Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种稀土抛光粉废料多级沉降回收装置，包括沉淀池，沉淀池为长方形池体，在沉淀池的前端上部设有废料料浆加入管道，在沉淀池的尾端上部设有排水管道，其特征是：在沉淀池中等间隔的设有竖直挡板，在挡板上部的一个边角上开有流水口，且相邻挡板的流水口为左右错位布置。其优点是：在沉淀池中的每块挡板使沉淀池形成一级沉降，通过多级沉降的回收方式，改变了稀土抛光粉废料料浆的直排污水管道的方式，降低了对水和环境的污染，并且回收后的废料能够进行重新利用，节省了大量的生产成本。

背景技术
在稀土抛光粉行业中，对稀土抛光粉废料料浆的处理一直采取传统的直排污水管道的方式，由于稀土抛光粉废料料浆有一定的粘稠度，直排时极易堵塞管道和排污井，且难以清理干净，对水和环境造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够有效沉降稀土抛光粉废料、防止稀土抛光粉废料堵塞管道和排污井、防止对环境造成污染的稀土抛光粉废料多级沉降回收装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方式实现的：
本实用新型包括沉淀池，沉淀池为长方形池体，在沉淀池的前端上部设有废料料浆加入管道，在沉淀池的尾端上部设有排水管道，其特征是：在沉淀池中等间隔的设有竖直挡板，在挡板上部的一个边角上开有流水口，且相邻挡板的流水口为左右错位布置。
所述挡板的设置为六块以上；
所述流水口为长方形；
所述废料料浆加入管道的中心线与流水口的中心线等高。
本实用新型的优点是：在沉淀池中的每块挡板使沉淀池形成一级沉降，通过多级沉降的回收方式，改变了稀土抛光粉废料料浆的直排污水管道的方式，降低了对水和环境的污染，并且回收后的废料能够进行重新利用，节省了大量的生产成本。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型包括沉淀池1，沉淀池为长方形池体，在沉淀池的前端上部设有废料料浆加入管道3，在沉淀池的尾端上部设有排水管道4，在沉淀池中等间隔的设有六块竖直挡板2，在挡板上部的一个边角上开有长方形流水口6，且相邻挡板的流水口为左右错位布置，即：一块挡板的流水口设置在挡板的左上角，则与之相邻挡板的流水口设置在挡板的右上角，且废料料浆加入管道3的中心线与流水口6的中心线等高。
应用时，当废料料浆5流到多级沉降回收装置时，废料由于重力作用逐渐沉淀至装置底部，经过六级以上的挡板设置，稀土抛光粉废料料浆的排放路径加长，沉降时间增加，直至最后一级排水口处的污水符合国家污水排放标准。当沉淀池中的废料沉降到限定高度时，用挖料桶将沉淀物从多级沉降回收装置中挖出，返回车间流水线重新使用。

1.一种稀土抛光粉废料多级沉降回收装置，包括沉淀池，沉淀池为长方形池体，在沉淀池的前端上部设有废料料浆加入管道，在沉淀池的尾端上部设有排水管道，其特征是：在沉淀池中等间隔的设有竖直挡板，在挡板上部的一个边角上开有流水口，且相邻挡板的流水口为左右错位布置。
