本实用新型公开了一种锅炉的尾部机构,包括由炉墙形成的锅炉尾部烟道以及并列安装在锅炉尾部烟道内的锅炉省煤器和除氧省煤器;锅炉省煤器上设有用于锅炉给水流通的锅炉省煤器进口集箱和锅炉省煤器出口集箱,除氧省煤器上设有连通除氧省煤器的蛇形管的除氧省煤器进口集箱和除氧省煤器出口集箱。本实用新型在烟气流通断面不变的情况下,省煤器蛇形管受热面分为锅炉省煤器和除氧省煤器,其并列设置在锅炉尾部烟道内,锅炉省煤器出来的热水直接进入锅筒,除氧省煤器出来的热水回到除氧器,充分利用锅炉尾部烟气余热,具有换热效率高的特点。

一种锅炉的尾部机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及有色冶炼、化工等行业的锅炉,具体涉及到一种锅炉的尾部机构。
背景技术
在有色冶炼的生产工艺过程中,会有大量的高中温烟气余热需用余热锅炉来吸收,产生中低压蒸汽用于发电或生产使用。其中某一类烟气往往含有少量的二氧化硫和水,其露点温度在100℃左右,且含有大量的烟尘。
根据烟气特点,余热锅炉的排烟温度可以降到150~200℃。如图1、2和5所示,当烟气含尘量高,锅炉尾部烟道的流速较低,烟气从上向下横向冲刷省煤器15的蛇形管,锅炉给水经电动给水泵23加压、电动调节阀19调节流量后从省煤器进口箱3进入,通过现有的一级省煤器1、现有的二级省煤器2换热后,由省煤器出口箱4引出到锅筒17内,由于余热锅炉尾部只设有单个省煤器15,受热面管内的工质流量少,流速低,换热效果差。另外由于烟气露点温度较高,锅炉的尾部受热面不能设置低温省煤器(加热20~30℃的软水)和空预器,否则容易发生低温露点腐蚀现象。鉴于以上两种原因,余热锅炉的排烟温度难以降到150~200℃。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种锅炉的尾部机构,能充分利用锅炉尾部烟气余热,换热效率高。
为达上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:提供一种锅炉的尾部机构,包括由炉墙形成的锅炉尾部烟道以及并列安装在锅炉尾部烟道内的锅炉省煤器和除氧省煤器;锅炉省煤器上设有用于锅炉给水流通的锅炉省煤器进口集箱和锅炉省煤器出口集箱,除氧省煤器上设有连通除氧省煤器的蛇形管的除氧省煤器进口集箱和除氧省煤器出口集箱。
优选的,锅炉省煤器和除氧省煤器内分别设有一级省煤器和二级省煤器。
优选的,锅炉省煤器和除氧省煤器的低温段受热面材质为耐硫酸低温露点腐蚀用钢。
优选的,锅炉省煤器进口集箱通过电动调节阀与锅炉给水泵连接。
优选的,除氧省煤器进口集箱通过电动调节阀与除氧给水泵连接。
优选的,电动调节阀和锅炉给水泵之间、电动调节阀与除氧给水泵之间均设有用于测工质流量的孔板。
优选的,锅炉省煤器出口集箱与锅筒连接。
优选的,除氧省煤器出口集箱与除氧器连接。
综上所述,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型在烟气流通断面不变的情况下,省煤器蛇形管受热面分为锅炉省煤器和除氧省煤器,其并列设置在锅炉尾部烟道内,锅炉省煤器出来的热水直接进入锅筒,除氧省煤器出来的热水回到除氧器,充分利用锅炉尾部烟气余热,具有换热效率高的特点。
2、本实用新型增加了除氧给水泵,除氧给水泵出来的给水,经过除氧省煤器蛇形管吸热后,汇集到除氧省煤器出口集箱,再回到除氧器水箱加热给水。这样减少了除氧器的外来蒸汽量,从而达到节能的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,如图3、4所示,提供了一种锅炉的尾部机构,包括由炉墙14形成的锅炉尾部烟道13以及并列安装在锅炉尾部烟道13内的锅炉省煤器5和除氧省煤器6;锅炉省煤器5上设有用于锅炉给水流通的锅炉省煤器进口集箱9和锅炉省煤器出口集箱10,除氧省煤器6上设有连通除氧省煤器6的蛇形管的除氧省煤器进口集箱11和除氧省煤器出口集箱12。
