[0001]本实用新型涉及一种采暖系统,尤其涉及一种太阳能与空气源热栗联合采暖(热水)方案,属于太阳能与空气源热栗采暖应用技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]目前我国农村地区大多采用燃煤或生物质等方式采暖,随着煤改电政策的推广实施,农村用户的采暖成为亟待解决的问题。太阳能作为清洁的可再生能源在各个领域得到了广泛的应用,其在采暖方面的应用也是目前研究的重点之一。但是利用太阳能采暖受天气和季节影响很大,因此行业中多采用太阳能+辅助能源联合供暖方式。
发明内容
[0003]本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统。
[0004]为解决这一技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,包括热源部分、用热部分、管路及阀件,所述热源部分包括太阳能集热循环和空气源热栗辅热循环,所述太阳能集热循环包括太阳能集热器,在太阳能集热器的出口设有温度传感器Tl,其进口处设有温度传感器T3,所述空气源热栗辅热循环包括空气源热栗,所述太阳能集热器和空气源热栗的出水管路通过三通连接,其进水管路通过电动三通阀Ml连接;所述用热部分包括采暖末端和生活热水环路,采暖末端和生活热水环路与耦合水箱连接,并通过循环水栗提供动力,所述耦合水箱与热源部分的出水管路连接,耦合水箱和循环水栗与采暖末端和生活热水环路分别构成采暖回路和生活热水回路,两回路的回水汇合后与电动三通阀Ml连接;所述太阳能集热循环和空气源热栗辅热循环通过电动三通阀Ml实现切换,电动三通阀Ml初始转向为空气源热栗辅热环路,太阳能集热循环管路设置温度传感器Tl,当集热器出水温度Tl高于设定值Ts时,电动三通阀Ml切换到太阳能集热环路;当集热器出水温度Tl <设定值Ts时时,电动三通阀Ml转向空气源热栗辅热环路。
[0005]所述耦合水箱的进水管路上设有补水阀F3,耦合水箱中设置水位触点开关SK用来控制补水阀F3的启闭。
[0006]所述空气源热栗辅热循环进水回路上设有水流开关Wl。

[0008]所述生活热水环路上设有生活水箱和电磁阀F2。
[0009]所述生活水箱内设有电加热。

[0011]有益效果:本实用新型提出一种太阳能与空气源热栗相结合的采暖方案,通过优化太阳能配比和自动控制系统,满足冬季采暖和生活热水需求的同时有效地解决夏季集热器过热问题,实现室内温度自控与集热器排空防冻。本实用新型为实施煤改电政策的农村地区户用采暖提供了积极的应对方案,将系统设备配比模块化,即可根据建筑实际采暖面积进行选择,系统集成性高、便于控制。

[0020]所述太阳能集热器I和空气源热栗2的出水管路通过三通连接,其进水管路通过电动三通阀Ml连接。
[0021]所述用热部分包括采暖末端和生活热水环路,采暖末端和生活热水环路与耦合水箱4连接,并通过循环水栗6提供动力,所述耦合水箱4与热源部分的出水管路连接,耦合水箱4和循环水栗6与采暖末端和生活热水环路分别构成采暖回路和生活热水回路,两回路的回水汇合后与电动三通阀Ml连接。
[0022]所述太阳能集热循环和空气源热栗辅热循环通过电动三通阀Ml实现切换,电动三通阀Ml初始转向为空气源热栗辅热环路,太阳能集热循环管路设置温度传感器Tl,当集热器出水温度Tl高于设定值Ts时,电动三通阀Ml切换到太阳能集热环路;当集热器出水温度Tl <设定值Ts时时,电动三通阀Ml转向空气源热栗辅热环路。

