Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种悬臂式机械手3D打印装置,包括底座、打印头、旋转轴传动装置及组件、垂直导轨及组件、水平导轨及组件、3D打印平台及送料装置,所述旋转轴传动装置及组件固定在底座上,与垂直导轨及组件、水平导轨及组件依次连接,打印材料由送料装置传送给打印头,所述打印头固定在水平导轨及组件上,在旋转轴传动装置及组件、垂直导轨及组件、水平导轨及组件的联合驱动下,在3D打印平台上按照指定轨迹实现3D打印功能,本实用新型采用柱面坐标系,能在开放的平面内,实现360度全方位的3D打印,解决了直角坐标3D打印机在打印空间上受到限制的问题,此外,该打印机可以在360度内设置多个打印平台,实现多工位3D打印。

背景技术
[0002] 3D打印是一种以数字模型文件为基础,运用粉末状金属或塑料等可粘合材料,通过逐层打印的方式来构造物体的技术,3D打印是基于数字技术来实现打印功能,在模具制造、工业设计等领域被用于制造模型,亦可使用这种技术打印零部件,该技术在珠宝、鞋类、工业设计、建筑工程、汽车,航空航天、牙科和医疗产业、土木工程、军工以及其他领域都有所应用,因此,针对不同行业,设计不同结构的3D打印机具有非常重要的经济价值。
[0003]目前,大多数3D打印机采用直角坐标结构或者并联结构,直角坐标结构也称之为龙门式结构,基于该结构的打印机喷头沿X、Y、Z做直线运动或者联动,按指定的运行轨迹打印零件,但其打印平台固定,打印空间局限于3D打印机内部,打印空间取决于机体的大小和X、Y、Z方向轨道长度,打印空间小;而并联结构的3D打印机的运动原理是3联臂机器人的运动原理,打印平台需设置在3吊臂的运行范围内,吊臂太长,打印机稳定性差,太短则打印空间小,因此,上述两种结构的打印机打印平台固定,打印空间有限,不适用于多零件多工位打印,也不适用于在工作现场对零件进行3D打印,更不适用于在现场用3D打印技术对破损零件或物品进行修复。

[0004]本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种悬臂式机械手3D打印装置,该打印机打印空间自由,打印平台不固定,能够实现360度全方位的3D打印,亦可在360度内设置多个打印平台,实现多工位3D打印。

8.根据权利要求1所述的悬臂式机械手3D打印装置,其特征在于:送料装置包括送料盘支架(37)和送料盘(13),所述送料盘支架(37)固定在垂直导轨(12)背面,所述送料盘(13)固定在送料盘支架(37)上。
