[0002]陶瓷窑炉依次包括干燥区、抽湿区、预热区、烧成区、急冷区、缓冷区和窑尾快冷区,陶瓷生产中,缓冷区和窑尾快冷区抽出的含氧量较高的热气,沿窑炉输送到起首的干燥区后,最后往往没有得到高效的利用,造成热能的大量浪费。

[0014]缓冷区和窑尾快冷区抽出的含氧量较高的热气,沿窑炉传送至热气沟I中,经风机4抽至热气管5,再经四根分流管6输入热风炉内,可对热风炉中的水煤浆燃烧进行增氧助燃,从而能减少燃料的消耗,起到良好的节能作用,同时,从窑炉干燥区和抽湿区抽出的带有大量粉尘及含硫、硝等有害成份的高温废气,传送至废气沟2中,很大一部分经两根废气管8、三根排气管7及若干小气管9,排入热风炉中,一方面,对热风炉中产生的热风实现增温,同样有利于达到良好的节能效果,一方面,高温废气在热风炉内燃烧,可脱去一部分的硫、硝等有害成份。
[0015]由于上述热气经四根从上到下的分流管6,输入热风炉内,且三根排气管7在热风炉的外壁从上到下设置,且所有小气管9沿各排气管7的圆周均匀排布,因而热气及高温废气,能与热风均匀混合,热风增温非常迅速。混合后的热风经旋风除尘器3,除去水煤浆燃烧产生的一部分粉尘,从塔顶进入喷雾干燥塔,用于对陶瓷浆料进行干燥处理。
[0016] 参见图1,热气沟I及废气沟2均经自动或手动的控制阀门10,与废气处理沟11连通。陶瓷生产中,当传送至废气沟2中的热气量及废气量特别大时,控制阀门10可自动或手动打开,上述热风炉及喷雾干燥塔的工作过程中来不及处理的部分废气,会进入废气处理沟11,通过环保处理装置,例如干湿双重除尘系统、除硫塔,进行这部分废气的环保处理。

2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷热风炉的高效热能利用结构,其特征在于:热气沟及废气沟均经自动或手动的控制阀门,与废气处理沟连通。
