目前在汽车线束中经常会用到三孔插座护套，三孔插座护套主要起连接电路的作用，而现有三孔插座护套结构简单，强度低，外壳容易产生严重缩痕的现象，产品合格率低，不利于大规模生产。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种三孔插座护套。
本实用新型的三孔插座护套，包括注塑外壳，所述注塑外壳的一端设有三个导线，注塑外壳的另一端设有三个插孔，插孔的内部均设有与导线连接的接线端子，三个接线端子之间卡设塑料芯块。
本实用新型的三孔插座护套，所述塑料芯块的侧壁上设有三个与接线端子相配合的圆弧槽。
本实用新型的三孔插座护套，所述塑料芯块的四周边角处通过圆弧过渡。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型的三孔插座护套结构新颖，在注塑外壳内部位于三个接线端子之间设置塑料芯块，能够极大的提高护套的强度，而且注塑外壳不易发生变形，同时由于塑料芯块的存在，在进行注塑产品外壳时能够保证产品外壳壁厚均匀，产品合格率高，适于大规模生产，节省生产成本。

本实用新型的三孔插座护套，所述塑料芯块5的侧壁上设有三个与接线端子4相配合的圆弧槽6。

本实用新型的三孔插座护套结构新颖，在具体加工时，先将三个接线端子固定在塑料芯块的圆弧槽内，然后开始注塑本实用新型三孔插座护套的注塑外壳，由于塑料芯块的存在，在进行注塑产品外壳时能够保证产品外壳壁厚均匀，产品合格率高，而且由于塑料芯块的支撑作用，能够极大的提高本实用新型三孔插座护套的注塑外壳的强度，注塑外壳不易发生变形，同时，注塑产品外壳时产生的浇道废料可以作为塑料芯块的原料，能大大降低成本，适于大规模生产。
