为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种灵敏的楼宇报警系统，包括传感器组件和视频监控装置，所述传感器组件和视频监控装置的输出端均与中央处理器的输入端电连接，所述中央处理器的输出端分别与警报装置、音响播放装置和应急灯的输入端电连接，所述中央处理器通过通讯装置与控制终端双向信号连接，所述中央处理器的输入端与应急电源模块和虚假警报解除装置的输出端电连接。

请参阅图1，本实用新型提供一种技术方案：一种灵敏的楼宇报警系统，包括传感器组件和视频监控装置，所述传感器组件和视频监控装置的输出端均与中央处理器的输入端电连接，所述传感器组件包括温度传感器、湿度传感器和烟雾传感器，传感器组件分别对相应的数据进行检测，并将信号传递给控制终端，通过显示器显示出来，在数据出现异常的时候，提前进行预警，所述中央处理器的输出端分别与警报装置、音响播放装置和应急灯的输入端电连接，所述警报装置包括蜂鸣器和闪光灯，可以通过声音信号和光信号进行警告，所述中央处理器通过通讯装置与控制终端双向信号连接，所述控制终端包括显示器和语音指挥装置，显示器能够对监控画面进行实时监测，并且能够对异常数据进行直观显示，语音指挥装置能够在发生险情后，对现场进行指挥救援，所述中央处理器的输入端与应急电源模块和虚假警报解除装置的输出端电连接，虚假警报解除装置包括语音提示装置、计时器和手动解除警报开关，语音提示装置能够对处于警报位置的人员进行提示，判断是否为虚假警报，一旦人员判断是虚假警报，即可将手动解除警报开关按下，解除虚假警报，若警报发生处，没有人员在场，即通过计时器进行检测，在设定时间内若烟雾传感器不再受到烟雾信号，即可自动解除虚假警报。
