[0002]随着我国工业化和城市的快速推进,工业废水迅速增加,严重加重了对地表及地下水体的污染压力,从而威胁生态安全和居民健康。目前,行业中多通过生化法进行废水处理,但是印染、造纸、化工、医院和农药等行业废水中产生的大量含盐、高浓度难生化降解有机废水,则一直是各行业内废水处理的难题。
[0003]在超临界水氧化技术(SCWO)中,水的临界点温度为374.3°C、压力为22.05MPa,如果将水的温度、压力升高到临界点以上,即为超临界水(SCW),其密度、粘度、电导率、介电常数等基本性能均与普通水有很大差异,表现出类似于非极性有机化合物的性质。因此,超临界水能与非极性物质(如烃类)和其他有机物完全互溶,同时超临界水还可以和空气、氧气、氮气和二氧化碳等气体完全互溶,而无机物特别是盐类在超临界水中的电离常数和溶解度则很低。因此利用超临界水的特殊性质,可对各类含有机质的废物进行高效彻底的处理。
[0004]在超临界水氧化技术的具体应用过程中,污泥、危废、废水等废弃物中所含的离子(如一阶氯离子)会对超临界反应装置造成一定的腐蚀,对设备的使用寿命、安全性及运行成本都会带来不利的影响,尤其污泥等废弃物的固体浓度、粘度及流动性的好坏会对超临界水反应装置的处理效率和成本产生影响,影响超临界水反应装置的处理效果,因此有必要对污泥进行必要处理并去除液体中的有害离子(如重金属离子),从而满足超临界反应装置产物的安全达标排放及后续利用要求。

