背景技术
目前随着市场经济的发展，客户对专用车的外观质量和细节之处的要求也越来高，因此产品制作工艺也在不断的改进，由以前的简单粗放式生产向精致式加工转变。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种板材折弯压扁模具，解决了现有板材包边过程中精确度不高的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种板材折弯压扁模具，包括上模具、T形下模具1、下模具2、内置弹簧，上模具上设有尖刀，T形下模具1上端面中部设置容置尖刀的凹槽，下模具2固定于折弯机底座，T形下模具1底端凸起置于下模具2凹槽内并通过弹簧支撑保证两侧间隙。
进一步地，上模具上设有28°尖刀，T形下模具1上端面中部设置容置尖刀30°凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：结构简单，使用方便，提高板材包边过程中的平整性，保证加工后外观。

一种板材折弯压扁模具，包括上模具（1）、T形下模具1（2）、下模具2（3）、内置弹簧（4），上模具（1）上设有尖刀（11），T形下模具1上端面中部设置容置尖刀的凹槽（12），下模具2（3）固定于折弯机底座，T形下模具1（2）底端凸起置于下模具2（3）凹槽内并通过弹簧支撑保证两侧间隙。
进一步地，上模具上设有28°尖刀，T形下模具1上端面中部设置容置尖刀30°凹槽。
使用时，将板材放置在T形下模具1上端面，下压上模具，板材上形成30°折角。然后30°角压平包边。

1.一种板材折弯压扁模具，其特征在于，包括上模、T形下模（1）、下模（2）、内置弹簧，上模具上设有尖刀，T形下模（1）上端面中部设置容置尖刀的凹槽，下模具（2）固定于折弯机底座，T形下模（1）底端凸起置于下模（2）凹槽内并通过弹簧支撑保证两侧间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板材折弯压扁模具，其特征在于，上模具上设有28°尖刀，T形下模（1）上端面中部设置30°凹槽。
