[0002]饮用水安全问题在我国正在逐年被重视,尤其是农村饮用水安全。随着科技的进步,现有技术的水质消毒器品种日趋多样化,目前水资源,尤其人们饮用的水质量一直不好,有时严重的影响了人们的身体健康,现在一些大型的自来水厂基本上有了一些完善的消毒设备,尤其常用二氧化氯消毒器来消毒,效果较好,但价格太贵,对于一些如学校、家庭等的小供水设施,因为里面的饮用水较少,人们常会用一些漂精片来进行消毒,但这样直接的加漂精片进入水池中消毒效果很不好,不利于根据水的量或纯净度来随时调控消毒的时间和消毒的最佳度,还有即使用了一些小型的消毒器,但因为经常容易沉入水底,或药片一小子全部渗透到水中,产生的消毒效果不理想,出水余氯(Cl)合格率难达到95%以上的程度,不利于提高供水质量。因此需要一种缓释消毒机,解决现有设备消毒效果不稳定和出水余氯合格率低的问题。

[0003]本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单合理的缓释消毒机来解决现有设备消毒效果不稳定和出水余氯合格率低的问题,且消毒效果好,尤其适合广大农村集中式和分散式供水的生活引用水的消毒。
[0004]本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种缓释消毒机包括箱体,所述箱体其内部设置有投药筒,其外部一侧设有进水阀,另一侧设有排污阀和出药管,投药筒通过固定片固定在箱体中部,其特征在于,所述投药筒下端连接有布水器,布水器与进水阀连通;所述投药筒包括筒体、筒体顶部的筒盖、筒体内部的药片固定架和Cl缓释片,所述筒体外部设有若干溢流孔;所述布水器上方的箱体内设有渣液分离板。

[0006]所述渣液分离板上依次设有沉淀区和混合区,所述排污阀位于沉淀区底部,出药管位于混合区顶部。

[0011]本实用新型提供的一种缓释消毒机结构合理,解决现有设备消毒效果不稳定和出水余氯合格率低的问题。通过增加布水器对投药筒底部平面的均匀剥离,水量混合均匀,形成以次氯酸为主的消毒溶液从筒体表面的溢流孔进入均质系统,大大提高了消毒效果的稳定性和余氯合格率。通过箱体沉淀区的设置,实现了次氯酸与钙性物质的分离,因此供水管道内不会出现白色钙性物质的二次污染。

[0015]如图1所示的一种缓释消毒机实施例,包括箱体I,箱体I其内部设置有投药筒2,其外部一侧设有进水阀7,另一侧设有排污阀11和出药管10,投药筒2通过固定片3固定在箱体I中部。投药筒2下端连接有布水器9,布水器9与进水阀7连通;投药筒2包括筒体24、筒体24顶部的筒盖21、筒体24内部的药片固定架23和Cl缓释片22,筒体24外部设有若干溢流孔;布水器9上方的箱体I内设有渣液分离板6。进水阀7上安装有流量计8。渣液分离板6上依次设有沉淀区5和混合区4,排污阀11位于沉淀区5底部,出药管10位于混合区4顶部。布水器9为涡流式布水器。投药筒2至少有两个。在超出额定水压0.15MP的地区,进水阀7前端连接有减压阀12。
[0016]本实用新型的工作过程是:将装有Cl缓释片的投药筒2放入箱体I内,开启进水阀7,根据流量计8和供水消毒所需要的消毒剂用量进行流量调节。控制稀释Cl(氯)用水的流量和流速,并通过布水器9对投药筒2底部平面的均匀剥离,形成以次氯酸为主的消毒溶液从筒体24表面的溢流孔进入均质系统,溶液中的钙性物经沉淀后从排污阀11排出,而次氯酸为主的消毒剂通过出药管10排出,对接触的水井、水池或连接的水栗进水管内的水体进行消毒杀菌。通过箱体I沉淀区5的渣液分离板6设置,实现了次氯酸与钙性物质的分离,因此供水管道内不会出现白色钙性物质,也避免了二次污染。

1.一种缓释消毒机,包括箱体(I),所述箱体(I)其内部设置有投药筒(2),其外部一侧设有进水阀(7),另一侧设有排污阀(11)和出药管(10),投药筒(2)通过固定片(3)固定在箱体(I)中部,其特征在于,所述投药筒(2)下端连接有布水器(9),布水器(9)与进水阀(7)连通;所述投药筒(2)包括筒体(24)、筒体(24)顶部的筒盖(21)、筒体(24)内部的药片固定架(23)和Cl缓释片(22),所述筒体(24)外部设有若干溢流孔;所述布水器(9)上方的箱体(I)内设有渣液分尚板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释消毒机,其特征在于:所述进水阀(7)上安装有流量计⑶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种缓释消毒机,其特征在于:所述渣液分离板(6)上依次设有沉淀区(5)和混合区(4),所述排污阀(11)位于沉淀区(5)底部,出药管(10)位于混合区(4)顶部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种缓释消毒机,其特征在于:所述布水器(9)为涡流式布水器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种缓释消毒机,其特征在于:所述投药筒(2)至少有两个。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种缓释消毒机,其特征在于:所述进水阀(7)前端连接有减压阀(12)。
