背景技术
目前在安装汽车全景玻璃时，原工作方式是采用固定位置来定位玻璃，这样玻璃的自身公差会影响全景天窗两块玻璃中间的缝隙不合格，还会影响全景天窗玻璃在框架上的位置尺寸，经常造成很大数量的返修，导致工作量增加，工作效率降低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种汽车全景天窗玻璃自对中机构，以解决现有的玻璃定位方式经常造成很大数量的返修，导致工作量增加，工作效率降低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：旋转气缸二位于对中平台的前侧，旋转气缸一位于对中平台的后侧，旋转气缸一和旋转气缸二相互平行，并分别安装在对中平台上，定位装置一和定位装置二分别位于旋转气缸一和旋转气缸二之间，并与对中平台固定连接，平移气缸一位于旋转气缸一的后侧，并与对中平台固定连接，平移气缸二位于旋转气缸二的前侧，并与对中平台固定连接，限位装置一位于定位装置一内侧，并与对中平台固定连接，限位装置二位于定位装置二内侧，并与对中平台固定连接，推送气缸位于对中平台后侧，并与对中平台固定连接，八个吸盘分别与对中平台固定连接，十二个支撑柱分别与对中平台固定连接，十个分别与对中平台的外沿固定连接，夹紧气缸安装在夹紧装置上。

具体实施方式
旋转气缸二102位于对中平台114的前侧，旋转气缸一101位于对中平台114的后侧，旋转气缸一101和旋转气缸二102相互平行，并分别安装在对中平台114上，定位装置一103和定位装置二104分别位于旋转气缸一101和旋转气缸二102之间，并与对中平台114固定连接，平移气缸一105位于旋转气缸一101的后侧，并与对中平台114固定连接，平移气缸二106位于旋转气缸二102的前侧，并与对中平台114固定连接，限位装置一107位于定位装置一103内侧，并与对中平台114固定连接，限位装置二108位于定位装置二104内侧，并与对中平台114固定连接，推送气缸109位于对中平台114后侧，并与对中平台114固定连接，八个吸盘110分别与对中平台114固定连接，十二个支撑柱111分别与对中平台114固定连接，十个分别与对中平台114的外沿固定连接，夹紧气缸113安装在夹紧装置112上。
首先将装配好的天窗框架5放入本设备的定位工装3中，型号辨别正确，按启动按钮，将天窗玻璃4放到自对中机构1上，吸盘吸紧天窗玻璃4，自对中机构1将天窗玻璃4在XY方向对正到位，其中一块天窗玻璃4的X方向需要推送气缸来移动一段距离，来实现两块玻璃的相对位置,Z方向有自对中机构上的支撑柱,然后机器人2带动天窗玻璃4自对中机构1移动到天窗框架5的上方，将天窗玻璃4对正到天窗框架5上，然后连同天窗框架5一起由夹紧气缸将抓起天窗玻璃4整体送到操作者位置，操作者将天窗玻璃4和天窗框架5用螺钉连接到一起，打螺钉完成后机器人2将本工位完成的天窗总成放到传送带上，然后机器人回到初始位置等待下一循环。天窗总成被传送到下一工位。
通过旋转气缸二的旋转和平移气缸二的移动实现了前玻璃的自对中，通过旋转气缸一、的旋转和平移气缸一的移动实现了后玻璃的自对中，前后方向在中间有两个定位装置一、定位装置二，前后两块玻璃自对中都完成后，中间的定位装置一、定位装置二会通过气缸带动收回，然后后玻璃会整体向前玻璃移动，移动的位置有固定的限位装置一、限位装置二来保证精度，这样两块玻璃的位置就在自对中上固定了，实现了自对中的目的。

1.一种汽车全景天窗玻璃自对中机构，其特征在于：旋转气缸二位于对中平台的前侧，旋转气缸一位于对中平台的后侧，旋转气缸一和旋转气缸二相互平行，并分别安装在对中平台上，定位装置一和定位装置二分别位于旋转气缸一和旋转气缸二之间，并与对中平台固定连接，平移气缸一位于旋转气缸一的后侧，并与对中平台固定连接，平移气缸二位于旋转气缸二的前侧，并与对中平台固定连接，限位装置一位于定位装置一内侧，并与对中平台固定连接，限位装置二位于定位装置二内侧，并与对中平台固定连接，推送气缸位于对中平台后侧，并与对中平台固定连接，八个吸盘分别与对中平台固定连接，十二个支撑柱分别与对中平台固定连接，十个分别与对中平台的外沿固定连接，夹紧气缸安装在夹紧装置上。
