，包括管体1，所述管体1为钢管，管体1内、外壁均设有树脂层2，所述管体1两端横截面为圆角矩形结构3，所述管体1中端横截面为圆形结构4，所述圆角矩形结构3的内侧为圆形，且内径等于圆形结构4的内径，所述圆角矩形结构3的外壁和内壁之间设有加强筋5。加强筋5可以有效提高管材的刚性，圆角矩形结构3可以增大管材与接触面的面积，减小压强，保护管材。
本实施例中，所述圆角矩形结构3的外壁上设有缓冲层6。可以有效防止管材外壁的树脂层2磨损，避免管材的耐腐性降低，同时避免管材与接触面的碰撞过激，导致管材受损。