[0028]如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种含盐污泥废水的处理系统,包括对含盐污泥废水10进行过滤的预处理装置20、与所述预处理装置20相连接的换热装置25、与所述换热装置25相连的超临界反应装置26,所述预处理装置20通过电渗析装置21的淡化室出液端与污泥处理装置相连,所述污泥处理装置与所述换热装置25相连,其中所述污泥处理装置包括固液分离装置23以及与所述固液分离装置23相连的混配器24,所述换热装置25与气液分离装置27相连,所述电渗析装置21的浓缩室出液端与脱盐装置22相连。
[0029]本实用新型所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,包括预处理装置20、电渗析装置21、脱盐装置22、污泥处理装置、换热装置25、超临界反应装置26、气液分离装置27,其中,所述预处理装置20用于过滤去除待处理含盐污泥废液10中的大颗粒固体杂质及钙镁等离子,从而减少待处理含盐污泥废液中10存在的杂质或离子对后续装置的影响;所述预处理装置20与电渗析装置21相连,通过所述电渗析装置21可以对预处理后的含盐污泥进一步处理,不但有利于去除含盐污泥中有不良影响或重金属的离子,而且对液体反应产物的安全达标排放和有效利用产生积极影响;所述电渗析装置21的浓缩室出液端与脱盐装置22相连,将浓缩液输送至所述脱盐装置22内,所述脱盐装置22对浓缩水进行脱盐,从而析出盐份16;所述电渗析装置21的淡化室出液端与污泥处理装置相连,所述污泥处理装置与所述换热装置25相连,通过所述污泥处理装置可以将处理后的污泥废液输送至所述换热装置25内,所述换热装置25与所述超临界反应装置26相连,用于将升温后的废液输送至所述超临界反应装置26内,所述超临界反应装置26用于升温后的废液进行高效彻底的处理,上述采用污泥脱水、调节及混配技术,实现了待处理含盐污泥废水流体特性的改善,有效提高了超临界反应装置26的处理效率;所述换热装置25与气液分离装置27相连,使从所述超临界反应装置26排出的高温高压流体经过所述换热装置25输送至所述气液分离装置27内,所述气液分离装置27对所述流体进行分离,产生液体产物和气体产物。另外,所述超临界反应装置26将产生的高温高压流体输送至所述换热器装置25内,可以用于给所述污泥处理装置排出的废液进行换热升温,从而减少了能耗,提高了余热利用效率,有利于节约成本。
[0030] 所述污泥处理装置包括固液分离装置23和与所述固液分离装置23相连的混配器24,其中所述固液分离装置23与所述电渗析装置21的淡化室出液端相连,所述混配器24与所述换热装置25相连,且所述电渗析装置21的淡化室出液端与所述混配器24相连。具体地,所述电渗析装置21的淡化室出液端排出的液体分成两路,一路进入所述固液分离装置23,通过所述固液分离装置23进入所述混配器24,一路直接进入所述混配器24。其中部分液体进入所述固液分离装置23后,经过所述固液分离装置23的处理产生含水量相对较低的干污泥及压滤废水11,且所述压滤废水11进入厂内相关污水处理环节进行处理;所述干污泥与部分直接排入所述混配器24中的液体在所述混配器24内相互混合和配比,调节所述混配器24中含盐污泥废水的污泥浓度,使排出的液体满足后续工段需求的污泥废水进入到所述换热装置25中。
[0031]本实施例中,所述固液分离装置23可以使混合液中的固体提取出来,实现固体和液体的分离。所述混配器24为混合水池构造,以实现含盐污泥废水和干污泥的混配,混配器24的大小根据工艺需要和处理规模确定;所述混配器24内根据需要可设置搅拌器,搅拌器根据混配工况进行选型;在所述混配器24中,可以添加必要的添加剂12,以改善污泥的粘度和流动性。
[0032]其中所述固液分离装置23可以是指压滤机,所述压滤机包括悬梁式压滤机和带式压滤机等,所述压滤机可以根据工艺需要和处理规模进行选型。通过所述压滤机的压滤后可以产生含水量相对较低的干污泥及压滤废水U。作为一种变形,所述固液分离装置23也可以是污泥浓缩装置,所述污泥浓缩装置底部可以为换热管式并排或多层排布。
[0033]为减少待处理含盐污泥废水10(也称为待处理废物)存在的杂质或离子(如硫酸钙垢污染、碳酸钙垢污染等)对后续装置的影响,需要对待处理废物进行必要的预处理。所述预处理可以采用滤网或格栅过滤的方式去除待处理废物中的大颗粒固体杂质;也可以采用絮凝沉淀的方式去除待处理废物中的钙镁等离子。
[0034]所述电渗析装置21采用成套设备。电渗析过程是在直流电的作用下,对待处理废物)中的荷电离子选择性的定向迀移透过离子交换膜并得以去除的膜分离过程。离子交换膜是电渗析设备核心,具有选择透过性,可根据待处理废物中离子去除和分离的需要选择离子交换膜的种类。所述电渗析装置21具有耗电低、系统应用灵活、不污染环境、使用寿命长、原水回收率高等优点。一般离子交换膜的使用寿命可用3-5年,电极可用7-8年,隔板可用15年左右,原水的回收率可达60%以上。
[0035]所述脱盐装置22是蒸发脱盐装置,可以选择强制自然蒸发或蒸发结晶等脱盐设备。本环节所产盐份16等固体物质可选择填埋、焚烧等手段进行无害化处理。
[0036] 所述换热器装置25通过高压栗与所述超临界反应装置26相连,经过所述换热装置25升温后的废液进入高压栗后加压至22MPa左右后进入到所述超临界反应装置26内,从而利用于所述超临界反应装置26对升温后的废液进行高效彻底的处理。为提高本过程中的热量利用率和保证对待处理废液的加热效果,所述换热装置25可多级多位置设置。
[0037]在所述超临界反应装置26中,来自所述换热装置25及高压栗的待处理含盐废液与来自氧化剂储罐的氧化剂13及含碳物质14发生化学反应,实现含盐废液的彻底处理,其中所述氧化剂13可选氧气,所述含碳物质14可选甲醇。所述超临界反应装置26产生的废渣15经收集后可用于制砖等的原料而达到废物利用。
[0038]来自所述换热装置25的高温高压流体进入所述气液分离装置27,所述气液分离装置27将高温高压流体分离为气态产物和液态产物,其中液体产物经收集储存至液体罐28内,以供后续回收或处理;所述气体产物经收集储存至气体罐29内,并根据后续使用情况进行使用或排放,气体产物主要为二氧化碳等气体。

[0041]如图2所示,所述超临界反应装置26的出液端与所述固液分离装置23相连,使从所述超临界反应装置26出液端排出的热量直接输入所述固液分离装置23内,可以对所述电渗析装置21淡化室出液端排出的流体进行升温蒸发及干燥,以脱除所述电渗析装置21淡化室出液端排出的水分,不但有利于对含盐污泥废水的处理,而且提高余热利用效率。所述固液分离装置23与所述气液分离装置27相连,使从所述固液分离装置23排出的浓缩液直接进入所述气液分离装置27内,与经过所述换热装置25排出的流体混合,所述气液分离装置27对所述浓缩液和流体进行分离,产生液体产物和气体产物。

