具体实施方式
[0025] —种具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,如图1所示,所述结构包括破冰结构1、钢管粧2,钢管粧2外侧套有破冰结构I,破冰结构I与钢管粧2通过焊接相连,钢管粧2结构上部为风机,下部深入海底,整个结构以钢管粧2基础为支撑固定在海上。
[0026]如图2-3所示,所述破冰结构I包括锥环3、球板4、横杆5、真空阀门7和圆筒8,圆筒
8、球板4和横杆5均采用不锈钢合金材料,外涂环氧树脂型重防腐涂料。

[0028]如图4所示,所述破冰结构包括锥环3、球板4、横杆5、弹簧6、真空阀门7和圆筒8,横杆5穿过球板4焊接在圆筒8上,横杆5头部为锥形并伸出球板4,球板4和横杆5焊接在圆筒8上,锥环3与球板4通过弹簧6焊接相连,真空阀门7嵌在球板4中。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,包括用于套设在水中建构筑物浸水面处外壁上的圆筒(8),设置在圆筒(8)上的球板(4),该球板(4)外壁上设有多个弹性元件,可伸缩的所述弹性元件外端固定有环向布置的破冰元件;所述圆筒(8)与球板(4)之间形成向水中建构筑物侧产生负压力的真空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述球板(4)与水中建构筑物外壁之间直接形成所述真空腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述球板(4)上装有真空阀门(7)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述破冰元件的最外端为锥环(3),锥环(3)的尖端朝外。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述圆筒(8)外壁装有水平布置的横杆(5),该横杆(5)穿过真空腔,且横杆(5)的外端相对所述锥环(3)伸出。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为弹簧(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述弹簧(6)包括横向伸缩段和竖向伸缩段。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述圆筒(8)、球板(4)外均设有环氧树脂型重防腐涂料层。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述弹性元件和破冰元件外均设有聚氨酯漆涂料层。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有真空腔的水中建构筑物破冰结构,其特征在于,所述水中建构筑物为钢管粧(2),该钢管粧(2)为单粧大直径薄壁结构,该钢管粧(2)的上部装有风机,该钢管粧(2 )的底端固定在海底。
