技术领域
本实用新型涉及光伏发电站,尤其是一种监控数据和生产管理数据通过无线通信传输的光伏发电站系统。
背景技术
光伏发电站系统通常设有一个集中控制系统和多个光伏阵列单元;集中控制系统和各个光伏阵列单元之间通常采用光纤环网来传输数据,比如光伏阵列单元的监控数据上传至集中控制系统,生产管理数据在集中控制系统和光伏阵列单元之间双向流通。
传统的光纤环网需要在每个光伏阵列单元增加通信柜、通信管理机以及光纤交换机,光纤有线部署存在周期长、灵活性差的问题;架设光纤需要熔纤、埋线,光纤大量地埋导致检修及维护困难,无法快速定位问题。
传统光纤环网的可靠性依赖于环网设备以及施工质量,故障点较多;并且存在扩容成本高,扩容需要铺设新光缆,扩容周期长,需要反复联调等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种无线传输信号光伏发电站系统,采用无线宽带传输设备取代了光纤环网,能够快速安装,数据传输网络更扁平化、简单化,方便操作维护;容易扩容,无需挖沟埋设光缆,扩容成本低,扩容周期短;本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种无线传输信号光伏发电站系统,包括集中控制系统和光伏阵列单元;集中控制系统通过无线通信方式连接光伏阵列单元;
所述光伏阵列单元包括逆变器、汇流箱、PLC模块、数据采集器、箱变测控器、适配器、第一无线采集终端;逆变器的输入端接光伏电板,逆变器的输出端连接汇流箱,汇流箱连接PLC模块和数据采集器,箱变测控器的信号输出端连接数据采集器;数据采集器通过适配器连接第一无线采集终端;
集中控制系统通过路由器连接一个无线收发器;所述无线收发器与各光伏阵列单元中的无线采集终端进行无线数据交互。
进一步地,光伏阵列单元还包括:第二无线采集终端和视频采集设备;视频采集设备连接第二无线采集终端;第二无线采集终端与集中控制系统中的无线收发器行无线数据交互。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型结构简单、紧凑、合理,减少应地埋光纤所带来的不利因素;无需挖沟埋光缆,所有设备可快速安装;整体网络更扁平化,简单化;方便操作和维护;通道可维护,减少因设备故障造成的通信中断时间;扩容简单,只需在光伏阵列侧增加少量设备;不需要增加核心设备,扩容成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型提出的无线传输信号光伏发电站系统,包括集中控制系统和光伏阵列单元;一个集中控制系统可无线连接20~30个光伏阵列单元;光伏阵列单元数量按照光伏电站的装机容量需求而定,并且扩容后,与集中控制系统连接方便,由于采用无线通信方式,无需重新铺设光缆。
本实用新型中的光伏阵列单元如图1所示,包括逆变器1、汇流箱2、PLC模块3、数据采集器4、箱变测控器5、适配器6、第一无线采集终端7、第二无线采集终端8和视频采集设备9;箱变是箱式变压设备的简称;箱变测控器5能够监测箱变中的电气信号;
逆变器1的输入端接光伏电板,逆变器1的输出端连接汇流箱2,汇流箱2连接PLC模块3和数据采集器4,箱变测控器5的信号输出端连接数据采集器4;数据采集器4通过适配器6连接第一无线采集终端7;
视频采集设备9连接第二无线采集终端8;各无线采集终端与集中控制系统进行无线数据交互;
在光伏阵列单元中,把箱变以下的光伏电板监控信号、逆变器和汇流箱监控信号,以及箱变监控信号通过无线数据传输的方式传输至中控室中的集中控制系统;视频采集设备9采用数字摄像头,可以实时监控各光伏阵列单元的视频画面并通过第二无线采集终端8发送至集中控制系统;
集中控制系统如图2所示,集中控制系统通过路由器连接一个无线收发器;所述无线收发器与各光伏阵列单元中的无线采集终端进行无线数据交互;生产管理数据在集中控制系统和光伏阵列单元之间能够以无线通信方式双向流通。
上述适配器、无线采集终端和无线收发器均采用华为公司的无线传输设备。
本实用新型结构简单、紧凑、合理,减少应地埋光纤所带来的不利因素;无需挖沟埋光缆,所有设备可快速安装;整体网络更扁平化,简单化;方便操作和维护;通道可维护,减少因设备故障造成的通信中断时间;扩容简单,只需在光伏阵列侧增加少量设备;不需要增加核心设备,扩容成本低。

1.一种无线传输信号光伏发电站系统,包括集中控制系统和光伏阵列单元,其特征在于:
集中控制系统通过无线通信方式连接光伏阵列单元;
所述光伏阵列单元包括逆变器(1)、汇流箱(2)、PLC模块(3)、数据采集器(4)、箱变测控器(5)、适配器(6)、第一无线采集终端(7);逆变器(1)的输入端接光伏电板,逆变器(1)的输出端连接汇流箱(2),汇流箱(2)连接PLC模块(3)和数据采集器(4),箱变测控器(5)的信号输出端连接数据采集器(4);数据采集器(4)通过适配器(6)连接第一无线采集终端(7);
集中控制系统通过路由器连接一个无线收发器;所述无线收发器与各光伏阵列单元中的无线采集终端进行无线数据交互。
2.如权利要求1所述的无线传输信号光伏发电站系统,其特征在于:
各光伏阵列单元还包括:第二无线采集终端(8)和视频采集设备(9);视频采集设备(9)连接第二无线采集终端(8);第二无线采集终端(8)与集中控制系统中的无线收发器行无线数据交互。
