背景技术
[0002]污水处理通常需要经过絮凝、过滤、沉淀等工序,最终将符合标准的水向外排放。其中絮凝和过滤两道工序中,通常在絮凝池内加入絮凝剂,使水或液体中悬浮微粒集聚变大,或形成絮团,从而加快粒子的聚沉,达到固-液分离的目的。但是由于进水管向絮凝池内注水时,由于进水速度快,导致污水与絮凝剂反应时间短,絮凝效果差;若降低进水速度,则导致整个污水处理效率低。
发明内容
[0003]本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,在进水速度快的前提下仍然能保证较高的絮凝效果,大大提高了污水净化效率的全自动净水装置。

[0008]本实用新型有益效果:本装置包括布水、反应、沉淀、过滤、集水、集泥、自动反洗七个主要单元,内装PVC斜管填料及精制滤料,设备主壳体为碳钢制作,内外部采用环氧涂料进行防腐处理,使用寿命长,适用范围广,性能卓越,广泛用于大、中、小型水厂、洗煤水处理站的建设和改造。
[0009] (I)净水装置本身从混凝反应、絮凝沉淀、集水、配水、过滤、体内反洗、排泥等一系列运行程序,达到了基本全自动运行的效果,值班人员只要定时作水质监测外,无需对净水装置操作管理。

[0017] 工作原理:
[0018]地表水(江河水、水库水)、井下水通过管式静态混合器进入全自动净水装置。同事投加高分子絮凝剂PAC、高分子助凝剂PAM、通过静态混合器自身结构的剪切、搅拌作用,使其混合均匀,然后进入净水装置内。
[0019]源水首先进入全自动净水装置底部的配水区,进行均匀布水,水流速度降低,并缓慢进入高浓度絮凝区,进行彻底的混凝反应,在斜管导流区的导流作用下,污水沿斜管方向往上流动,进入沉降区内,沉积下来的污泥在重力作用下,沿斜管倾斜方向往下滑落,同时滑落的矾花在导流斜管的水流作用下,被推倒净水装置的泥斗内,而通过斜管澄清后的水则由净水装置上部进入过滤室内,并由下而上通过滤料层、滤头汇集至装置顶部的清水区流入清水池。
[0020]设备排泥及反洗排污:全自动净水装置里沉淀下来的泥渣,经排泥系统定时自动排除,排出的泥浆以及过滤层反冲洗水接至下水道至调节池。
[0021 ] ( I)排泥:当净水装置运行一定时间后,电动阀通过控制柜所给信号进行自动排泥一次。
[0022] (2)反冲洗排污:污水经过滤层过滤一定时间后,滤料层的阻力逐渐增大,当阻力达到一定值时即开始形成自动反洗,反洗污水排至排污沟内,并由排污沟引至河流下游。

1.全自动净水装置,其特征在于包括壳体,壳体顶端中心设置有反冲洗总管,壳体顶端设置有溢流槽,壳体近顶端设置有轻质填料层、壳体中心设置有反应筒总成,所述反应筒总成包括内层从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形筒、套设于锥形筒上的顶端密封的反应筒,反应筒底端设置有支撑,固定于壳体底端,所述壳体底端设置为泥斗,泥斗两侧设置有集泥箱,集泥箱与泥斗连通,所述锥形筒末端连接有喉管,喉管连接锥形回流筒,泥斗底端设置有水平进水管,进水管末端设置为竖直向上的弯管,弯管末端设置有喷嘴,喷嘴正对锥形回流筒并伸入锥形回流筒,水平进水管近端口处设置有助冲管,助冲管上设置有球阀。
