[0018]排料管5:在旋流腔体3底部设有可更换的排料管5,排料管5通过法兰4固定在旋流腔体3上。排料管5内径为4cm-7cm,可根据料浆固液比以及滤机上所需的物料厚度选择不同尺寸的排料管5。当排料管5出料不畅时,可将其拆卸后进行清洗。
[0019]本实用新型利用离心原理实现稀料与浓料的分离,使低密度的旋流液由进入到板框压滤机内,高密度好物料进入到带式真空过滤机内。该装置大大降低了料浆的含水量,提尚了滤机的吸滤效果。

Claims (3)
1. 一种带式真空过滤机入料旋流装置,其特征是,它包括进料管(2)、旋流液回流管(I)以及上段为圆柱形、中下段为锥形的旋流腔体(3),所述旋流腔体(3)安装于带式真空过滤机(6)上方,旋流腔体(3)的下端设有与带式真空过滤机(6)的滤布相对应的排料管(5),所述进料管(2)水平放置,其一端接渣浆栗(7)的出料管,另一端沿旋流腔体(3)侧壁的切向与旋流腔体(3)的上端连接,所述旋流液回流管(I)的一端与旋流腔体(3)顶部的中心孔连接,另一端与浆料的板框式压滤机连接。
2.根据权利要求I所述的一种带式真空过滤机入料旋流装置,其特征是,所述旋流腔体(3)下端的排料管(5)通过法兰(4)与旋流腔体(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求I或2所述的一种带式真空过滤机入料旋流装置,其特征是,所述进料管(2)内设有滤网。