[0029]本实用新型的工作原理:
[0030]当采暖末端或者生活热水任一方有需求,S卩Fl或F2开启,循环水栗6启动。
[0031]电动三通阀Ml初始转向为空气源热栗辅热环路,当检测到太阳能集热器I出口温度Tl^ Ts+5°C(Ts为控制器设定温度),电动三通阀Ml动作转换,切断空气源热栗辅助加热系统,此时太阳能集热器1、耦合水箱4、用热末端(采暖末端3和生活水箱5)形成循环;当检测到太阳能集热器I出口温度Tl STs时,电动三通阀Ml动作转换,转向空气源热栗辅热环路;水流开关Wl检测到水流,空气源热栗2处于待机状态。
[0032]空气源热栗2启动条件:电动三通阀Ml转向为空气源热栗2辅热方向,水流开关Wl开启、且耦合水箱4温度T2〈40°C,此时空气源热栗2启动,空气源热栗2、耦合水箱4、用热末端(采暖末端3和生活水箱5)形成循环;当耦合水箱4温度T2 = 50±2°C,空器源热栗2停止运行。
[0033]电辅助加热:耦合水箱4中设置有辅助电加热7,系统可以设置电加热温度(例如50°C,30°C_70°C可调),通过水箱温度控制可启动电加热7;当空气源热栗2运行时间一段时间,耦合水箱4温度T2仍小于40°C(可设定),此时启动电加热7;耦合水箱温度T2 2 50°C(可设定)时,电加热7停止。
[0034]补水功能:耦合水箱中设置水位触点开关SK,当水箱水位高于开关SK时,触点导通,控制补水阀F3关闭;当水箱水位低于水位触点开关SK时,开关两触点处于断开状态,设置延时5min(可设定),5min后若还是断开状态,则补水阀F3开启补水。
[0035]太阳能集热器防冻功能:太阳能集热器I采取排空的方法,当电动三通阀Ml转向空气源热栗环路时,电磁阀F4开启,太阳能集热器I太阳能及管路中的水依靠重力回流到耦合水箱4;当电动三通转向集热环路,电磁阀F4关闭。

1.一种太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,包括热源部分、用热部分、管路及阀件,其特征在于:所述热源部分包括太阳能集热循环和空气源热栗辅热循环,所述太阳能集热循环包括太阳能集热器(I),在太阳能集热器(I)的出口设有温度传感器Tl,其进口处设有温度传感器T3,所述空气源热栗辅热循环包括空气源热栗(2),所述太阳能集热器(I)和空气源热栗(2)的出水管路通过三通连接,其进水管路通过电动三通阀Ml连接;所述用热部分包括采暖末端和生活热水环路,采暖末端和生活热水环路与耦合水箱(4)连接,并通过循环水栗(6)提供动力,所述耦合水箱(4)与热源部分的出水管路连接,耦合水箱(4)和循环水栗(6)与采暖末端和生活热水环路分别构成采暖回路和生活热水回路,两回路的回水汇合后与电动三通阀Ml连接;所述太阳能集热循环和空气源热栗辅热循环通过电动三通阀Ml实现切换,电动三通阀Ml初始转向为空气源热栗辅热环路,太阳能集热循环管路设置温度传感器Tl,当集热器出水温度Tl高于设定值Ts时,电动三通阀Ml切换到太阳能集热环路;当集热器出水温度Tl <设定值Ts时,电动三通阀Ml转向空气源热栗辅热环路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,其特征在于:所述耦合水箱(4)的进水管路上设有补水阀F3,耦合水箱(4)中设置水位触点开关SK用来控制补水阀F3的启闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,其特征在于:所述空气源热栗辅热循环进水回路上设有水流开关Wl。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,其特征在于:所述采暖末端设有电磁阀Fl。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,其特征在于:所述生活热水环路上设有生活水箱(5)和电磁阀F2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,其特征在于:所述生活水箱(5)内设有电加热(7)。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的太阳能与空气源热栗联合户用采暖系统,其特征在于:所述太阳能集热循环中设有电磁阀F4,用于太阳能集热器(I)排空防冻。