本实用新型的优化实施例,锅炉省煤器5和除氧省煤6器内分别设有一级省煤器7和二级省煤器8,锅炉省煤器5和除氧省煤器6的低温段受热面材质为耐硫酸低温露点腐蚀用钢,可以是DN钢,有效防止低温腐蚀;锅炉省煤器进口集箱9通过电动调节阀19与锅炉给水泵22连接,除氧省煤器进口集箱11通过通过电动调节阀19与除氧给水泵21连接。电动调节阀19和锅炉给水泵22之间、电动调节阀19与除氧给水泵21之间均设有用于测工质流量的孔板20,锅炉省煤器出口集箱10与锅筒17连接,除氧省煤器出口集箱12与除氧器18连接。
本实用新型尾部机构包括锅炉尾部烟道13、锅炉省煤器5、除氧省煤器6、锅炉省煤器进口集箱9、锅炉省煤器出口集箱10、除氧省煤器进口集箱11、除氧省煤器出口集箱12、炉墙14。锅炉省煤器5与除氧省煤器6并列布置在锅炉尾部烟道13内,从锅炉本体16来的烟气从上向下横向冲刷锅炉省煤器5与除氧省煤器6的蛇形管,而锅炉给水分两个方向输出,第一个方向由锅炉给水泵22加压、孔板20测量流量后,经电动调节阀19调节进入锅炉省煤器进口集箱9,然后通过锅炉省煤器的蛇形管后经锅炉省煤器出口集箱10引出到锅筒17中;第二个方向则是流经除氧给水泵21、孔板20和电动调节阀19,从除氧省煤器进口集箱11进入,通过除氧省煤器6的蛇形管受热面逆流换热后,从除氧省煤器出口集箱12返回除氧器18内。由于省煤器管内的工质流量增加,水速增大,换热加强,同时由于水量的成倍增加,能将锅炉排烟温度降到150~200℃,提高锅炉的余热效率。
如图6所示,本实用新型的尾部机构系统管路示意图中,增加了除氧给水泵21,其额定压力为0.5~1.0MPa,额定流量为锅炉额定流量的1~1.5倍,除氧给水泵21流出的给水,经过除氧省煤器6的蛇形管受热面吸热后,汇集到除氧省煤器出口集箱12,再回到除氧器18的水箱加热给水。这样减少了除氧器的外来蒸汽量,从而达到节能的目的。由于省煤器总的给水量成倍增加了,故除氧器18的水箱增大1~1.5倍,同时增加相关阀门仪表及管道。
虽然结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行了详细地描述,但不应理解为对本专利的保护范围的限定。在权利要求书所描述的范围内,本领域技术人员不经创造性劳动即可作出的各种修改和变形仍属本专利的保护范围。

1.一种锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:包括由炉墙(14)形成的锅炉尾部烟道(13)以及并列安装在锅炉尾部烟道(13)内的锅炉省煤器(5)和除氧省煤器(6);所述锅炉省煤器(5)上设有用于锅炉给水流通的锅炉省煤器进口集箱(9)和锅炉省煤器出口集箱(10),所述除氧省煤器(6)上设有连通除氧省煤器的蛇形管的除氧省煤器进口集箱(11)和除氧省煤器出口集箱(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述锅炉省煤器(5)和除氧省煤器(6)内分别设有一级省煤器(7)和二级省煤器(8)。
3.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述锅炉省煤器(5)和除氧省煤器(6)的低温段受热面材质为耐硫酸低温露点腐蚀用钢。
4.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述锅炉省煤器进口集箱(9)通过电动调节阀(19)与锅炉给水泵(22)连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述除氧省煤器进口集箱(11)通过电动调节阀(19)与除氧给水泵(21)连接。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述电动调节阀(19)和锅炉给水泵(22)之间、电动调节阀(19)与除氧给水泵(21)之间均设有用于测工质流量的孔板(20)。
7.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述锅炉省煤器出口集箱(10)与锅筒(17)连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的尾部机构,其特征在于:所述除氧省煤器出口集箱(12)与除氧器(18)连接。
