[0007]本实用新型充分利用了 SCR工艺和SNCR工艺的优缺点进行有效的工艺装置组合,同时采用氨水做还原剂,将氨水直接喷入炉膛进行SNCR反应,利用锅炉一次风热烟气将氨水蒸发成氨气进行SCR反应,提高了脱硝效率,从而达到超净排放的目的。由于国家对污染排放标准的要求越来越高,同时氨水来源广泛,很多化工企业有剩余氨水可以利用,成本低,因此本发明克服了传统SCR工艺装置或SNCR工艺装置的缺点,具有广泛的推广应用前景。
发明内容
[0008] 本实用新型充分利用了 SCR和SNCR工艺装置的特点,利用锅炉等炉膛高温和一次热风热能和温度,公用氨水做还原剂,发明了一种SNCR+SCR联合脱硝超净排放工艺装置,从而达到锅炉窑炉烟气脱硝超净排放的目的。
[0009]本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现:一种SNCR+SCR联合脱硝超净排放工艺装置,氨水罐通过氨水栗一路经氨水管道与设在氨水蒸发器上的氨水喷射器相连,所述的氨水蒸发器的一端与锅炉一次热风管路的一端相接,锅炉一次热风管路的另一端与锅炉炉膛相接,所述的氨水蒸发器的出口端通过氨气管道分别与催化剂反应器内的喷氨格栅和设置在烟道内的喷枪相连接;另一路经氨水管道与氨水稀释模块相接,稀释后的氨水通过管路与设置在锅炉炉膛内的喷枪相接,锅炉炉膛通过烟道与催化剂反应器相接,催化剂反应器与烟囱相接。
[0010] 采用氨水做SCR+SNCR组合装置的公用还原剂,氨水经稀释直喷进行SNCR脱硝和经氨水蒸发器蒸发或利用烟道烟气直接蒸发成氨气进行SCR脱硝,本实用新型和现有SCR+SNCR组合装置相比,具有简洁、实用、高效等优点。

[0014] 一种SNCR+SCR联合脱硝超净排放工艺装置,包括氨水罐I,氨水栗2,氨水蒸发器3,氨水喷射器4,锅炉一次热风管路5,氨水稀释模块6,锅炉炉膛7,喷枪8,催化剂反应器9,喷氨格栅10,烟气烟道11;如图1所示。
[0015] 20-25%浓度氨水储存在氨水罐I中,由氨水栗2分别栗至氨水蒸发器3和氨水稀释模块6中。其中一路氨水进入氨水稀释模块6的氨水,和稀释水混合稀释成10%左右浓度的稀释氨水,经喷枪8直接喷入锅炉炉膛7,在850-1150 °C的温度场区域,进行SNCR反应;另一路氨水由氨水喷射器4上下交错喷入氨水蒸发器3和上部通过锅炉一次热风管路5进入的热风在氨水蒸发器3内混合蒸发,氨气由底部排出,通过喷氨格栅10,进入催化剂反应器9中,进行SCR催化还原反应脱硝。另一路氨气则直接通过喷枪8喷入烟道11内,进入催化剂反应器9中,进行SCR催化还原反应脱硝。
Claims (1)
1.一种SNCR+SCR联合脱硝超净排放工艺装置,其特征在于:氨水罐(I)通过氨水栗(2)一路经氨水管道与设在氨水蒸发器(3)上的氨水喷射器(4)相连,所述的氨水蒸发器(3)的一端与锅炉一次热风管路(5)的一端相接,锅炉一次热风管路(5)的另一端与锅炉炉膛(7)相接,所述的氨水蒸发器(3)的出口端通过氨气管道分别与催化剂反应器(9)内的喷氨格栅(10)和设置在烟道(11)内的喷枪(8)相连接;另一路经氨水管道与氨水稀释模块(6)相接,稀释后的氨水通过管路与设置在锅炉炉膛(7)内的喷枪(8)相接,锅炉炉膛(7)通过烟道(11)与催化剂反应器(9)相接,催化剂反应器(9)与烟囱相接。
