Abstract

背景技术
[0002]目前,筛选机主要用于对原料或所加工产品进行筛选分离,将体积大小基本相同的筛选出来进行包装等后续工序,其使用方便、易操作。现有的筛选装置主要通过筛板振动进行从大到小逐级筛选,大多是采用振动筛选方式,根据物料自重进行下落,由于氧化锌颗粒本省的体积就比较小,这样的分选效果不高,生产效率低。
实用新型内容
[0003]针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供了一种离心快速筛选氧化锌装置,克服了现有技术的不足,设计合理,结构紧凑,通过在固定箱内设置转动箱,待筛选的物料进入转动箱,转动箱高速旋转,将物料甩到转动箱壁上,进行过滤筛选,同时在转动轴上设有气流,气流随箱体转动,进一步提高分选效率。

[0012]参见附图,一种离心快速筛选氧化锌装置,包括固定箱I和驱动电机2,固定箱I下端设置支撑座101支撑于地面,所述的固定箱I内设有转动箱3,转动箱3为圆桶或方桶。转动箱3中间穿过转动轴4,转动轴4上下端通过轴承及其组件转动安装在固定箱I上,转动轴4下端设有传动齿轮401,传动齿轮401啮合主动齿轮5,主动齿轮5固装于驱动电机2的输出轴上,所述的转动箱3壁为带有过滤网孔的钢板制成,转动箱3上端设有接料斗301,所述的固定箱I上设有进料管6,进料管延伸到接料斗301,转动轴4为空心管,转动轴在转动箱内部分具有多个出风口 402,转动轴4下端连接加气栗7;通过在固定箱内设置转动箱,待筛选的物料进入转动箱,转动箱高速旋转,将物料甩到转动箱壁上,进行过滤筛选,同时在转动轴上设有气流,气流随箱体转动,进一步提高分选效率。
