背景技术
MC尼龙轮即浇铸尼龙轮，它是在常压下，将熔融的原料用碱性物质作催化剂，与活化剂等物质一起制成待聚单体，直接注入预热到一定温度的模具中，使物料在模具内很快的进行聚合反应，凝固成固体胚件，再经有关工艺处理，得到预定的轮片制品。若浇铸前加入某些改性剂，可以改变其强度、韧性、润滑性、导电性、颜色等一种或几种特性。我国目前MC尼龙轮成型的主要设备是离心成型浇铸机，浇铸机保温系统在MC尼龙轮成型工艺中，至关重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，温度更加均匀的MC尼龙轮立式浇铸机保温系统。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：MC尼龙轮立式浇铸机保温系统，包括中箱体、循环风系统，所述循环风系统包括设置在中箱体上壁的送风机、设置在中箱体下壁的排风机，送风机连接送风室，送风室上分别连接加热管。
所述排风机连接排风室，排风室连接回风管，回风管与送风室连接。
所述加热管内设有数组加热器，该加热器为电热丝。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用送风机通过送风室将热空气送入中箱体，排风机将中箱体内抽放，加快中箱体内空气流动速度，使得中箱体内温度均匀，提高MC尼龙轮浇铸成型质量。

如图1所示，MC尼龙轮立式浇铸机保温系统，包括中箱体3、循环风系统，循环风系统包括设置在中箱体3上壁的送风机6、设置在中箱体3下壁的排风机2，送风机6连接送风室5，送风室5上分别连接加热管4，加热管4内设有数组加热器，该加热器为电热丝，排风机2连接排风室1，排风室1连接回风管7，回风管7与送风室5连接。本实用新型由于采用封闭循环系统，因此可大大降低流动空气的动能流失，可降低系统能耗，节约能源，降低产品保温成本。

1.MC尼龙轮立式浇铸机保温系统，包括中箱体、循环风系统，其特征在于：所述循环风系统包括设置在中箱体上壁的送风机、设置在中箱体下壁的排风机，送风机连接送风室，送风室上分别连接加热管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的MC尼龙轮立式浇铸机保温系统，其特征在于：所述排风机连接排风室，排风室连接回风管，回风管与送风室连接。
