本实用新型公开了一种生态环保建筑,包括墙体和屋顶,所述屋顶的中部设置有平台,所述平台上设置有太阳能光伏板,所述平台内设置有与太阳能光伏板连接的蓄电池,所述墙体内的屋顶上固定设置有负离子转换器和制冷设备,所述墙体内设置有电热膜,所述电热膜与蓄电池连接。本实用新型能够利用太阳能调节建筑屋室内的温度,并能够增加室内的负离子,达到了生态环保节能的目的。

[0002]我国是能源消耗大国,每年消耗的能源相当于15亿吨标准煤,其中30%左右为建筑的能源消耗。为了降低建筑物能源消耗,现有的方式通常是在建筑物外墙上设置保温层,利用保温层将建筑物包裹起来以降低建筑物的能源消耗。如中国专利号“201120289161.9”在2012年4月25日公开了一种建筑物外墙保温结构,其技术方案为所述建筑物外墙保温结构包括通过锚栓安装在建筑物外墙上的若干根龙骨,建筑物外墙和龙骨之间设置有保温间隙,在该保温间隙内喷涂设置有保温层。该专利在实际应用过程中,通过保温层虽然能够在一定程度上避免室内温度随室外温度的变化而变化,但由于当今社会的污染越来越严重,导致地球两极的冷热分化越来越严重,仅仅通过保温层并不能有效地对房屋隔热保温;并且,包裹保温层还存在着施工工序复杂和施工成本高的缺陷等。
[0003]另外,在经济快速发展的今天,资源、环境与工业化、城镇化、经济快速增长之间的矛盾是全人类共同面临的严峻挑战,因此,大力发展生态环保的绿色建筑已是刻不容缓的问题。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种生态环保建筑,其特征在于:所述屋顶(2)的四周设置有用于栽种防辐射植物的绿化区(9)。
