背景技术
中药治病是我国的传统治疗方法，利用加热中药，发出药气分子渗透人体表皮进入人体病灶部位治疗疾病，对某些疾病所引起的症状(如疼痛、活动障碍、疲劳头晕、麻酸和风寒等)具有缓解和辅助治疗作用。目前市面上的热敷仪仅能就人体的病灶部位进行物理加热，而不能实施药疗。
热敷疗法是用热的物体如热水袋或热毛巾置于痛处来消除或减轻疼痛，这就是一种古老的热敷疗法。它能使局部的毛细血管扩张，血液循环加速，起到消炎、消肿、祛寒湿、减轻疼痛、消除疲劳的作用。由于此法简便易行，收效迅速，不仅从古沿用至今，还成为人们的日常生活中自我防治疾病的常用疗法之一。热敷疗法一般可分为药物热敷疗法、水热敷疗法、盐热敷疗法、沙热敷疗法、砖热敷疗法、蒸饼热敷疗法等。
药物热敷疗法在中医外敷治疗的过程中，由于其良好的治疗的效果，越来越得到患者的青睐。它是把草药或药液、药泥放在病变处，然后用热毛巾敷上加热进行治疗，这种治疗方法存在温度不恒定，并且不安全、卫生的问题。
专利号201320817645.5的申请文件公开了一种热敷理疗带，包括海绵垫、绝缘加热垫和系带，海绵垫和绝缘加热垫连接形成袋腔，绝缘加热垫一侧面上对称设置两系带，绝缘加热垫一侧面上还设有温度调节器，温度调节器上设有温控旋钮和电源接口。本申请文件所公开的技术方案，所要达到的技术效果很明显，但是在使用时通过温度调节器控制热敷的温度，其具有操作不方便且以这样的方式控制热敷温度，会出现的忽冷忽热的情况最终影响热敷的效果。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构设计简单，操作方便，热敷效果好，能够根据人体温度自动发热热敷的中医热敷理疗护理装置，解决现有技术中依靠电热元件发热热敷，出现忽冷忽热影响热敷效果的问题。

一种中医热敷理疗护理装置，该装置包括本体1、固定带6、中药层8，其特征在于：本体1是上部设置有振动体2；所述振动体2内设有超声波发生装置3，超声波发生装置3通过导线4与电源插头5连通；所述本体1的内侧设有粘扣一7；所述中药层8为一中空的实体，其上表面设有粘扣二9，下表面设有发热层10。
所述本体1由细帆布材料制成，其侧边设有固定带6。
所述超声波发生装置3由超声波发生器、超声波控制器、超声波换能器、超声波发射头构成，所述超声波发生器连接超声波换能器，超声波换能器连接超声波发射头。
所述发热层10表面设有散热孔1001。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型有益效果在于：通过超声波振动及托玛琳和纳米材料制成的自发热体进行热敷并用的工作方式，使中药层发出药气分子渗透人体表皮而进入人体病灶部位治疗疾病，对某些疾病所引起的症状(如疼痛、活动障碍、疲劳头晕、麻酸和风寒等)具有缓解和辅助治疗作用。其具有结构简单、使用方便、效果良好、成本低廉等优点。

本实用新型是这样实施的：在使用本装置时，首先将含有中药成分的中药材浸湿，或者将经过中药液浸泡并吸附有中药液的湿润毛巾放入中药层8的中空腔内，然后将中药层8整体通过其上的粘扣二9与本体1上的粘扣一7粘接为一体，在通过固定带6将其固定在人体需要热敷理疗的部位，电源插头5插接在外部电源上，通过超声波控制器(图中未显示)控制超声波发生装置3工作，超声波振动及托玛琳和纳米材料制成的自发热体进行热敷并用的工作方式，使中药层发出药气分子渗透人体表皮而进入人体病灶部位治疗疾病，对某些疾病所引起的症状(如疼痛、活动障碍、疲劳头晕、麻酸和风寒等)具有缓解和辅助治疗作用。

1.一种中医热敷理疗护理装置，该装置包括本体(1)、固定带(6)、中药层(8)，其特征在于：本体(1)是上部设置有振动体(2)；所述振动体(2)内设有超声波发生装置(3)，超声波发生装置(3)通过导线(4)与电源插头(5)连通；所述本体(1)的内侧设有粘扣一(7)；所述中药层(8)为一中空的实体，其上表面设有粘扣二(9)，下表面设有发热层(10)。
