本实用新型公开了一种废气粉尘处理装置,包括废气罐、收集罩、风筒I、风机、旋风分离器、风筒II、排料管、颗粒料收集池、水阀、废气粉尘入口、废气粉尘处理容器、网筛、管道、水泵、排气道;本实用新型装置可以对车间排出的废气和粉尘进行有效的过滤清理,净化空气,减少污染,另外,该装置组合方便,操作简便易行,成本较低,适合在车间废气处理中推广使用。

[0002]随着工业的快速发展,越来越多的工厂建立起来,很多工厂将生产后的废气和粉尘不经处理,直接排入空气中,不仅污染了环境,影响了生态平衡,还造成了空气漂浮着有毒的废气和粉尘,这些废气和粉尘被人们吸入呼吸道后,很容易导致病变,给人们的生存带来威胁。目前,对废气粉尘进行的净化处理的设备较为复杂、需要的成本也较高。如何对废气粉尘进行简单、有效的净化处理,并且减低处理成本,成为有待解决的问题。

[0007]本实用新型提供一种废气粉尘处理装置结构简单,其是通过废气罐收集车间环境中的废气和粉尘,再将收集的废气和粉尘通过旋风分离器和废气粉尘处理容器进行净化处理,使得净化处理后的气体达到车间环境洁净度要求,再将净化处理后的气体排放,能够有效处理生产过程中的废气和粉尘,使其达到排放要求,减少对车间环境的污染和对人体的危害;且经本实用新型的废气粉尘处理装置处理后排放出的气体达到车间环境的洁净度要求,可直接排放于车间环境中,从而既保证车间环境洁净度要求,又满足车间环境的密封要求。

[0013]本实用新型由于采用了上述结构,工作时,废气罐(I)内的废气由风机(4)抽入旋风分离器(5)中,经过旋转过滤,较大的颗粒状污物进入颗粒料收集池(8),夹杂较轻粉尘的废气通过风筒11(6)经废气粉尘入口(10)流入废气粉尘处理容器(11),废气粉尘处理容器
(II)的底部、顶部、管道(13)、水栗(14)充满水形成循环水路,废气粉尘迫使废气粉尘处理容器(11)底部的水层产生大量的气泡形成了悬浮的水分子层,越往上水分子层的密度越细密,通过网筛(12)后,上述悬浮的水分子层经网筛(12)后与废气粉尘处理容器(11)顶部的水在顶部形成水分子介质层。废气粉尘经过上述过滤,废气粉尘与水分子、氢氧原子结合,有毒成分与水分子混合后改变了比重,比重增大就会自然下坠到废气粉尘处理容器(11)底部,有毒成分通不过这几层过滤,将被有效地阻隔沉淀在废气粉尘处理容器(11)内,废气粉尘处理容器(11)顶部净化后的气体通过排气道(15)排出。本实用新型的装置收集的废气和粉尘通过旋风分离器和废气粉尘处理容器进行净化处理,使得净化处理后的气体达到车间环境洁净度要求,再将净化处理后的气体排放,能够有效处理生产过程中的废气和粉尘,使其达到排放要求,减少对车间环境的污染和对人体的危害;。

1. 一种废气粉尘处理装置,包括废气罐(I)、收集罩(2)、风筒1(3)、风机(4)、旋风分离器(5)、风筒11(6)、排料管(7)、颗粒料收集池(8)、水阀(9)、废气粉尘入口(10)、废气粉尘处理容器(11)、网筛(12)、管道(13)、水栗(14)、排气道(15);其特征在于:所述废气罐(I)的上端连接着所述收集罩(2),所述收集罩(2)与所述风筒1(3)的一端相连通,所述风筒1(3)的另一端通过所述风机(4)与所述旋风分离器(5)的进气口相连通,所述旋风分离器(5)中设有过滤网,所述旋风分离器(5)的下端连接着所述颗粒料收集池(8),所述颗粒料收集池(8)的下部与所述排料管(7)连通,所述旋风分离器(5)的上端通过所述风筒11(6)与所述废气粉尘处理容器(11)的中部相连通,在所述废气粉尘处理容器(11)中部安装有所述网筛(12),并且所述网筛(12)位置高于所述废气粉尘入口(10)的位置,在所述废气粉尘处理容器(11)外面装有所述水栗(14),所述水栗(14)通过所述管道(13)分别与所述废气粉尘处理容器(11)底部、顶部连通而形成一个以所述废气粉尘处理容器(11)的底部、顶部、所述管道(13)、所述水栗(14)相连通的循环水路,在所述管道(13)上安装有所述水阀(9),在所述废气粉尘处理容器(11)顶部连通着排气道(15)。
