Abstract

[0002] 我国大部分的原浆造纸企业采用麦草秸杆作原料,麦草制浆工艺为:人工装草、皮带输送至辊式切草机、输送至除尘器、螺旋输送至高压蒸煮设备,此传统的麦草化学制浆造纸过程中,需要使用氢氧化钠和亚硫酸钠等钠碱蒸煮麦草制浆,耗电耗气量大,产生的黑液碱性强、泡沫多、耗氧大,不仅对生态环境造成严重污染,而且限制了黑液中大量木质素、腐殖酸等有机物的回收利用,并且,高压蒸煮设备耗能高,操作复杂,成本高,虽然,CN203569389U公开了麦草制浆设备,但此设备仍存在制浆不彻底,效果不理想等问题。

[0013] 本实用新型的秸杆造纸制浆设备,在搅拌浸料设备前增加喷淋浸泡系统使制浆原料得到充分浸泡,加强了软化效果;设置了第二高浓磨浆机使得磨浆更为充分,在磨浆设备后设置筛选设备和除杂设备使浆料杂质去除彻底,浆料纯度更高。采用上述技术方案秸杆造纸制浆设备没有高温锅炉蒸煮设备,整套设备无毒、无泡、无气味、无排放,对空气环境无污染,操作比热化造纸设备简单,可省电、省水、省人工,成本低、利润高,并且此制浆设备无污水排放,无空气污染,是一套环保、节能的制浆设备。

[0019] 工作时,制浆原料放入预浸池2加水,软化剂加水溶解通过喷淋浸泡设备1进入预浸池2,再采用抓斗3将浸泡后的制浆原料投入转鼓式搅拌浸料机4,再通过输送设备A5直接送入搓磨分丝设备6中分丝帚化成烟丝状纤维,再通过输送设备B7送入第一高浓磨浆机8,出来的浆料通过输送设备C9送入第二高浓磨浆机10,磨浆后通过输送设备D11送入第一双螺旋挤浆机,挤浆后的浆料加水稀释后通过栗A输送至自洗式振框筛14,过筛后的浆料再通过栗B输送至重杂质除渣器17除去沙粒杂质;除杂后的浆料通过输送设备E18送入第二双螺旋挤浆机19进一步脱水浓缩后备用或出售。

1.一种秸杆造纸制浆设备,其特征在于,包括:喷淋浸泡设备、预浸池、抓斗、搅拌浸料设备、输送设备A-E、搓磨分丝设备、磨浆设备、挤浆设备、过渡池、除杂设备;所述喷淋浸泡设备设置在预浸池正上方,所述抓斗设置在预浸池与搅拌浸料设备之间,用于将制浆原料从预浸池转移至搅拌浸料设备;搅拌浸料设备出料口与输送设备A的进料口相连,输送设备A的出料口与搓磨分丝设备的进料口相连,搓磨分丝设备的出料口与输送设备B的进料口相连;所述磨浆设备包括第一磨浆设备和第二磨浆设备,输送设备B的出料口与第一磨浆设备的进料口相连,第一磨浆设备的出料口与输送设备C的进料口相连,输送设备C的出料口与第二磨浆设备的进料口相连,第二磨浆设备的出料口与输送设备D的进料口相连;所述挤浆设备包括第一挤浆设备和第二挤浆设备,输送设备D的出料口与第一挤浆设备的进料口相连,第一挤浆设备的出来的浆料通过栗A输送至筛选设备,过渡池设置在筛选设备正下方;过渡池的浆料通过栗B输送至除杂设备,除杂设备通过输送设备E与第二挤浆设备相连。
