背景技术
传统育秧方式是直接将种子撒在土壤里，这种方法适用于人工插秧，而目前插秧以逐步向机械化方向发展，传统的育秧方式不能满足机械插秧对秧苗规律、均匀分布的要求，而现有育秧盘采用塑料材质制成，整体偏软，在机械播种时又没有将其稳定固定在播种装置上的装置，播种过程中育秧盘极易产生晃动，导致播种不均，而起秧时，人工将育秧盘搬至插秧机的过程中也容易出现秧盘因受力不均变形，导致秧苗散落的情况，另外，现有育秧盘的挡边与育秧盘整体连接，不利于秧苗与育秧盘的分离。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种播种均匀、秧苗与秧盘易于分离、适用于机插水稻秧苗的育秧装置。
本实用新型技术方案一种机插水稻秧苗的育秧装置，包括矩形秧盘，其特征在于，所述秧盘包括纵向和横向等间距经纬排列的秧穴和网格，所述秧穴为上大下小的椎体钵，秧穴的上部通过网格连接成一整体，秧盘相对的两侧有向外延伸的边沿，以方便搬运，秧盘的四边均设有挡边，所述挡边可翻转，挡边上设置有可拆卸的外箍，育秧时将挡边竖起，用外箍进行固定，起秧后将秧苗与秧盘分离时，取下外箍，翻开挡边，便于秧苗与秧盘分离，同时秧盘还可重复使用，秧盘的底部在网格位置设有横向和纵向的加强筋，加强筋的设置增强了秧盘的稳固性，避免机械播种时秧盘产生晃动，导致播种不均。
优选地，本实用新型所述的一种机插水稻秧苗的育秧装置，所述秧穴的内表面及网格的上表面还设有一层可降解无纺布，土壤不与秧穴直接接触，可减小秧苗与秧盘分离时的阻力，可降解无纺布随秧苗一起插入稻田中，既保护秧苗根系，又不会污染环境。
优选地，本实用新型所述的一种机插水稻的育秧装置，所述秧盘的四角均设置有限位挡片。

本实用新型技术方案采用可翻转的挡边，插秧时，易于对秧苗与秧盘进行分离，在秧盘的底部的网格位置设有横向和纵向的加强筋，增强秧盘稳固性，保证了机械播种均匀，且在秧盘相对两侧设置向外延伸的边沿，方便搬运秧盘。

参见图1及图2，矩形秧盘1包括纵向和横向等间距经纬排列的秧穴2和网格3，秧穴2为上大下小的椎体钵，秧穴2的内表面及网格3的上表面还设有一层可降解无纺布，秧穴2的上部通过网格3连接成一整体，秧盘1相对的两侧有向外延伸的边沿4，秧盘1的四边均设有挡边6，挡边6可翻转，挡边6上设置有可拆卸的外箍7，秧盘1的底部在网格2位置还设有横向和纵向的加强筋8，秧盘1的四角均设置有限位挡片5。
本实用新型实施例中，在育秧时，将挡边6竖起，用外箍7进行固定，然后向秧盘1内填充土壤后播种，起秧时，将秧盘1人工搬移至插秧机，边沿4的设置方便搬运，插秧前将外箍7拆下，翻开挡边6，便于秧苗与秧盘1的分离。
