本实用新型涉及一种输电线路装配式基础适用的装配式基础安装调整器。
背景技术
装配式基础:又称预制基础,是工厂预制,现场装配的基础形式。输电线路多采用混凝土预制基础,是用多个部件拼装而成的预制钢筋混凝土基础,其底板与立柱分离,底板也是由多个砌块组成,用螺栓连接;输电线路一般设计为一块底盘,两块底板,底板分别座在底盘上,底板与底盘之间用螺栓连接;立柱为混凝土单柱,单柱与底板之间用法兰盘连接。底盘上有32根M30螺栓,每个底板上有16根与底盘相对应的螺栓孔,螺栓之间的间距最小为200mm,长度为350mm-650mm,螺栓孔内径为36mm,底板每块重7吨左右。安装时采用吊车吊装的方式,在螺栓对准螺栓孔后将底板坐在底盘上。对准时需要同时对准16根螺栓及螺栓孔,是一项费时费力的工作,安装人员不小心就可能挤伤手部,同时在底板下落时还可能损坏螺栓丝扣。为解决以上问题,需要研制一种能快速准确的将底板安装在底板上,同时保证螺栓丝扣不受损伤的安装调整工具。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的问题是输电线路装配式基础底板安装时可以快速准确的将16根螺栓套入相应的螺栓孔。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:将内部有螺纹的钢管与一端磨尖的钢筋焊接在一起组成的调整器,其中:内部有螺纹的钢管外径为φ36,内径为φ30,长度为120mm,钢管内侧加工成与M30螺栓配套的螺纹丝扣;一端磨尖的钢筋规格为φ12螺纹钢,长度为50mm。
采取本实用新型的有益效果是:安装装配式基础底板时可以节省安装时间,提高了劳动效率,降低了安装人员手部受伤的风险,同时保证了连接螺栓的丝扣无损伤。

具体实施方式
吊装前将装配式基础安装调整器安装在装配式基础底盘的连接螺栓上,吊装底板时只要安装调整器尖端进入螺栓孔中,即可进行安装。不必担心卡住或者损坏螺栓丝扣。

1.装配式基础安装调整器,其特征在于:将内部有螺纹的钢管与一端磨尖的钢筋焊接在一起组成的调整器,其中:
内部有螺纹的钢管外径为φ36,内径为φ30,长度为120mm,钢管内侧加工成与M30螺栓配套的螺纹丝扣;
一端磨尖的钢筋规格为φ12螺纹钢,长度为50mm。
