Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,包括圆钢管柱、内凸圆环细石混凝土区、环形钢筋网、梭形保护层区、钢模板。由里及外:圆钢管柱外表面的凸圆环细石混凝土区和梭形保护层区通过环形钢筋网相互连接并一同浇筑,梭形保护层区由再生混凝土细骨料与防火性能好的氯氧镁水泥浇筑而成,且在内凸圆环细石混凝土区和梭形保护层区之间设置环形石膏隔热板,这进一步提高了柱子的耐火极限,最外部钢模板上安装弧形圆箍和竖向的加劲肋用来提高钢模板的稳定性,分片钢模板通过由下向上的螺栓固定连接。本实用新型一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱是一种绿色、高效、防火能力强的钢混柱,可以显著的提高柱子的耐火极限,为紧急逃生创造时间。

技术领域
[0001 ]本实用新型涉及一种可供施工现场制作的钢混结构的组合防火柱。
背景技术
[0002]近年来,我国钢结构建筑发展很快,构件耐火试验以及国内外火灾案例表明:裸露钢结构建筑物的耐火性很差,一般在火灾发生后的15-30分内突然倒塌。如果不采取防火保护措施,显然不能达到国家现行《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》和《建筑设计防火规范》对建筑物的耐火等级要求。
[0003]目前,国内外对钢结构的防火保护方法大致有三种,即:隔热材料直接包复法;不燃板材(墙体、吊顶)屏蔽法和水冷却法(空心型钢内充水或自动水喷淋喷洒钢表面)。其中包复法简单易行,应用最广。
[0004]当然防火方法也存在较多缺陷:对于不燃板材屏蔽法,需要对板材进行牢固的固定,比较费工费时;对于水冷却法,因为要在空心型钢内充水或自动水喷淋喷洒钢表面这就避免不了对钢材的腐蚀问题;对于用氯氧镁水泥的防火方法,氯离子对钢材的腐蚀也是一个不容忽视的问题;对于涂防火漆,造价贵,且施工不方面。
[0005]中国实用新型专利CN204081264U公开了一种外包裹组合式防火工字钢柱,工字钢四周包裹有四块防火板,防火板外侧设有钢化玻璃纤维编制网,防火板外侧粘合在水泥砂浆层上围成长方体工字钢。但是该实用新型,不能防止不均匀受热时的板材变形不一致而发生的防火板材整体破坏。
发明内容
[0006]本实用新型为解决钢结构柱子防火存在的以上问题,提供一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱。

[0008] —种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,包括圆钢管柱、内凸圆环细石混凝土区、环形钢筋网、梭形保护层区、钢模板。由里及外:圆钢管柱外表面的凸圆环细石混凝土区和梭形保护层区通过环形钢筋网相互连接并一同浇筑,梭形保护层区由再生混凝土细骨料与防火性能好的氯氧镁水泥浇筑而成,且在内凸圆环细石混凝土区和梭形保护层区之间设置环形石膏隔热板,这进一步提高了柱子的耐火极限,最外部钢模板上安装弧形圆箍和竖向的加劲肋用来提高钢模板的稳定性,分片钢模板通过由下向上的螺栓固定连接。

[0012]所述的一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱隔热板厚度为6〜9毫米。
[0013]为了保证柱子施工过程的稳定,钢模板通过螺栓来进行连接。
[0014]为了保证柱子使用的整体性,六个圆环的细石混凝土区和6个梭形的外围保护层区施工时同时浇筑,此时隔热板材充当中间模板。

[0016]第一步:组织有关技术人员编制钢模施工方案,定制钢模,做好技术交底和培训验收工作。
[0017]第二步:清理钢管混凝土柱表面,并用钢丝刷清除钢管柱表面锈迹。
[0018]第三步:在钢管柱底端及顶端分别点焊固定一个圆箍筋,将钢筋头点焊于钢管柱撑起圆箍筋,确保钢筋网定位准确。
[0019]第四步:将6块隔热板预压变弧形并提前打上小孔然后通过连接处的螺栓连接在一起,钢丝网穿过隔热板环向连接。
[0020] 第五步:按设计要求控制间距,保护层厚度为20〜40mm。
[0021 ]第六步:按设计要求配置氯氧镁水泥和混凝土再生骨料然后加水混合。
[0022]第七步:将圆盘钢筋以螺旋箍的形式环绕在竖向钢筋上,并绑扎牢固。
[0023]第八步:安装外侧钢模板,用线坠调整钢模板垂直度,吊点选择螺栓孔位置。确定后,固定牢固防止偏移。
[0024]第九步:同时浇筑六个圆环的细石混凝土区和6个梭形的外围保护层区的混凝土拌合物。
[0025]拆模完成后,可以清洗钢模再进行下一根防火柱的生产,也可以上油封存以后使用。
[0026]采用如上技术方案取得的有益技术效果:
[0027] (1)采用包复法,避免了冷却法水对钢材的腐蚀;
[0028] (2)工艺简单,通过分块弧形的隔热板,可以避免了隔热板不均匀受热发生的隔热板非直接受热破坏;
[0029] (3)最外层使用混凝土再生骨料,这与环保政策相适应;
[0030] (4)采用内凸圆环形细石混凝土区,可以平缓的过渡膨胀变形。

具体实施方式

[0036]如图2所示,所述的钢模是由钢模板1通过螺栓孔(连接位置)2来进行连接形成整体;在钢模板1外部设置弧形加劲肋3和竖向加劲肋4提高柱子施工时的稳定性,同时也可以防止火势的竖向蔓延即将钢模板1的底面设计为凹凸面。

1.一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,包括圆钢管柱、内凸圆环细石混凝土区、环形钢筋网、梭形保护层区、钢模板;由里及外:圆钢管柱外表面的凸圆环细石混凝土区和梭形保护层区通过环形钢筋网相互连接并一同浇筑,梭形保护层区由再生混凝土细骨料与防火性能好的氯氧镁水泥浇筑而成,且在内凸圆环细石混凝土区和梭形保护层区之间设置环形石膏隔热板,这进一步提高了柱子的耐火极限,最外部钢模板上安装弧形圆箍和竖向的加劲肋用来提高钢模板的稳定性,分片钢模板通过由下向上的螺栓固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,其特征在于6个梭形的外围保护层区是由再生混凝土细骨料和氯氧镁水泥混合浇筑而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,其特征在于采用由外向内凸的六个圆环平缓的过渡膨胀的变形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,其特征在于采用由外向内凸的六个圆环可以独立的变形避免局部不均匀变形导致的整体破坏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防火材料的新型钢混防火柱,其特征在于隔热板厚度为6〜9毫米。
