本实用新型提供了一种防火隔音保温砌块,包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部内穿插有钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部依次包裹着混凝土层、无机保温棉层和抗裂砂浆层,该防火隔音保温砌块采用钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网能够增强砌砖的承重性能,边缘加工成波纹状,有利于砌块间的紧密结合,同时设有无机保温棉层和轻质耐火保温层提高了砌砖的防火隔音保温性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种防水防火隔音保温砌块。
背景技术
随着,我国《建筑业发展“十二五”规划》的公布,对建筑业节能降耗的要求,成为贯穿整个规划始终的亮点,力求通过制定明确的发展目标、采用详细有力的措施来推动我国建筑业的节能减排。我国的墙体、屋顶和门窗单位面积的传热量是气候条件接近的发达国家的2~5倍,所以,建筑节能的关键是增强建筑物围护结构的保温、隔热性能。其中重要的一个环节,是开发出既环保,又不需要采用其它额外保温措施,就能达到现行节能设计标准的墙体材料。
而且,随着社会的发展,人们对建筑防火安全、隔音性能的关注日益增多,要求也越来越高,已经不单单满足保温就行。
实用新型内容
针对现有的状况,本发明提供一种结构稳定又具有良好防火隔音保温功能的墙体。
为实现发明目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种防火隔音保温砌块,包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部内穿插有钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部依次包裹着混凝土层、无机保温棉层和抗裂砂浆层。
作为优选,所述的无机保温棉层和抗裂砂浆层之间设有轻质耐火保温层。
作为优选,所述的钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网延伸至混凝土层。
作为优选,所述的无机保温棉层为矿棉或岩棉或玻璃棉。
作为优选,所述的轻质耐火保温层为添加有阻燃剂的聚苯类保温材料或聚氨酯类保温材料。
作为优选,所述的砌块为直角六面体,上下两面加工成可相互嵌合的波纹状,左右两面加工成可相互嵌合的波纹状,波纹状有利于砌块间的紧密结合。
本实用新型提供的防火隔音保温砌块,采用钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网能够增强砌砖的承重性能,边缘加工成波纹状,有利于砌块间的紧密结合,同时设有无机保温棉层和轻质耐火保温层提高了砌砖的防火隔音保温性能。

如图1和图2所示的一种防火隔音保温砌块,包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部1,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部内穿插有钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网2,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部1依次包裹着混凝土层3、无机保温棉层4、轻质耐火保温层5和抗裂砂浆层6;所述的钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网延伸至混凝土层;所述的无机保温棉层为矿棉或岩棉或玻璃棉;所述的轻质耐火保温层为添加有阻燃剂的聚苯类保温材料或聚氨酯类保温材料;所述的砌块为直角六面体,上下两面加工成可相互嵌合的波纹状,左右两面加工成可相互嵌合的波纹状,波纹状有利于砌块间的紧密结合。

1.一种防火隔音保温砌块,其特征在于包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部内穿插有钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料芯部依次包裹着混凝土层、无机保温棉层和抗裂砂浆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火隔音保温砌块,其特征在于所述的无机保温棉层和抗裂砂浆层之间设有轻质耐火保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火隔音保温砌块,其特征在于所述的钢筋制成的龙骨或钢网延伸至混凝土层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火隔音保温砌块,其特征在于所述的无机保温棉层为矿棉或岩棉或玻璃棉。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火隔音保温砌块,其特征在于所述的轻质耐火保温层为添加有阻燃剂的聚苯类保温材料或聚氨酯类保温材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火隔音保温砌块,其特征在于所述的砌块为直角六面体,上下两面加工成可相互嵌合的波纹状,左右两面加工成可相互嵌合的波纹状。