[0047]如图4所示,所述超临界反应装置26的出液端通过蒸汽发生器30与所述换热装置25相连,使从所述超临界反应装置26出液端排出的热量直接输入至所述蒸汽发生器30内,所述蒸汽发生器30与所述换热装置25相连,使从所述蒸汽发生器30排出的流体进入所述换热装置25内,从而有利于充分利用能量,提高余热利用效率。所述蒸汽发生器30的出气端与所述固液分离装置23相连,所述蒸汽发生器30的进液端输入补水17,所述补水17在所述蒸汽发生器30内蒸发产生一定压力和温度的蒸汽,再将所述蒸汽输入至所述固液分离装置23内,使从所述超临界反应装置26出液端排出的热量直接输入所述固液分离装置23内,可以对所述电渗析装置21淡化室出液端排出的流体进行升温蒸发及干燥,用以脱除所述电渗析装置21淡化室出液端排出的水分,有利于对含盐污泥废水的处理。

[0051]如图5所示,所述蒸汽发生器30的出气端通过发电装置与储电装置33相连,所述储电装置33与所述污泥处理装置相连,从而可以为污泥处理装置提供能源,提高余热利用效率。具体地,所述发电装置包括汽轮机31以及与所述汽轮机31相连的发电机32,其中所述汽轮机31与所述蒸汽发生器30的出气端相连,所述发电机32与所述储电装置33相连。所述储电装置33可与所述固液分离装置23相连,也可以与所述混配器24相连,从而为其提供动力。
[0052]所述汽轮机31是能将蒸汽热能转化为机械功的机械,当由所述蒸汽发生器30排出的蒸汽进入所述汽轮机31后,依次经过一系列环形配置的喷嘴和动叶,将蒸汽的热能转化为汽轮机31转子旋转的机械能,用于驱动发电机32发电,从而将热能转换为电能(交流电)。所述汽轮机31为成熟设备,需根据所述蒸汽发生器30排出的蒸汽品质进行选型,如低压汽轮机或中压汽轮机等。所述发电机32也为成熟设备,需要与所述汽轮机31的输出功相匹配进行选型。由所述发电机32所产的电能为交流电,可以存储至所述储电装置33,供压滤机、搅拌器、栗等使用;另外,也可以通过交流与直流的转化实现为所述电渗析装置21的供电。

[0062]所述过滤装置34可以根据后续工艺需要设置不同的过滤网或过滤设施,以实现待处理含盐污泥废水中不同粒径的颗粒物的通过,实现含盐污泥废水中的颗粒粒径分配比例更合理。所述过滤装置34根据处理规律和内部过滤设施类型进行选型。

Claims (10)
1.一种含盐污泥废水的处理系统,包括对含盐污泥废水进行过滤的预处理装置、与所述预处理装置相连接的换热装置、与所述换热装置相连的超临界反应装置,其特征在于:所述预处理装置通过电渗析装置的淡化室出液端与污泥处理装置相连,所述污泥处理装置与所述换热装置相连,其中所述污泥处理装置包括固液分离装置以及与所述固液分离装置相连的混配器,所述换热装置与气液分离装置相连,所述电渗析装置的浓缩室出液端与脱盐装置相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述固液分离装置与所述电渗析装置的淡化室出液端相连,所述混配器与所述换热装置相连,且所述电渗析装置的淡化室出液端与所述混配器相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述超临界反应装置的出液端与所述固液分离装置相连,所述固液分离装置与所述气液分离装置相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述固液分离装置的出液端与脱盐装置相连。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述超临界反应装置的出液端通过蒸汽发生器与所述换热装置相连,且所述蒸汽发生器的出气端与所述固液分离装置相连。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述蒸汽发生器的出气端通过发电装置与储电装置相连,所述储电装置与所述污泥处理装置相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述发电装置包括汽轮机以及与所述汽轮机相连的发电机,其中所述汽轮机与所述蒸汽发生器的出气端相连,所述发电机与所述储电装置相连。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述混配器与所述电渗析装置相连,所述固液分离装置与所述换热装置相连。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述固液分离装置与所述脱盐装置相连。
10.根据权利要求8所述的含盐污泥废水的处理系统,其特征在于:所述混配器通过过滤装置与所述固液分离装置相连,且所述过滤装置与所述脱盐装置相连。
