Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种金属热磁药物治疗装置，包括：金属热导板、发热元件、磁吸药垫、永久磁铁、振动片、壳体和温度自动控制器。金属热导板和磁吸药垫为本实用新型的关键部件，金属热导板背面安装发热元件、振动片和永久磁铁，永久磁铁具有磁疗、磁化药物和固定磁吸药垫三重作用，磁吸药垫相对独立，金属热导板及所述部件与壳体组成一体。金属热导板被加热后，其药物治疗区上的磁吸药垫即被加热，热疗、药疗、磁疗、振动疗对病变部位形成热磁药物治疗。 本实用新型采用金属传导热源加热磁吸药垫，解决了非金属热体加热药物热穿透能力低，疗效不佳、灼热不舒适及药物膏(粉)直接贴敷易引起皮肤水肿、溃烂的问题；且磁吸药垫固定与更换简便。

本实用新型涉及医疗保健领域，具体涉及一种金属热磁药物治疗装置。
背景技术
传统和现有药物热疗均采用非金属类传导热源，靠非金属热体去加热药物，实现对病变部位的治疗，如化学热袋、电热膏药、药物热敷治疗仪及其电极片等。本实用新型采用金属传导热源加热磁吸药垫，解决了非金属热体加热药物热穿透能力低，疗效不佳、灼热不舒适及膏(粉)药物直接贴敷易引起皮肤水肿、溃烂的问题；且磁吸药垫固定与更换简便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单、使用方便，具有热疗、药疗、磁疗、振动疗与一体的金属热磁药物治疗装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：金属热磁药物治疗装置包括金属热导板、发热元件、磁吸药垫、永久磁铁、振动片、壳体和温度自动控制器。
金属热导板和磁吸药垫为本实用新型的关键部件，金属热导板可依据病变治疗部位制成相应形状与尺寸，金属热导板背面安装发热元件和振动片，其两边圆圈部位背面分别安装永久磁铁，永久磁铁具有磁疗、磁化药物和固定磁吸药垫三重作用，金属热导板及上述部件与壳体组成一体。
磁吸药垫相对独立，药物提取浸膏(粉)药剂经均匀涂糊、干燥、激光微孔后封装于棉纱布或无纺布套内，其四周相关部位固定有磁吸合分功能的磁铁片，使磁吸药垫方便在金属热导板药物治疗区固定和更换。
金属热磁药物治疗是本实用新型的独有技术方法；金属热导板被加热后，其金属热导板药物治疗区上的磁吸药垫即被加热，热疗、药疗、磁疗、振动疗对病变部位形成热磁药物治疗，振动疗亦可分开或同时使用。
壳体及部件和磁吸药垫与温度自动控制器连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：金属热磁药物治疗是依据中医内病外治原理，通过金属热导板加热药物治疗区磁吸药垫，以增强热药疗效，配合磁疗、振动疗作用病变部位，对软组织损伤、颈椎病、腰椎病、肩周炎、关节痛、肌体麻木、面部歪斜、头痛失眠、痛经、乳腺肿块、前列腺炎症等病变部位起到活血化瘀，祛湿散寒，舒经通络，促进血液循环，调节神精系统，消除病痛等。
金属热磁药物治疗装置按治疗用途分为膏药贴式、电极片式、穿戴式、枕式、便携式、落地移动式和坐椅靠背式。

图1、图2、图3所示，金属热导板背面安装的发热元件6加热后，金属热导板1即被加热，与其连接的温度自动控制器5进入温控状态，随着金属热导板1温度升高，药物治疗区3上的磁吸药垫8被加热，当药物治疗区3温度达到设定数置时，温度自动控制器5内的温控开关断开并进入保温状态，反之，当温度低于设定数置时，温度自动控制器5内的温控开关闭合并进入加热状态，周而复始，确保金属热导板1和药物治疗区3及磁吸药垫8温度稳定。
图3所示，磁吸药垫8由药物提取浸膏(粉)药剂10经均匀涂糊、干燥、激光微孔后封装于棉纱布或无纺布套内，其四周相关部位固定磁铁片9，使磁吸药垫方便固定在金属热导板1的药物治疗区3上，且易于更换。
图1、图2、图3所示，金属热导板1加热后，药物治疗区3上的磁吸药垫8被加热，永久磁铁2与振动片7实现对病变部位起到活血化瘀，舒经通络，强筋健骨、祛湿散寒，调节神精，消除或减缓使用者病痛之功效。
图3所示，是本实用新型的实施例通用结构优选方案，显而易见，依照本优选方案，对金属热磁药物治疗装置外形和尺寸及温度自动控制器组合方式稍加改变，相应增加托、台、架、椅即可组合成为膏药贴式、电极片式、穿戴式、枕式、便携式、落地移动式和坐椅靠背式等专用功能治疗仪；其基本结构和内部结构与上述同理。
Claims (5)
1.金属热磁药物治疗装置，区别于现有非金属类药物热敷治疗，其特征是所述装置金属热导板可依据病变治疗部位制成相应形状与尺寸，背面安装发热元件和振动片，两边圆圈部位背面分别安装具有磁疗、磁化药物和固定磁吸药垫三重作用的永久磁铁并与壳体及温度自动控制器组成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属热磁药物治疗装置，其特征是金属热导板背面安装发热元件与温度自动控制器连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属热磁药物治疗装置，其特征是磁吸药垫相对独立，有磁吸合分功能，方便在金属热导板药物治疗区固定和更换。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属热磁药物治疗装置，其特征是金属热导板被加热后，其药物治疗区上的磁吸药垫即被加热，热疗、药疗、磁疗、振动疗对病变部位形成热磁药物治疗，振动疗亦可分开或同时使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属热磁药物治疗装置，其特征是按治疗用途相应增加托、台、架、椅即可组合成为膏药贴式、电极片式、穿戴式、枕式、便携式、落地移动式和坐椅靠背式专用功能治疗仪。
