本实用新型涉及一种可升降调节的双辊镀铝薄膜收卷机。
背景技术
现有技术中，在镀铝薄膜的加工生产过程中需要对镀铝薄膜进行及时的收卷、检测，如果出现不合格的产品，可以随时的进行控制，目前、常用的检测、收卷设备过于简陋，且收卷机的收卷过程中，针对直径不同的卷辊，需要使用不同的收卷机，这样更换效率低，不能及时的收卷出镀铝薄膜生产线上的镀铝薄膜。

本实用新型提供一种结构简单、安装使用方便的、可以适用于不同型号镀铝薄膜的双辊镀铝薄膜收卷机。

一种可升降调节的双辊镀铝薄膜收卷机，包括机座：所述机座的一端固定安装有导料辊，机座中部安装有竖直支撑柱，所述竖直支撑柱上端转动安装有小直径收卷辊，所述机座的另一侧固定安装有液压升降杆，所述液压升降杆的上端安装有大直径收卷辊。
所述机座旁安装有控制盒，控制盒连接到液压升降杆。

本实用新型的镀铝薄膜收卷机上安装有双辊收卷机，双辊收卷机上安装有两收卷辊，且两收卷辊的直径不同，可以分别适用于不同的直径的镀铝薄膜卷收卷，且通过液压升降杆可以调节大直径收卷辊的高度位置，这样对于直径不同的收卷之间的更换更加方便。

2.根据权利要求1所述可升降调节的双辊镀铝薄膜收卷机，其特征在于：所述机座旁安装有控制盒，控制盒连接到液压升降杆。
