Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种自由冷却机房空调机组,包括室内循环制冷机组和室外循环供冷机组,所述室外供冷循环为自由冷却换热盘管和冷凝器提供冷源,所述自由冷却换热盘管与冷凝器之间的管道上设有第一三通阀,所述室外干冷器出口和自由冷却换热盘管出口分别通过管道与第一三通阀的两个进口连接;所述冷凝器与水泵之间还设有第二三通阀,第一三通阀的出口和冷凝器出口分别与第二三通阀的两个进口连接,所述第二三通阀的出口与水泵连接。本实用新型实现双系统自由冷却,且共用一套室外干冷器,节省了室外机安装空间。

背景技术
[0002]现有机房空调的机组一般有风冷,水冷,冷冻水等几种形式。本专利所述的机组为一种新型的机房空调机组,由一个室内机组,一个室外机组,和一套乙二醇水流量栗组成。机组的工作原理为夏季时,开启压缩机,通过机械制冷保证机房环境温度在合理范围之内;冬季时,由于室外温度较低,可以关闭压缩机,乙二醇经水栗动力循环,通过室内外换热盘管进行换热,将室内热负荷带到室外,从而保证机房环境控制在合理范围之内。
发明内容
[0003]发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种自由冷却机房空调机组,实现双系统自由冷却,且共用一套室外干冷器,节省了室外机安装空间。
[0004]技术方案:为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种自由冷却机房空调机组,包括压缩机、蒸发器、膨胀阀、冷凝器、室外干冷器、自由冷却换热盘管和水栗,所述压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器通过管道依次相连形成室内循环制冷机组并设在室内;所述室外干冷器的出口通过管道,依次与自由冷却换热盘管、冷凝器、水栗和室外干冷器的进口连接形成室外循环供冷机组,所述室外供冷循环为自由冷却换热盘管和冷凝器提供冷源,其中:所述自由冷却换热盘管设在室内并与蒸发器共用风机,所述自由冷却换热盘管与冷凝器之间的管道上设有第一三通阀,所述室外干冷器出口和自由冷却换热盘管出口分别通过管道与第一三通阀的两个进口连接;所述冷凝器与水栗之间还设有第二三通阀,第一三通阀的出口和冷凝器出口分别与第二三通阀的两个进口连接,所述第二三通阀的出口与水栗连接。

[0006]有益效果:和传统风冷型机房空调相比,该系统增加了一套自由冷却系统,在室外低温时,可以完全停止压缩机运行,高效节能,适合于机房空调环境需求;和传统的双系统自由冷却系统相比,该系统减少了一个室外换热器,节约了室外机组的安装空间,提升空间的利用率;和氟栗系统相比,压缩机机械制冷系统和自由冷却系统互为独立,相互不存在干扰。氟栗系统的压缩机机械制冷和氟栗循环系统公用一套蒸发器和冷凝器,在夏季工况是,制冷剂充注量过多,影响压缩机机械制冷系统的工作。

[0012]如图1所示夏季工况系统图:在夏季时,压缩机I排出的高温高压制冷剂进入水冷冷凝器4,制冷剂被水冷冷凝器4冷却,成为高压中温的制冷剂,再由膨胀阀3节流,变成低温低压的制冷剂,经过蒸发器2蒸发,吸收空气中的热量,变成低压中温制冷剂,被压缩机I吸入再压缩成高温高压制冷剂,排入冷凝器4中,经过往复循环,通过制冷剂在两个换热器中的蒸发冷凝,将室内的热负荷带到室外。
[0013]如图2所示,在冬季时,压缩机I停机,室外低温的载冷剂(乙二醇溶液)进入到室内自由冷却盘管5中,和室内热空气换热,成为温度较高的乙二醇溶液,通过第一三通阀6和第二三通阀7,经水栗12,栗入到室外干冷器12中,经过室外低温空气冷却后,再次进入到室内自由冷却盘管5中,通过往复循环,将室内的热负荷带到室外。将机房环境温度控制合理的范围之内。

1.一种自由冷却机房空调机组,其特征在于:包括压缩机、蒸发器、膨胀阀、冷凝器、室外干冷器、自由冷却换热盘管和水栗,所述压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器通过管道依次相连形成室内循环制冷机组并设在室内;所述室外干冷器的出口通过管道,依次与自由冷却换热盘管、冷凝器、水栗和室外干冷器的进口连接形成室外循环供冷机组,所述室外供冷循环为自由冷却换热盘管和冷凝器提供冷源,其中:所述自由冷却换热盘管设在室内并与蒸发器共用风机,所述自由冷却换热盘管与冷凝器之间的管道上设有第一三通阀,所述室外干冷器出口和自由冷却换热盘管出口分别通过管道与第一三通阀的两个进口连接;所述冷凝器与水栗之间还设有第二三通阀,第一三通阀的出口和冷凝器出口分别与第二三通阀的两个进口连接,所述第二三通阀的出口与水栗连接。
